What you'll do

As a Project Manager, you will work with your team lead to develop, launch, and manage your events, from A to Z. Together with the other departments, you will define the way to scale this event to new and existing markets.
You will be responsible for owning the strategic planning, execution, and reporting for our key strategic experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

The basic purpose of this position is to fill a need within the Corporate Accounting finance team involved in the day-to-day core accounting functions within the business. Carrying out effective financial controls over the functions allocated including, as well as the ability to adapt and implement change to the existing processes within the financial control environment. What You'll Do

• Under limited supervision, responsible for accounting relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger across the various subsidiaries within the group, as well as ensuring analysis in relation to those areas are complete.
• Overall responsibility for accounting activities including the monthly close processes, ensuring that these areas are closed accurately and timeously in line with Finance close objectives each month.

• Respond to ad hoc requests and prepare any necessary internal reporting as needed.

What You Bring

• Newly qualified CA(SA) (0-2 years post articles)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/similar degree in finance.

Your Role at impact.com:

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Systems Analyst is the operational backbone of our Customer Operations technology stack. You will own the day-to-day health, configuration, and continuous improvement of the systems that power how we work - most critically our FreshWorks implementation (FreshDesk for ticketing, FreshChat for chat), which supports Support, Success, Compliance, Renewals, Onboarding, and many other teams across impact.com.

This is not a "configure it and walk away" role. Our FreshDesk environment is large, complex, and deeply integrated into our business operations. It serves many teams with distinct workflows, automations, routing rules, SLA configurations, and reporting needs. You will own all of it - ensuring it runs cleanly, scales as the business evolves, and gets simpler over time, not more convoluted.

You will spend your time across three types of work:

1. Systems administration and optimization. You own FreshDesk and FreshChat configuration end-to-end: workflows, automations, groups, fields, rules, integrations, and everything in between. You are constantly looking for ways to simplify, automate, and eliminate manual workarounds. You inherited complexity; your job is to leave behind clarity.
2. Cross-functional process design. You are a business process partner. You work with stakeholders across the company to understand their operational needs, gather requirements, align competing priorities, and design solutions within our tooling. A significant portion of your time will be spent in conversations: understanding what teams actually need, translating that into system design, and getting stakeholder buy-in before you build.
3. Data partnership. The data in our systems powers reporting, dashboards, and AI tools downstream. You play a critical role in ensuring that data is clean, well-structured, and reliable. You partner with our Data team to map and describe data, identify quality issues at the source, and make changes in FreshDesk that improve the integrity of everything built on top of it.

• Data Fluency: Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of data structures. You can look at a FreshDesk data export and immediately spot quality issues. You understand how system configuration decisions affect downstream reporting and analysis, and you design with data integrity in mind.
• Technical Fluency: Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST). You should be comfortable discussing endpoint design with vendors and internal engineering teams, understanding integration architecture, and troubleshooting data flow issues between systems. Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, Python) is a plus but not required.
• Documentation & Communication: You can clearly document system configurations, process designs, and data mappings so that your work is understandable and maintainable by others. You can explain complex system behavior to non-technical stakeholders in terms they understand.
• Operational Rigor: You are relentlessly organized. You track changes, maintain configuration documentation, and don't make changes to production systems without understanding the downstream impact. You have a healthy respect for the blast radius of a misconfigured automation rule.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).

This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:

1. Building AI-powered tools and agents. You will integrate applied AI into our workflows using modern frameworks. You will consult with business stakeholders to help explain the art of the possible, guide them in defining logic and prompts, and own building and maintaining agentic workflows and tools. Example projects include building an AI-powered QA and training tool with a RAG component for new support agents, architecting agentic workflows for our onboarding team, or building a FreshDesk integration that suggests draft responses to tickets.
2. Building and maintaining a shared agent platform. This is what makes AI scale beyond our team. You will build and maintain the templates, approved patterns, and deployment infrastructure that enable people across Customer Operations to build their own agents without needing to figure out hosting, monitoring, or API connectivity themselves. When a Technical Services lead wants to build an agent that automates "pixel not firing" investigations, they should be able to do it on your platform without writing a deployment script. You own making self-serve actually work.
3. Building robust internal software, integrations, and automations - such as developing custom FreshDesk widgets to support our agents. You will own the full lifecycle of these apps: building, hosting, monitoring, maintaining, and eventually retiring them when they're no longer needed.

Purpose:
The role focuses on delivering impactful advertising campaigns that drive in-app traffic, user acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth across key verticals, including restaurants, food, groceries, and retailers.

The position reports to the Head of Paid Media of Mr D.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising. 
  • Plan and optimize campaigns for user acquisition and retention while managing budgets to hit key ROI and ROAS targets. 
  • Implement end-to-end campaign management: from concept and audience targeting to creatives and performance optimization.

• Data-Driven Optimization 

  • Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve engagement, conversions, and lifetime value (LTV). 
  • Leverage A/B testing frameworks to fine-tune ad creatives, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages. 
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) to generate insights and actionable recommendations for campaigns.

• Collaboration and Operations 

  • Partner with creative teams to brief and develop high-impact ad creatives that align with brand and performance goals. 
  • Work closely with the Head of Paid Media to plan the quarterly budget allocation and track performance against targets. 
  • Liaise with growth, CRM, and product teams to ensure alignment on user experience and messaging consistency across touchpoints.

• Market Insights & Innovation 

  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and technologies to identify new growth opportunities. 
  • Benchmark campaigns against competitors and industry performance standards. 
  • Experiment with innovative ad formats and channels (e.g., CTV, native ads) to stay competitive in the dynamic app-based marketplace.

Skills, Knowledge & abilities: 

• • Strong knowledge of Paid media channels including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & Youtube), META and TikTok
  • DV360 and SA360 experience (Beneficial)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data analytics tools including Google Analytics and MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer
  • Certifications: Google Ads & Google Analytics (Required)
  • Understanding of ASO and SEO (beneficial)
  • Google Tag Manager experience(beneficial)
  • Advanced analytic and reporting skills required
  • Proficient in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing or equivalent or Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) managing multi-channel paid media campaigns in an ecommerce or on-demand brand environment.
  • Strong proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360). 
  • Solid analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar. 
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, customer lifetime value (CLV), and incremental lift measurement. 
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and estimating campaign costs effectively. 
  • Previous experience in apps focused on delivery services or food, groceries, and retail verticals. 
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and retargeting strategies tailored for marketplaces. 
  • Knowledge of SQL, Looker, or other data query tools is a plus. 
  • Exposure to affiliate/partner marketing and influencer collaborations.
