Many support queries are of a technical nature and therefore as an Ozow support engineer you should have a good understanding of Ozow’s system, programming languages, techniques, and concepts used. A key part of this role would be to assist external developers in their attempts to successfully integrate their respective systems with the Ozow system.
From a support technician to engineers’ point of view, your role is to ensure that customers receive excellent and consistent service to a high standard and handle issues in an efficient and friendly manner. You need to ensure that you know the policies and SLAs that are in place and always adhere to them.

We are seeking a proactive and organised, native Arabic and English speaker, to conduct live virtual pre-investment interviews in both languages with accuracy, objectivity, and discretion. These interviews will be held with potential high net worth individual (HNWI) investors as part of a due diligence process, with an objective of verifying their identities and understanding their occupations and sources of wealth along with their investment motivations. In this role, you will collaborate and form part of our administration and operations team, working closely with our global Corporate Intelligence teams, including our investment migration due diligence practice.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conducting professional virtual interviews: Conducting professional virtual interviews in both Arabic and English with your camera on, reading out pre-scripted questions with precision in either language to the interviewee(s), demonstrating active listening to their answers and probing effectively where necessary.
Managing the full interview lifecycle: Managing the full lifecycle of an interview from pre-interview communications to help ensure punctual attendance, to ensuring all completed interview recordings and materials are accurately stored and handled with the utmost discretion.
Communicating proactively with practitioners and stakeholders: Communicating proactively and professionally with S-RM practitioners, clients, and interviewees (investors), initially with guidance, but ultimately independently including informing practitioner teams of live interview progress and attendance and ensuring your own prompt and punctual attendance at all live interviews.

Our Security Operations Centre is a critical part of our Cybersecurity division’s success.
As a Cybersecurity Analyst (SOC), you will deploy your cybersecurity expertise in a vital delivery role across our managed detection and response services.
In this role, you will use infrastructure and tools that power our Security Operations Center (SOC) to deliver desired security outcomes for our managed services clients. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other advanced technology. You will have a proven ability to respond effectively to security incidents. This hybrid role involves both remote work and some in-office presence for collaboration, teamwork and development.

Job summary

Position Overview
As a member of the Creator Solutions team, impact.com’s in-house performance creator experts, you will be responsible for driving success across a portfolio of client accounts. You will manage creator programs and campaigns across diverse verticals, including fashion, parenting, food, technology, and more. We're looking for a technical people leader to own and grow the Data Platform Engineering team, while driving the architecture, reliability, and evolution of impact.com's Analytics Data Platform. This is a senior player-coach role: you'll combine hands-on technical leadership with direct people management, building a high-performing team, owning delivery, and shaping platform strategy. Expect to spend roughly 40% hands-on and 60% on leadership, people, and delivery, shifting as the team matures. You'll be accountable for both the team's output and its people, ensuring engineers are supported, challenged, and growing.
As Team Lead for Data Platform Engineering, you'll work across the full data ecosystem (ingestion, processing, storage, orchestration, access, and governance) using technologies like Scala, Python, Google Cloud Dataproc, BigQuery, and Airflow. You'll shape the operating model for the team, establish engineering standards, and drive platform strategy. This role is levelled at Senior/Staff Engineer on the engineering management track and reports to the Director of Advanced Analytics. The position is based in Cape Town, hybrid, with one day per week in office.
Data Platform Engineering is one of four sub-teams within the Data Analytics Group (DAG). DPE owns ingestion, infrastructure, orchestration, and platform services. Analytics Engineering owns the dbt transformation layer and semantic layer. Data Analytics owns reporting and insights. Data Product Management owns product roadmaps and governance processes. You'll partner closely with all three, but won't own dbt models, reporting, or product prioritisation directly.
Our ideal candidate combines distributed systems expertise with proven people leadership. Someone who can make architecture decisions, run a team, and translate platform trade-offs into business language. This role is for someone who wants to build both a platform and a team, not just maintain what exists.
What you'll inherit:
The platform has strong foundations: Scala/Spark pipelines processing TB-scale data, 37+ Fivetran connectors, Airflow on Astronomer for orchestration, a mature dbt-based transformation layer, and BigQuery as the core analytical warehouse. Databricks is part of the current stack but is being transitioned off in favour of Dataproc and BigQuery-native patterns. What's greenfield: governance frameworks, data contracts, SLOs/SLAs, observability, cost management, and data quality monitoring. You'll build the team that delivers on these opportunities.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).
This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:

A note on how you'll work with others: when someone across Customer Operations builds a pilot that proves value, you don't take it over. You partner with them to elevate it - bringing engineering rigor, production infrastructure, and scale while they maintain creative control and ongoing input. When someone has a great idea but isn't technical enough to build it themselves, your first instinct is to build it with them, growing their skills in the process. You're an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
This role is for the person who embodies the overlap of curiosity, process-obsession, and action orientation. It is for the passionate tinkerer who also gets carried away exploring custom Salesforce structures and data flows. As a Technical Services Engineer III, you will build a deep understanding of impact.com’s technology and platform capabilities, supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle, from initial integration through post-launch optimization and ongoing support. You will design, implement, and support technical solutions across our SaaS platform, helping ensure reliability, scalability, and long-term success.
Working closely with Onboarding, Client Success, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams, you will partner directly with client business and technical stakeholders to guide integrations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide ongoing guidance on best practices. In this role, you will sit at the center of the technical challenges impacting our client base, using your expertise to diagnose issues, drive resolutions, and continuously improve the client experience after go-live.

Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for complete business management/transaction across Microsoft Advertising.
As a Sales Manager in South Africa you are expected to drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue against a targeted list of high potential agencies and advertisers through continuous engagement. You are expected to continually build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies to be onboarded to the Microsoft Advertising platform. Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans targeted at revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Cultivating strategic client relationships, revenue generation and delivering customized search solutions will be key to your core function. Your success will be measured by specific key performance indicators focused on driving new customer acquisition, product adoption, emphasizing customer experience and optimizing opportunities.
