As a Senior Marketing Engineer at DistroKid, you will build systems that drive growth. You will operate at the intersection of marketing and engineering, shipping high-impact features and enabling the marketing team to move faster through automation, experimentation, and better tooling. You will also help design and enable experiments across pages, funnels, messaging, and growth loops, using results to drive continuous iteration.
You will work closely with marketing to drive acquisition, conversion, and overall performance across DistroKid’s web properties. This includes building and enhancing landing pages, scaling SEO and content systems, and implementing robust tracking and analytics. You will own projects end-to-end while making sound engineering results, prioritizing effectively, and continuously iterating based on results.

As the first Engineering Manager embedded the Upstream Studios organization at GitLab, you'll lead a focused team of Engineers responsible for two foundational surfaces: the Pajamas Design System, which powers the coherence of the entire GitLab product, and docs.gitlab.com, the documentation platform serving millions of GitLab users and contributors worldwide.

An overview of this role
As an Intermediate Backend Engineer on the GitLab Knowledge Graph team, you'll help build and operate a graph data service that supports GitLab Duo agents, analytics, and architecture-level features across GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments. You’ll join a small, Rust-first team that values clear ownership, thoughtful system design, and rigorous thinking about data and reliability.
The Knowledge Graph service is a Rust backend that builds a property graph from GitLab’s software development lifecycle (SDLC) and code data. It uses ClickHouse, NATS JetStream, and the Data Insights Platform. It exposes secure graph queries and MCP tools used by AI agents and product features. In this role, you’ll deliver features and improvements in well-scoped areas, learn the broader architecture, and contribute to reliability, observability, and operational readiness.
In your first year, you’ll take clear ownership of specific components or features (for example, parts of the SDLC indexing pipeline or query paths). You’ll help reduce single points of failure with better tests and runbooks, and you’ll help the team ship analytical services that are easier to maintain and evolve over time.

As a Senior Backend Engineer, Cells Infrastructure, you'll help us build the foundation that lets GitLab.com scale horizontally through our Cells architecture. You'll work on two core parts of that system: edge routing services that direct traffic across a fleet of independent Cell clusters, and the Topology Service that manages and serves cluster topology information as the source of truth for the rest of the platform. Your work will make routing reliable and low-latency across protocols, and ensure GitLab teams can build Cell-aware features with confidence as we grow.

An overview of this role
You will engineer security improvements to the GitLab product as well as building and maintaining the tools we use to detect and prevent abuse on our SaaS platforms. A strong software engineering background with experience in large Ruby/Rails codebases is required. As an engineer on the Trust and Safety team, you will predictively identify abuse patterns and trends and build prevention systems to mitigate abusive users. The Trust and Safety team both maintains core abuse prevention platforms as well as cross functionally builds customer safety mechanisms on GitLab, such as the introduction of Compromised Password Detection for GitLab.com (link).

Search & Recommendations
The Search & Recommendations team builds our platform for context-gathering for agents, surfacing content across the Figma ecosystem (text, design systems, and more) by combining traditional search, recommendation, and information retrieval infrastructure with modern agentic search capabilities. Search and Recommendations engineers partner with product teams across our AI organization to develop highly reliable and performant systems that improve AI quality.
Make Platform
The Make Platform team builds systems that power a new way of creating and shipping software, where code, tooling, and runtime environments come together seamlessly. This includes standing up and managing sandboxed environments that can reliably run real applications, designing flexible pipelines that build and preview projects across a wide range of application frameworks, and integrating deeply with codebases to keep development state consistent as it evolves. The work spans distributed systems, developer infrastructure, and product-facing reliability challenges, with a focus on making complex workflows feel fast, intuitive, and dependable.
Extensibility
The Extensibility team is responsible for our plugin, widget, and REST APIs that enable developers to build their own Figma integrations. Extensibility engineers also partner with our product teams to develop our recently-launched MCP offerings and server platforms that integrate Figma into the wider AI ecosystem.
We’re looking for engineers with a background in platform engineering or machine learning to strengthen our foundational AI systems & frameworks. As a member of our AI Platforms teams, you’ll play a critical role in developing cutting-edge AI models and new product functionality, while also upleveling the technical quality, performance, and reliability of our AI features. The Page Builder team is part of Instacart’s Retailer Platform organization within Core Experience Engineering. We own the content infrastructure that powers every consumer-facing page at Instacart—from the storefront homepage a shopper lands on, to the digital flyer they browse, the loyalty rewards they redeem, and the seasonal campaigns that drive purchases. Our systems operate at meaningful scale: the Content Management Domain (CMD) stores, resolves, and renders 150K+ active placements across 125+ format types and serves approximately 7 million placement fetches per day at roughly 200 RPS for 100+ retail partners.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead high-impact platform initiatives that accelerate every team building on Instacart’s content layer. You will architect and drive the extraction of CMD from a Ruby monolith into a dedicated Go service, design proto-first API contracts used by many partner teams, and deliver low-latency, highly reliable services with clear SLOs. You’ll also shape a new composable content architecture that replaces 125+ hardcoded placement types with a single extensible type built on React components and Liquid templates—dramatically speeding up time-to-value for enterprise retailers and internal teams.
This role is a force multiplier across Instacart. You’ll collaborate closely with Shopping/URSA, Feeds, Growth, Loyalty, and Ads to evolve CMD into a dependable, well-documented platform. You’ll help define our AI-native future by exposing Page Builder capabilities as MCP-compatible endpoints so AI agents can create, preview, QA, and publish pages end-to-end.
