The Role:

The Senior Clinical Trial Associate is a key member of the Clinical Operations and clinical project teams. The Sr. CTA acts as a central contact and hub for the clinical study team and in this capacity supports the team in the planning, implementation, completion, and wind down of clinical trial(s). The VP, Development Data Science will build and lead a cross functional data centric matrix to accelerate drug development, support regulatory submissions and guide the Real-World Data (RWD) / Real-World Evidence (RWE) function at Parabilis. The Opportunity

This Real World Evidence (RWE)/Health Economics (HEOR) Contractor role supports the RWE/HEOR Senior Director in leading RWE execution for pipeline assets. The role is fun and flexible with a mix of both study execution and data analytics. This person will be accountable for developing and delivering components of the evidence generation plan (including RWE and economic value evidence), and driving high-quality deliverables that inform internal decision-making during product development, pre-launch readiness, and lifecycle planning. Responsibilities

• Evidence strategy and planning: Maintain US RWE & HEOR plans for 1–2 priority pipeline assets/indications, aligned to US medical, payer, and access needs; translate strategy into actionable workplans, timelines, and resourcing proposals.

MORSE is looking for an Autonomy Software Engineer to research, develop and prototype novel autonomy software to enable pre-mission planning and operation of novel aircraft and other autonomous systems. MORSE is seeking an aeronautical, aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineer in optimization, estimation theory, and/or guidance, navigation and control (GNC) algorithms. Responsibilities will include autonomy development from conceptualization, including the selection and evaluation of sensors, implementation, including software development, and evaluation, including data analysis. The role will involve developing and testing code in a simulation and HWIL environment as well as field tests of the implemented autonomy software. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physics, math, statistics, and computer science, as well as experience handling electronic hardware and machine learning. The candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment to rapidly design, prototype and test autonomous systems.

As an Embedded Software Engineer at MORSE, you will be developing software to support Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) R&D programs. In this role, you will be involved with all aspects of the engineering design cycle from concept through deployment.

Your responsibilities will include integrating novel algorithms with flight software to introduce new capabilities for autonomous aircraft, setting up and performing simulations to support integration efforts, and supporting flight tests to evaluate algorithm performance. You will play a critical role in flight testing by defining test objectives, configuring software on aircraft avionics, and operating ground stations to monitor and control aircraft in flight.

Working alongside experts in sensing and control technologies, you will help integrate cutting-edge capabilities into novel platforms and support testing in both lab and field environments. Requirements

We're looking for an Electromechanical Systems Engineer who loves designing, building and flying aerial vehicles to join our team at MORSE Corp. This role will span aircraft design, autonomous vehicle integration and testing, sensor technology, and real-time embedded software. In this position, you will be involved in every aspect of integrating fixed wing aircraft—from mechanical build and electronics packaging to system integration and complete mechanical and electrical checkout. You will play an integral part in flight testing, building up and configuring novel autonomous UAVs, and supporting flight test events from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be comfortable loading and configuring autopilot software and excited to work hands-on across the entire development lifecycle, from initial assembly through operational flight testing.

As an Electrical R&D Technician at MORSE you will be applying skills across a variety of disciplines to support the development of cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicles and other integrated systems. MORSE is searching for candidates with experience building electro-mechanical systems and testing with a particular focus on electronics and electrical components. This position will be onsite in our Cambridge lab and office. 

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of aerial vehicle components, sub-systems and systems

• Perform modifications to a COTS airframe to incorporate custom avionics and payloads

• Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) on hardware or feed back assembly/fab issues to engineers.

• Perform electrical tests for functionality and continuity.

• Inspect assemblies, PCBs, harnesses for defects and compliance with good workmanship practices.

• Perform visual/microscope inspection and rework of PCBs with SMT components. Remove and replace through-hole and SMT components using hot air tools

SUMMARY

The Security Officer will also assist with customer service requests. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor assigned area of venue on foot.  Observe, report, and control ongoing activity keeping track of unusual occurrences.  Assist with the ejection or control of unruly, disruptive, intoxicated guests. 
• Monitor entry and access point for the venue.  Ensure all guests and employees have appropriate access to be in each specific area. 
• Escort artists, VIPs, guests and employees to protect and prevent unwanted attention, disruption, incident or injury. 
• Respond immediately to fire control center to locate, acknowledge and silence alarm.  Check signal area, report and reset alarm.  Enact fire safety/evacuations when necessary. 
• Respond, observe and document all medical situations and request EMT/medical personnel.  Assist with minor first aid situations.  Coordinate transportation for friends and family of afflicted when necessary.

The Security Supervisor will ensure that any potential threat is diffused and that safety is maintained for all parties at the event.

The Manager Security will ensure the safety of all persons at the event at any given time.  This individual will also provide proper staff training on a variety of different hazards or situations that can occur during any event.  They will be in charge of recruiting, scheduling, overseeing and evaluating staff and making sure they are up to date on policies and procedures.  They will also oversee the maintenance of records, make sure all credentials are up to date and work with other agencies to set up training.   

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with all departments to make sure everyone is aware of all safety/security protocols.    
• Train new and current employees on risk management policies and procedures for festivals, shows, venues and one-offs. 
• Responsible for various types of onsite incidents.

We are seeking a Contract Manager to join our in-house legal team and support Flagship’s enterprise operations. Role Overview 

We are building a therapeutic discovery platform centered on biosynthetically-derived chemistry and advanced analytical readouts. This role will provide direct experimental support to the platform’s Build arm: executing cloning, expression, and purification workflows with a high degree of independence and rigor. The Sr. RA will be a hands-on contributor to day-to-day bench operations and will help maintain the throughput and data quality needed to drive rapid, data-grounded decisions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Execute molecular cloning workflows end-to-end using modern assembly methods (Gibson, T2S/Golden Gate, and related approaches); maintain accurate plasmid maps, sequence records, and construct libraries. 

• Express and purify recombinant proteins in bacterial systems; independently troubleshoot yield, solubility, and purity issues across the full workflow from culture through final polishing steps.

• Oversee the identification, evaluation, and implementation of novel technologies and innovations to drive greater program / portfolio value. Leverage emerging AI-driven technical development, manufacturing and advanced analytics approaches to accelerate CMC timelines and improve efficiency across the portfolio
• Engage and align key stakeholders across Technical Operations, Research, Translational Medicine, and Regulatory Affairs to establish CMC development paradigms, resolve cross-functional trade-offs, and ensure portfolio decisions reflect both scientific rigor and operational reality
• Oversee CMC handoffs and establishing fit-for-purpose development and manufacturing pathways for novel modalities originating within the FSP ecosystem. Act as CMC strategic advisor, as needed
• Serves as an ambassador of PM for external stakeholders and industry as a whole

Requirements:

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 15+ years of progressive CMC experience (MS with 18+ or BS with 20+ considered); Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with direct accountability for CMC strategy across multiple simultaneous programs
• Deep hands-on expertise in small molecules and biologics. Expertise is preferred (but not required) in advanced modalities incl. nucleic acids, cell or gene therapies
• Demonstrated track record of filing and defending regulatory dossiers (INDs, CTAs, BLAs/NDAs, or MAAs) across multiple programs and modalities; Current working knowledge of global regulatory expectations (FDA, EMA, PMDA) and direct experience in agency interactions on CMC topics.
• Proven ability of owning CMC strategy and execution across a multi-program portfolio simultaneously, including developing and managing CMC budgets, risk management, and delivery against aggressive timelines
• Extensive experience identifying, selecting, contracting, and managing CDMOs and CROs with specialized emerging modality capabilities, including leading technology transfer and resolving technical challenges at external sites
• Thought leadership in innovation, including novel delivery, high-throughput process development, and platform-based approaches to elevate program / portfolio value
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, digital process development tools, and data-driven manufacturing platforms to improve development speed and efficiency
• Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional PM and platform company leaders; Strong communicator who can translate complex CMC strategy and risk for non-specialist audiences
• Experience partnering with GxP Quality to establish quality systems appropriate for a development-stage organization, including SOPs, change control, and deviation management in a GxP environment
• Entrepreneurial builder energized by creating structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; high accountability orientation with a bias for action and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information

The salary range for this role is $228,000 - $313,500. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Position Overview:

Beam is looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director of statistical programming to join our growing Statistical Programming team in the Biometrics department. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical programming functions within a therapeutic area to support various clinical studies and submissions to ensure successful execution for Beam’s clinical programs. In this role, you will work with the head of statistical programming and the head of biometrics to develop statistical programming strategies, SAS programming infrastructure as well as department standards, applications and processes. You will manage CROs, oversee programming activities and provide timely support to the cross-functional teams on statistical programming matters according to the project strategies and requests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage statistical programming activities on clinical studies and oversee CROs to generate analysis data sets and tables, listings and figures needed for clinical study reports and regulatory submissions.
• Review and validate SDTM, ADaM analysis datasets and TFLs created by CROs.
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Biostatistics, Data Management, clinical operations, clinical development, Regulatory and other functions.
• Manage creating CDSIC SDTM and ADaM datasets, analysis metadata results and Define.xml for Electronic Submission from the clinical database or external data sources.
• Manage the activities of data summary, statistical analysis, patient profile, safety and efficacy tables, listings and figures using Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS/Graph, SAS/SQL, SAS/ODS and R.
• Oversee and manage the workflow of generating study specific and ad-hoc clinical data listings, summary tables and figures.
• Partner with Statisticians and other members of the clinical study team, perform ad hoc analysis.
• Review SAP, DMP, CRF, annotated CRF, TFL specifications and other relevant documents by CROs and provide expert feedback from functional perspective.
• Assist the Head of Statistical Programming in reviewing bid proposals, monitoring and tracking budgets for outsourced activities.
• Assist the Head of Statistical Programming to develop and implement programming processes, programming standards and SOPs.
• Develop SAS programming infrastructure and programming processes to improve data deliverables and ad hoc analyses quality and efficiency.
• Build and mentor a team of programmers as needed to support Beam clinical trials and drug development pipelines.

Qualifications:

• MS or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related scientific Discipline.
• At least 12 years Pharmaceutical/Biotech programming experience.
• Advanced SAS programming skills and strong Statistical background along with experience with SAS Base, SAS/Macros, SAS/Graph and SAS/Stat.
• Experience and in-depth knowledge in CDISC including STDM, ADaM and controlled terminologies.
• NDA or BLA submission experience is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing CROs and other data vendors.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines, Good Clinical Practices, FDA / EMA / other regulatory authority guidance.
• Experience with R-Shiny or Python is a plus.
