About the Role 

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead finance and payouts platforms within Enterprise Engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation. You will own products that support order-to-cash, revenue accounting, financial close, reconciliations, and partner payouts, working across Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, Ads Revenue Operations, and Business Systems. 

You’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution for capabilities that combine robust finance controls with modern engineering and AI - e.g., ML-assisted reconciliations, anomaly detection, intelligent exception routing, and Gen-AI powered tools for finance users. This is a high-impact senior IC role; you will regularly influence senior stakeholders across regions, while partnering closely with engineering leads and architects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own strategy & roadmap for finance and payouts platforms, including AI-enabled capabilities (classification, matching, forecasting, GenAI assistants) 
• Deep-dive workflows across revenue, close, reconciliations, payouts and compliance; map pain points and define automation opportunities

• Design, implement, test and document OS Kernel and Device Driver software at the highest standard using C/C++/Python programming languages
• Participate in agile development – working as part of a scrum team to develop the right software at pace
• Communicate effectively and contribute regularly to technical discussions with your peers in software and hardware engineering, with architects and other stakeholders

Regional leadership & team management

Workplace experience & front-of-house support

• Oversee coordination of mail, shipping/receiving, and logistics, including high-value and international shipments in partnership with Business Technology and external carriers.

Position Overview:

Beam is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Supply Chain team. The Supply Planning & Network leader will be responsible managing the global supply network performance by conducting risk-based inventory reviews and developing strategic options to address demand uncertainties and enhance network capabilities. He/she will be accountable to ensure uninterrupted supply of clinical and future commercial products via Beam’s S&OP process. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Planning and partner with TechOps, Clinical Ops, Commercial Patient Ops, Quality, Finance, and CMC teams to lead short-term integrated production planning and long-range strategic supply chain planning of Beam’s product portfolio. The Role:

Reporting to the Associate Director, Formulation Sciences, the Senior Manager, Formulation Sciences will act as late-stage drug product subject matter expert and will support drug product process validation toward commercialization. The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a proven record of working in a virtual environment with CDMOs to deliver clinical and commercial supplies in support of fast-paced late-stage development programs. Using strategic thinking, the Senior Manager must be able to develop and execute process validation strategies for successful product commercialization.

This individual has responsibility for support of drug product process validation, scale up, and post-approval changes (SUPAC) and routine commercial manufacturing activities across Nuvalent’s contract research and manufacturing organizations. The primary accountability is being the steward for product development and manufacturing as these programs transition through development and into commercialization. The ultimate goal will be to ensure robust process and manufacture strategies for consistent commercial supply.

Responsibilities:

• Support drug product Process Validation activities, Scale up and post-approval changes (SUPAC) and routine commercial manufacturing at CDMOs.
• Identify critical process parameters based on the risk assessment and understanding the impact of material attributes and process parameters on critical quality attributes. Implement appropriate process controls to ensure delivery of consistent batch product quality.
• Draft, coordinate, execute validation protocols, perform data analysis, author/review and approve process validation reports with consistent and effective communication with other functions.
• Provide support to routine process validation studies, assisting with product technology transfers or lifecycle management changes such as process improvement, addition of secondary API and manufacture site change etc.
• Perform technical review of drug product manufacture deviations, change controls, perform process monitoring (manufacturing data summary and analysis, data presentation), perform activities for drug product lot release (assess deviations and process changes).
• Work closely with other team members and cross-functionally with quality assurance, analytical/QC, chemical development, supply chain, and project management team to achieve all project deliverables.
• Provide support for technical decision-making regarding cGMP compliance, validation strategy and regulatory pathway for SUPAC changes etc.
• Familiar with statistical analysis software, such as JMP.
• Perform process capability analysis, identify risk, and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Manage documentation, change controls, material inventory, product complaints, and deviation resolution at CDMOs.
• Represent the drug product group as a Subject Matter Expert to support audits and regulatory inspections.

• Support authoring the relevant technical sections of regulatory filings.

• Support late-stage validation and post-approval readiness activities and commercial manufacture activities within a virtual working environment.

Summary

DivcoWest is seeking a knowledgeable and responsible building operations & engineering professional to join our Property Management Team. As the Operations Manager, you will plan, implement, coordinate, and manage all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and engineering staff programs for the assigned properties owned/managed by DivcoWest. You will be responsible for oversight of third-party engineering as well as physical operational oversight at the properties. You will be working in daily collaboration with the on-site property management teams and asset management team. You will be working with and reporting directly to the local Associate Director (Property Management - Operations).

This is a full-time role requiring five (5) days on-site at our Cambridge, Massachusetts properties.  Attendance at or remote availability in the evenings or weekends may be required for projects and/or emergency situations. 

The ideal candidate must take the initiative to lead projects and ongoing efforts and give direction but must also be comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders working on the properties. Problem-solving and communication abilities are equally important.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all aspects of engineering and technology activities at the assigned properties to ensure business objectives are met.
• Serves as the primary technical authority and technical interface for engineering team, property management and asset management at the properties.

• Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer and presentation displays as well as operate marketing tools to capture photos and video.
• Move about outside the office to tour properties, including mechanical/electrical spaces and roofs.

• Set up for marketing initiatives such as events, photo shoots, property tours, etc. and occasionally lift objects up to 20 lbs.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Speechmatics’ Voice AI portfolio by setting product strategy and direction. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deeply understand market needs, define clear requirements, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact across industries.

In this role, you’ll also act as a product evangelist, promoting the value of Voice AI both internally and externally, while prioritizing initiatives that balance customer outcomes, technical feasibility, and business goals. By collaborating with engineering and go-to-market teams, you’ll shape features, guide development, launch new products, and iterate quickly to achieve measurable success.

This position is both strategic and collaborative, requiring vision as well as execution. You’ll transform customer insights into product roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and help accelerate the global adoption of Speechmatics’ Voice AI technology.

About the Role 

Customer Success Engineers work at the intersection of software engineering, bioinformatics, and customer success to understand and fulfill customer support needs. 

Customers choose Watershed to analyze and share large biological data sources in flexible, powerful computing environments. Customers will engage you as a first escalation point — you will draw on a knowledge of Linux systems, software engineering, and bioinformatics to unpack and resolve requests.

You will track down support requests across the platform, partnering with our Product Manager and Head of Operations. Expect variety in the complexity and kinds of technology and bioinformatics challenges you face. As you troubleshoot recurring issues, you will document and elevate common requests and fixes to improve future support.

Responsibilities 

• Develop an intimate understanding of how customers use the Watershed platform.
• Analyze and share data on customer usage, activity, and trends. Suggest upsell opportunities and advise on account-specific insights.
• Triage, manage, and resolve incoming customer support requests. Requests will vary in complexity from Level 1 support to interrelated Linux, software, and bioinformatics issues.
• Establish and uphold company support standards. Create resolution metrics and expand support programs as needed. 
• Create & manage a system for documenting solutions and workarounds for recurring requests so team members can resolve similar issues quickly.
• Write platform guides and FAQs to support new feature rollouts. Develop case studies detailing tailored customer solutions.
• Directly report to the Head of Operations & CEO. Escalate key support insights (i.e., ‘buggy functions’ or common user misunderstandings). 
• Ensure an excellent user experience on the Watershed platform

Qualifications 

• 1-3 years of professional experience supporting technical and non-technical customers as a bioinformatician. Experience working in a bioinformatics consultancy is strongly preferred
• A working understanding of Linux commands, system troubleshooting, and Docker.
• Proficiency with any one of Bash, Python, or R. Familiarity with all three is preferred.
• Familiarity with bioinformatics, computational biology, or a Masters in Bioinformatics is preferred
