About the role
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical architect and execution lead for our most critical client implementations. You will be a founding member of a team dedicated to the "last mile" of the Syndio experience - ensuring that our customers’ complex data environments are seamlessly integrated into our platform and clients can be onboarded into our platform with minimum effort.
In this role, you aren’t just "onboarding" a client; you are building the data foundations that allow enterprise leaders to make fair, confident pay decisions. You will work at the intersection of Software Engineering and Solutions Architecture, using our new Implementation Platform and cutting-edge AI tools to transform disparate data into Decision Intelligence.

Basic Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Solutions Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data transformation and ETL processes.
- AI Prompting Mastery: Proficiency in leveraging LLMs and AI prompting to accelerate complex implementations, automate data mapping and resolve technical product exceptions.
- Integration Expertise: Experience working with APIs and modern iPaaS / Integration tools to move data between enterprise systems (HRIS, ATS, Payroll).
- Client-Centric Vision: Ability to lead technical deep-dives with client stakeholders, translating their business needs into platform configurations.
- Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple complex technical workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high quality and documentation standards.

Role Progression:
In the 1st Month:
- Complete onboarding on the Syndio platform and the "Decision Intelligence" vision.
- Master the new Integration Platform and current data loading artifacts.
- Shadow 2-3 strategic client implementations and identify potential automation opportunities.
- Contribute to a pilot migration of an existing client’s data into the new platform.
At 3 Months:
- Independently lead technical implementations for new clients.
- Execute data migrations for a segment of the existing client base into the new Integration platform.
- Build reusable "Implementation Artifacts" (scripts, prompts, templates) that reduce time-to-value for the whole team.
- Contribute to the design of our new Platform’s Implementation process, identifying automation and other artifacts to minimize the client’s time to value.
By 6 Months:
- Manage a portfolio of high-complexity implementations for Syndio’s most strategic accounts utilizing automation and other artifacts to maximize client’s value in minimum time.
- Help achieve the goal of migrating 70% of the client base to the new Integration platform solution.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for "Process Embedding," ensuring clients are fully adopting the platform’s advanced setup features.

- Strong understanding of multi-dimensional data architecture

Avetta’s Analytics Consultant is a client-facing individual contributor responsible for leading the delivery of high-impact, data-driven insights and scalable analytics solutions for Avetta clients and internal stakeholders.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, owning complex analytics engagements end-to-end—from discovery and solution design through execution and delivery. The Analytics Consultant partners cross-functionally with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to influence strategy, shape data solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Working within Avetta’s modern data ecosystem (Snowflake, AWS, Power BI, Sisense), this role not only delivers advanced analytics but also identifies opportunities to standardize and productize insights into scalable, repeatable solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Leadership & Strategic Engagement
- Lead client-facing analytics engagements, including discovery, scoping, solution design, and delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping data strategies and influencing decision-making.
- Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and scalable solutions.

What You Will Do
As an Integration Consultant on our Data Solutions team, you'll be responsible for scoping, designing, implementing, and testing integration solutions across a wide range of enterprise platforms. Working closely with client partners, you'll develop relationships with key technical stakeholders while delivering measurable business value through well-architected, maintainable integrations. You'll contribute across the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales and discovery through deployment and client enablement, and collaborate with teammates across CLM, Salesforce, and Data practices.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Design and implement API-based integrations using REST and SOAP principles across cloud and on-premise systems
- Build and test integrations using middleware platforms including Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or similar tools
- Use Postman (or equivalent) for API exploration, testing, scripting, and automation
- Develop integrations connecting platforms such as Salesforce, DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Snowflake, NetSuite, Workday, and other enterprise business systems
- Translate client business requirements into clear integration specifications, field mappings, and data flow documentation
- Troubleshoot complex integration failures including authentication issues, payload formatting, and API versioning conflicts
- Support data migration projects involving staging, transformation, and validation of records across systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3–6 years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience, including enterprise system implementations or integration development
- Solid understanding of API fundamentals — REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, webhooks, and error handling patterns
- Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing, scripting, and collection-based workflows
- Experience configuring or developing on at least one major middleware platform (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures, APIs (REST, Bulk, Metadata), and data movement patterns
- Exposure to CLM platforms such as DocuSign CLM / SpringCM, Ironclad, or Agiloft is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage day-to-day client relationships and maintain a prioritized workstream independently
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Workato, MuleSoft, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience with SQL or Python for data transformation and scripting
- Exposure to CLM workflow configuration or document automation
- Exposure to CRM systems, sales processes, revenue pipelines, customer service, etc.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (GitHub/Bitbucket), or agile delivery methodologies

We are looking for a NetSuite Consultant to join our team and be a key component of our NetSuite ERP implementation team. Working with the NetSuite practice leadership, you will find creative ways to implement NetSuite efficiently and effectively, helping clients achieve enterprise ROI by utilizing the technology as a driver. Qualifications:

What You Will Do and Learn
We are currently looking for a Consultant in our OneStream practice. This role is responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform.
OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. CPM systems are used by large companies to manage several finance and accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting, budgeting & planning, and account reconciliation. We hire individuals that are passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As part of the OneStream team, you will help build a practice that is able to identify and implement solutions to help our clients utilize technology to run their businesses more effectively.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:
- Deliver OneStream solutions through full cycle – requirements and design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
- Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
- Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges
- Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
- Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
- Embrace the Spaulding Ridge culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and social/networking activities
In addition to the expectations listed above, the ideal candidate will possess experience in the following areas:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems
- 3-5 years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A
- Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments
- Prior experience gathering business requirements and translating those to help design a solution
- Experience with VB.net
- Experience with data integration between different systems/sources
