Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead, Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Integrations to own technical architecture, engineering delivery, and platform governance across Oracle Fusion and enterprise integrations.
This role carries primary accountability for Oracle Fusion technical architecture and integration architecture (OIC, Boomi, AWS native integration gateways, APIs, event-driven patterns), while providing secondary technical oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools (e.g., Atlassian). You will ensure scalable design, disciplined execution, upgrade readiness, intelligent automation enablement, AI adoption governance, technical debt remediation, and long-term platform sustainability.
In addition to direct technical contribution, you will lead a team of Fusion, Integration, Workday, and Enterprise Tools engineers, enforce code and configuration governance, drive deployment discipline, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across platforms.
Product Managers owns the “what.” This role owns the “how” and engineering integrity.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own domain-level Oracle Fusion technical architecture across Finance, SCM, and Procurement modules.
- Define and enforce configuration standards, extension strategy, security model governance, and integration guardrails.
- Assess platform health, identify technical debt, and lead remediation initiatives.
- Lead quarterly Fusion upgrade impact analysis and regression governance.
- Design and oversee implementation of extensions, workflows (BPM), Groovy logic, Flexfields, and master data controls.
- Establish governance for AI and intelligent automation within ERP workflows.
- Own integration architecture and strategy across Natera’s SG&A applications and in-house tools.
- Define API-first and event-driven standards across OIC, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs, business events, middleware, and AWS native integration services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge), ensuring reusable and scalable integration frameworks.
- Close reporting gaps and enable advanced analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models.
- Directly manage Integration and Platform Engineers.
- Establish code/configuration review governance and quality standards.
- Drive engineering capacity planning and predictable delivery.
- Provide technical governance and oversight for Workday and Enterprise Tools platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 4+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud expertise.
- Deep expertise in Fusion architecture, extensions, workflows, security model, integrations, and reporting.
- Proven experience implementing workflows using BPM, Application Composer (Groovy), and Flexfields.
- Experience building extensions using APEX and/or Visual Builder.
- Strong experience with OIC and/or Boomi, with solid understanding of API-first and event-driven integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of Fusion data structures and reporting enablement (OTBI/BIP).
- Proven ability to identify and remediate technical debt in enterprise ERP environments.
- Demonstrated ability to enable intelligent automation within enterprise platforms.
- Experience operating in SOX-regulated or controlled environments.
- Experience leading engineers and enforcing engineering governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Oracle Fusion implementations or large-scale Enterprise applications modernization initiatives.
- Experience designing or governing integrations using AWS-native services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, SQS/SNS).
- Experience integrating ERP platforms with other internal enterprise SaaS applications (Workday, Salesforce) and custom build engineering services or softwares.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer in Production Engineering, you will own the continuous integration (CI) and test-orchestration platform that enables FlashArray and FlashBlade teams to ship high-quality products at predictable velocity. This is a developer-first, highly visible role with real operational responsibility: you will design, build, and run the systems behind code merges and release operations, with a strong focus on developer experience. You’ll turn quality gates into automation instead of process, and use data and observability to continually improve reliability, throughput, and time to signal. You will work closely with engineering teams across the organization to accelerate Everpure innovation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement CI and test-orchestration services, tools, and pipelines that provide fast, reliable, high-quality feedback for engineers across FlashArray and FlashBlade.
- Build and extend developer-facing automation (services, CLIs, APIs, scripts) that simplify onboarding, configuration, and debugging of CI and release workflows.
- Define and encode quality gates and signals (run rates, pass rates, flakiness thresholds, coverage, escape metrics) directly into CI and release systems.
- Develop and maintain metrics, queries, and dashboards that give clear visibility into CI and release health, and use them to drive targeted improvements.
- Integrate and evolve observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerts) for CI and test-orchestration services to reduce time-to-detect and time-to-resolve incidents.
- Participate in on-call duty rotations for CI and test-orchestration infrastructure; lead incident triage and mitigation, bring order to chaos, and ensure thorough follow-through on root-cause fixes.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects with engineering teams and TPMs to improve CI and release quality, developer experience, and overall reliability.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and time zones, while continuously learning and helping others level up on CI and release operations, and keeping mainline branches healthy.
- Calm under pressure, leading high-impact incidents while maintaining focus and clarity.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, production engineering, SRE, or DevOps, including designing, building, and owning backend services or tooling (not just ad-hoc scripts), with proven experience leading technical projects or initiatives that span multiple teams or services, especially in CI, test, or release domains.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and distributed systems understanding, with a track record of improving reliability, performance, or overall product quality.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, Go) and strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python) for automation and diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with CI concepts and tooling (e.g. Jenkins), including pipeline-as-code, job configuration (often via Groovy or equivalent DSL), managing multi-job CI workflows, and using database/analytics tools (e.g. SQL) and metrics to analyze and improve CI and release processes.
- Solid Linux/Unix fundamentals and demonstrated ability to debug issues across OS, network, storage, and application layers in production or CI environments.

We are looking for an expert Oracle Integration Developer to join our Arsenal (Enterprise Systems) team. Your immediate mission: take ownership of our critical enterprise integrations connecting Oracle Fusion ERP with our upstream and downstream systems. Diagnose root causes of instability, re-architect weak points, and implement robust error handling and monitoring to achieve mission-critical reliability.
- Architect & Build: Design and develop new, scalable enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Translate complex business requirements for product data, multi-level Bills of Material (BOMs), procurement, inventory, work orders, and financial transactions into resilient and efficient integration flows.
- Own the Integration Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process from design and development through testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment, utilizing CI/CD best practices. Proactively tune and maintain integrations to ensure peak performance as data volumes grow.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Become the trusted expert on data transformation and mapping between systems. Implement rigorous validation and reconciliation logic to guarantee that our enterprise data is flawless across all systems.
- Collaborate & Influence: Act as the key technical partner to our ERP, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Clearly articulate technical designs, trade-offs, and progress to both engineering peers and business stakeholders, guiding them toward best-practice integration patterns.
- Leverage Modern Oracle Cloud Tools: Utilize Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) where appropriate to build lightweight user interfaces that enhance integration workflows, data validation, or operational dashboards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing complex integrations with deep specialization in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), specifically Oracle Integration 3.
- Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with upstream and downstream enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, MES, WMS, CRM, third-party applications), including deep familiarity with ERP data objects such as Items, BOMs, Suppliers, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Inventory Transactions, and Financial data.
- Expert-level proficiency in OIC 3 components: Application and Tech Adapters (REST, SOAP, File, FTP, Oracle SaaS, Database), Connections, Mappings, Lookups, Error Handling, and JavaScript.
- Strong command of XSLT, XPath, and complex data mapping for transforming large and nested XML/JSON payloads.
- Demonstrable experience building, securing, and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- Excellent SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational database concepts.

Metropolis is seeking an Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. You will manage, maintain, and optimize our Oracle Cloud EPM (EPBCS) ecosystem while serving as the strategic bridge between our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization and our centralized Data Engineering teams. In our high-velocity, 5,000-location enterprise, financial accuracy is inextricably linked to operational data. You will not only handle traditional EPM administration but also partner directly with data and operational teams to define technical requirements for integrating non-financial KPIs—such as location churn, new facility onboardings, occupancy rates, and transaction counts—directly from our data warehouse into our financial forecasting models. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of EPM architecture, SQL data structures, and the communication skills required to translate complex operational metrics into actionable financial drivers.
What you'll do
- Oversee the end-to-end administration, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Oracle Cloud EPM suite (EPBCS)
- Design, build, and troubleshoot Essbase ASO/BSO cubes to support large-scale operational scenario planning
- Act as the primary technical translator between Finance and centralized Data/IT teams; partner with Data Engineering to define technical requirements, ensuring that data models in our data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake) are properly structured for seamless EPM ingestion
- Collaborate with data teams to ingest high-volume non-financial KPIs (e.g., transaction counts, location churn) into EPM planning cubes
- Troubleshoot integration workflows and perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies using SQL and Python
- Replace static calculation scripts with dynamic, context-aware logic to optimize system performance across thousands of sparse locations
- Utilize EPM Automate alongside Python or batch scripting for complex job scheduling
- Manage the volatile lifecycle of 5,000+ operational locations; ensure location additions, divestitures, hierarchical changes and associated access permissions, synchronize flawlessly across ERP, CRM, and EPM environments
- Develop and maintain high-impact visualization dashboards (Tableau, Looker, Hex) with intuitive narratives to facilitate executive decision-making; provide user support, training, and documentation for supported applications
What we're looking for
- 7+ years of Oracle EPM (EPBCS/Planning) System Administration and development experience in a high-growth, multi-location enterprise
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data integration tools (EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, EPM Automate) and deep understanding of dependencies between functional components of Oracle EPM

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Grafana, ELK stack)
- Experience with database administration

- Experience designing & implementing tracking and track fusion algorithms

Role Overview:
CHAOS is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated DevSecOps/Platform Engineer to join our team supporting our R&D and product engineering initially focusing on our next-generation Command and Control (C2) and radar products. This is a highly collaborative role which will allow you to work on multiple capabilities within our product offerings. As a member of our engineering team, you also have the opportunity to expand your skillset across our product families.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and orchestrate containerized Python package applications using Docker (Swarm and/or Compose) and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and performance
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) principles
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance
- Develop and maintain documentation for our infrastructure and processes
- Contribute to the overall improvement of our DevOps practices
- Work full-time on-site in our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree
