Our Programmatic specialists are our resident experts in programmatic and direct buying. You are responsible for keeping on top of industry-wide trends and best practices, putting them to optimal use for each client’s initiatives. You will be part of a cross-functional team including Paid Search, Paid Social, Ad Operations, and Data Strategy, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met. From negotiating direct deals to building stellar full-funnel media plans, you move with precision to drive growth for our most ambitious brands.

As part of the Media Resale & Activation team, you will be at the heart of digital execution. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role focused on navigating the complexities of digital platforms—inclusive of tagging, trafficking, and buying—to transform client business goals into measurable media success.
Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end setup of media campaigns. This includes building campaigns, setting budgets and pacing, assigning creatives, and implementing granular targeting across various platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting & QA: Maintain high standards of accuracy by performing rigorous QA checks. You will identify, troubleshoot, and escalate platform issues, ensuring all tags and linkages are functioning perfectly.
Operational Excellence: Manage administrative tasks essential to the business, such as maintaining Salesforce (SFDC) records, providing billing support, and ensuring adherence to internal financial operations.
Collaboration: Partner with diverse Media Capabilities—including Analytics, Product, and Media Growth—to share learnings and implement best practices across the pillar.

Your role
As a Solutions Architect on our Professional Services team, you'll be the technical backbone of successful Dialpad deployments for our customers. Your expertise will focus on these projects, where you'll deliver an exceptional technical experience for Dialpad customers and address any challenges that may surface during the project lifecycle.
You're a customer-centric, technically brilliant individual with a deep understanding of networking, telephony networks, and integrations using REST APIs. You thrive on the technical challenges that come with onboarding new clients and love being a valued team player. You'll step into a pivotal role where your problem-solving prowess and genuine passion for helping others will play a crucial part in setting our customers up for success from day one with Dialpad.
