You are an experienced product manager to lead the evolution of our reseller and CPQ services, with a particular focus on creating one of the industry’s best advisor selling experiences. You will own strategy and execution for features that enable advisors to prospect, solution, price, upsell, and manage quotes quickly and intuitively.
The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE Plan 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more.

5+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in product-led, high-growth environments.

Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (we use Greenhouse).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

About the role
We're looking for a hands-on engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing team within our Cyberbank Core team. Cyberbank Core is a next generation lean banking core that is part of the Galileo suite of banking APIs and was built from the ground up at Galileo/SoFi. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, growing CRM team that has real impact on business performance. You will be working alongside our CRM team, comprised of Sr Director of CRM, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Lead, and other CRM associates and coordinators. You will report directly to the Director of CRM. We are DO’ers! Every member of the CRM team embodies a strong bias toward action.
The Senior CRM Analyst – Lifecycle Marketing & Retention will help support the CRM team to plan, implement, schedule, and execute timely email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messages to our Churned users (folks who left the platform), while collaborating with the CRM team on communication strategies, accurate execution of campaigns, and follow-up analysis.
