The NATO Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) Division, led by the Assistant Secretary General (ASG), ensures ICT coherence across NATO’s 50+ civil and military bodies, serving over 25,000 users. Reporting to the Secretary General, the ASG oversees enterprise directives and advises on IT acquisition and services.
In 2026, NATO's ASG is prioritizing digital transformation, cloud migration, and becoming a data-centric organization. This strategic effort focuses on modernizing processes, harnessing AI, and integrating business services to build a more coherent organization. By optimizing business workflows, NATO aims to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen security, and achieve seamless cloud adoption.
To achieve this, CDT is seeking support in managing and coordinating a Business Services Program aimed at bringing coherence and modernizing the NATO Enterprise Business Services landscape. This initiative is part of the NATO Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy, which promotes improving processes and leveraging digital echnologies. The project addresses the need for greater alignment and improvement of processes across the NATO Enterprise to support ongoing digital transformation efforts. NATO is undergoing a transformative adaptation to accelerate its digital transformation and cybersecurity posture, aligned with the Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy (DTIS). These efforts are led by the NATO Assistant Secretary General for Cyber and Digital Transformation, who oversees coherence across the NATO Enterprise ICT capabilities and services while serving as the single point of authority for cybersecurity. The Cyber and Digital Transformation Division (CDT) is tasked with executing and enforcing Enterprise-wide coherence, ensuring alignment across NATO’s initiatives, overseeing implementation and impact, and advancing work to meet NATO’s strategic objectives outlined in NATO 2030. The position is currently within Capability Coherence Section. This Task Order requires travel, consisting of up to 3 visits to NCIA Brussels (one per quarter) for a maximum of one working day each visit. Travel dates will be planned during the Project Kick-off Meeting with NCIA Project Manager. The travel, lodging and associated expenses for travel are included in the price of the bid (NTE), such that the purchaser shall not be invoiced.
Extraordinary Travel (Purchaser Directed Travel) may be required to other NATO or non- ATO locations as necessary. In the event of such unforeseen meetings being called, the cost of all travel and subsistence will be addressed through a contract amendment.
Extraordinary Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Article 5.5 of AAS+ Framework Contract. Such costs will be set as a separate PO line with a not to exceed value to cover and reimburse of actual expenses upon submissions of all receipts and invoices in line with NCIA processes.

Role Purpose:
The Channel Manager will build, enable, and scale Unframe’s partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships (VARs, GSIs, MSPs and technology partners), driving sourced and influenced revenue, and ensuring partners are effectively enabled to position and sell Unframe solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a repeatable, scalable partner motion.

You own end-to-end recruitment across all departments
✅ Source and hire top talent proactively: Build and manage a pipeline of candidates across functions and levels, with a focus on outbound sourcing and consistent funnel quality.
✅ Own and improve our ATS and candidate workflow: Ensure candidate progress is tracked clearly, timelines are met, and the hiring process is data-driven and well-documented.
✅ Run structured first-round interviews: Define interview formats and assess candidates in a consistent, structured way, reducing hiring bias and improving quality of hire.
✅ Standardize hiring best practices across teams: Create and maintain scorecards, job ad templates, interview rubrics, and decision-making frameworks for hiring managers.
✅ Track and report recruitment KPIs: Own key metrics like time-to-hire, funnel conversion rates, and quality of hire – and act on insights to improve every month.
✅ Coordinate onboarding & handoff: Ensure every new hire is welcomed and integrated smoothly, with handoff to HR/admin and a consistent onboarding experience.
✅ Over time, contribute to employer branding, partnerships, and referral initiatives
✔️ 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
✔️ Proven sourcing and interviewing skills
✔️ Experience recruiting for a variety of roles and seniority levels (sales experience is a big plus)
✔️ Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven
✔️ Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (ideally all three)
✔️ A mindset of excellence, not “good enough”
✔️ Motivated by getting stuff done
