About The Team
The Voyager team in Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose-built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent of environmental requirements.
As the Director of Growth you will report to the Head of Growth for Anduril Mission Systems Division. Your role is cross-cutting. You’ll work across programs, engineering, growth, manufacturing, software, finance, external partners, and customers to develop and execute BL growth strategy for Imaging. You will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and building the growth team in the EMEA region and in collaboration with Division and BL leadership the accounts, and mission operations teams.

We're looking for a BI & Analytics Manager to own customer lifecycle analytics within our Analytics & Insights team, part of Collibra's Strategy function. You'll be responsible for understanding how customers adopt, expand, and succeed with Collibra's platform, and for building the analytical foundations that make those insights scalable, governed, and increasingly AI-assisted.

The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.
This is a key role and ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about making product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

As we scale internationally across 11 European countries and operate under the supervision of the National Bank of Belgium, maintaining a robust and independent internal audit function is a core priority.
The incoming Head of Internal Audit will join a well-established framework — with an existing audit plan and control environment in place — and will have the opportunity to build on these foundations, bring their own expertise, and grow with the function.
You will report to Arnaud de la Porte (CFO/Deputy CEO/Board Member), with a dotted line to senior governance bodies including the ExCo and the Board.
You will further establish and lead the Internal Audit function — a setup that comes with a lot of autonomy and direct ownership over the full audit scope. As iBanFirst continues to grow, the internal audit function would naturally follow. You will have direct, regular access to iBanFirst's Executive Committee and the opportunity to present directly to the Board of Directors.

JOB SCOPE
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)
Give notice at your current job (if applicable)
Participate in daily training for the first 15 days
Shadow and support ongoing accounts during the next 15 days while preparing to take on your own clients
Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)
Transition to full-time
Begin managing your first 3 client accounts independently
Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
Continue growing your portfolio
Earn bonuses based on hitting revenue targets
Negotiate your term contract annually
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.

We’re seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team.
The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical role in driving client success. You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.
Beyond strategic planning, you are an active partner in client growth, maintaining transparent communication about the actions taken and performance relative to forecasts. This engagement strengthens relationships and ensures that CTC’s clients have a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through the complexities of media acquisition and strategy.
You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools.
