- Experience supporting applications and maintaining production environments
- Knowledge of system integrations and APIs
- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Understanding of functional testing and user validation processes
- Experience working in regulated environments and mission-critical financial systems

Responsibilities and Duties
- Digest requirement from product team and lead the elaboration of high level design for high availability, performance and scalability features for cloud systems;
- Raise and discuss trade-offs of different design approaches elaborating detailed design documents;

Essential Skills

Role expectations:
Front-end:
- Develop great front-end features, rich in interactions, scalable and maintainable, using ReactJS, Angular or VueJS;
- Design and create data fetching and state management systems on the front-end using Flux, Redux, or Mobx (but if you are familiar with another tool that may do a great job with that, bring it on);
- Partner up with our Product Designers to iterate, validate and improve the design of our product;
- Write unit tests to detect and prevent any changes that may break the design contract;
- Focus on cross-browser development, deploying the same user experience for a wide range of browsers, even those not chromium-based.
Back-end:
- Develop and maintain well-designed back-end services, easy to scale and maintain, secure and robust, using NodeJS, Go (Golang), or Python;
- Design, implement and maintain scalable REST APIs, secure and reliable that can be consumed by either mobile and web applications;
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain back-end applications, aim for top performance, security, and scalable infrastructure, using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud .
General
- Define and implement a fit usage of GitFlow, using either GitHub, GitLab, or any other git repository;
- Design and build readable code, well-defined architecture, following the OOP pillars: Encapsulation, Data Abstraction, Polymorphism, and Inheritance (hey, Functional Programmers, feel free to join as well. We’d love to level our products with some FP);
- Architect, design, and implement databases, either relational and non-relational, using Microsoft SQL SERVER, MySql, MariaDB, MongoDB, Cassandra or any other available database;
- Participate in the hiring process for your chapter by doing tech interviews, helping the company to hire more talented people like you;
- Engage in English meetings with our clients, helping them identify better approaches and solutions, sustain opinions on complex conversations to negotiate and estimate deadlines.

- Work seamlessly with both frontend and backend technologies;
- Keep yourself up to date on the latest market technologies;
- Analyze different contexts always looking to improve the experience of our projects in both coding and execution;

We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer L3 to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues. - Drive BEES AI’s mission, vision, and ML strategy into concrete technical roadmaps and align architecture and standards with long-term goals.
- Own technical end-to-end delivery of ML pipelines—from architecture and data/feature pipelines through model development, deployment, and production scaling—in partnership with data, platform, and product teams.
- Design and standardize the ML model development framework (project structure, experimentation, versioning, reproducibility) to improve consistency and reuse across teams.
- Build and implement observability across the model lifecycle (training and production) via monitoring, logging, and alerting for performance, quality, and drift.
- Ensure optimized deployments that minimize cost and maximize quality (e.g., scaling, resource allocation, inference optimization) while meeting SLAs.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or any quantitative field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Relevant experience with ML platform architecture (e.g., feature stores, model registries, training and inference pipelines).
- Systems thinking (scalability, reliability, latency, cost)
- Software design patterns for building maintainable, production-ready ML systems.
- Python, PySpark, and SQL. Java, Rust, and NodeJS are a plus
- Kubernetes, Databricks, Terraform, Azure Devops (Git), Azure Cloud, ML Frameworks (BentoML, Kedro, Seldon, KServe, Triton Inference Server, etc.) and ML Libraries (Scikit Learn, Pytorch, Tensor Flow, ONNX, etc.)

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist in our Martech area in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
The SFMC Specialist acts as an Individual Contributor within the Martech team, serving as the primary technical architect and strategic lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role bridges the gap between complex technical implementation and business goals. You will oversee the platform's health, manage advanced data integrations (SQL/Ampscript), and collaborate with global stakeholders to build scalable, automated customer journeys that drive enrollment and partner success.
YOUR IMPACT
- Platform Governance: Lead the day-to-day management of SFMC, including Business Unit hierarchy, user permissions, SAP/Private Domain health, and cost control.
- Technical Architecture: Design and maintain complex Automation Studio workflows and Journey Builder paths. Use SQL for advanced segmentation and Ampscript/SSJS for dynamic content personalization.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a strategic consultant for Marketing and Sales teams, translating business requirements into technical blueprints for automated clients and partner journeys.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data extensions and integrations (Synchronized Data Sources) to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee A/B testing frameworks and deliverability monitoring. Share performance reports and actionable insights with the Marketing Analytics team.
- Enablement & Best Practices: Develop documentation and "Center of Excellence" standards for SFMC usage. Train junior team members or end-users on new features (e.g., Einstein AI, Personalization).
- Vendor Management: Lead technical conversations and negotiations with Salesforce and integrated vendors to maximize the tool's ROI.

WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: Hands-on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Data Views, Joins) and Ampscript is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email rendering and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
- Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM connector (MC Connect).
- Problem Solving: A logical thinker who enjoys "untying knots" in complex data flows and automated journeys.
- Communication: Advanced English is mandatory (Global role), fluent is preferable.
- Mindset: Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; proactive in identifying platform inefficiencies before they become blockers.
