The Mission
Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.
The right candidate is empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. Your mission will be to work collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to meet project goals and engagement expectations. You have experience in managing large-scale or enterprise Clients as well the ability to act as a Scrum Master on projects to deliver quality solutions to our customers using a consultative approach.
Your Assignment
- Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams, planning and executing of projects, conducting regular touch-points and coordinating account-related activities as needed
- Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress against the overall project timeline
- Schedule and facilitate short Daily Stand-Up meetings with the delivery team to track progress
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives
- Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects to author technical User Stories
- Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices
- Work closely with the team to ensure forecasting accuracy and budget management against deliverables
- Report on project scope and budget against Statements of Work (SOWs) weekly
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and roadblocks
- Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylent’s delivery, sales and leadership teams
- Seek and identify additional growth opportunities during the project lifecycle to help retain and grow the Caylent client portfolio
- Mentor new team members through the onboarding process
- Assist in identifying best practices or gaps in the process and work to implement changes as needed
Your Qualifications
- 5 years (minimum) of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale, complex programs for Enterprise clients
- Prior management of technical engagements that consist of 5 or more people and over a $500,000 budget
- Experience and knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools with the ability to build out client roadmaps
- Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment using advanced tool sets (e.g. Jira, Monday, SmartSheet, Assembla)
- Experience in forecasting and budgeting management to drive accuracy in revenue projections to realization
- Ability to identify and manage risks as well as proven ability in successful Escalation management of Enterprise and Strategic or Complex clients
- Demonstrated ability to understand client's business needs, encompassing both short-term objectives and long-term goals to drive additional revenue or account growth
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives
- Ability to contribute processes, templates and standards around project management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in the areas of infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage engagements and ensure they are executed with excellence
- Ability to act as a mentor to new team members as part of onboarding or provide coaching to peers as needed.

The primary responsibility of the role is to facilitate the development of multiple Scrum teams as well as improve their ways of working and agile mindset. The Agile Delivery Lead facilitates agile events, removes impediments, provides coaching to team members and ensures timely and accurate delivery of the roadmap items.
- Guide one or more Scrum teams;
- Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of the roadmap items, while maintaining inter-team alignment;
- Promote Scrum / Agile principles in the Scrum teams and stakeholders and drive process improvements;
- Coach Product Owners, team members and business leaders;
- Participate and share knowledge in the Chapter as well as promote best practices;
- Remove impediments and distractions to optimize teams’ performance;
- Support agile team transformation and encourage teams to adopt agile values and apply Scrum;
- Capture and report team performance metrics.

The Mission
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within IT and cloud technologies, combined with consulting experience that has sharpened their ability to be empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of Caylent’s client relationships.
Your Assignment
- Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget
estimates aligned to SOW deliverables - Ability to manage the scope of the SOW and negotiate discrepancies with customers,
driving prioritization decisions - Successfully drive the project schedule and scope while avoiding budget implications
- Maintain PM compliance responsibilities including PSA Health reporting, status reports,
sprint reviews, and risk and issue management - Properly identify and differentiate risks from issues, and determine when to escalate
within the project - Facilitate backlog creation ensuring tickets have definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimation; manage team work through appropriate Jira reports
- Build and maintain client trust through reliable project delivery and consistent communication; facilitate proactive, tough client conversations
- Deliver against client business outcomes, not just the letter of the SOW, and collaborate with Delivery to surface future opportunities
- Ability to observe and provide timely feedback for project teams focused on client value
- Lead or contribute to CPM initiatives and strategic cross-functional efforts
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role
- 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5 or more
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience
- Experience in forecasting and budget management to drive accuracy in revenue projections
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, and/or data engineering disciplines
- Experience working with AWS cloud services and technologies
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or must be willing to obtain within 90 days
- Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools

About the Role
The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and leading solutions at the intersection of Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, and Multimodal Models. This role involves tackling strategic challenges, combining traditional computer vision techniques with cutting-edge scene reconstruction and generative AI, focusing on detection, classification, visual similarity, synthetic data generation, and multimodal interpretation. You will act as a technical reference within the team, guiding architectural decisions and defining the best approaches for complex visual problems. You will work in a highly collaborative, global environment, transforming visual data into robust and scalable models, ensuring automation, efficiency, and high performance across implemented pipelines. What you'll do
- Define and lead the technical approach for object detection solutions (e.g., YOLO, RT-DETR, and similar architectures), applying them to real-world problems with an emphasis on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Define and develop image classification strategies, with experience in architectures such as EfficientNet, MobileNet, and ResNet, focusing on production readiness.
- Lead the development of Siamese networks for verification and visual similarity tasks, applying fine-tuning and optimization strategies for image comparison and visual integrity validation.
- Define and apply multimodal generative and instruction-following models such as Qwen-VL, PaliGemma, and BLIP, using fine-tuning techniques like LoRA and QLoRA, focusing on image-text alignment.
- Knowledge of scene reconstruction techniques such as NeRF or Gaussian Splatting, and hands-on experience with frameworks like Nerfstudio or similar.
- Work with large volumes of visual data, coordinating curation, annotation, and qualitative evaluation strategies to ensure diversity and quality in image datasets.
- Generate and use synthetic and 3D data as complementary sources for training and evaluating models, supporting their creation and curation to enhance model generalization and robustness.
- Automate, version, and monitor training, inference, and deployment pipelines using Python, PySpark, MLflow, GitHub Actions, Docker, and CI/CD, running on cloud infrastructure (especially Azure and Databricks).
- Mentor junior and mid-level data scientists, supporting their technical growth and ensuring quality across the team's deliverables.
