THE WORK:
Are you a strategic leader with deep experience in relationship management and a passion for tokenization, institutional finance, and blockchain technology? As a Partner Director on the RippleX Partner Success team, you'll play a key role in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-profile partners—including financial institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native builders—guiding them through every stage of their journey: from idea to integration to go-live and scale.
This is not a passive role. You will be hands-on in shaping tokenization strategies, architecting utility on-chain, and removing roadblocks in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Why We Need This Role
All Google and Meta advertising for LATAM and the US market is managed in-house, and right now there is no dedicated resource to own it day-to-day. Without this hire, campaign performance suffers from a lack of daily optimisation, structured reporting, and creative iteration. This role is business-critical: they will own paid digital across the full LATAM portfolio and the US market, while building the data and reporting infrastructure that is currently missing globally.
What you’ll do
As Digital Marketing Specialist for LATAM, you will be the primary executor of paid digital channels across Brazil, Chile, Peru and the US market. You will run campaigns across Google Ads and Meta day-to-day, support creative briefing and monthly ad creative cycles, and build dashboards to give leadership clear visibility of marketing performance. A data-first approach is central to this role, you will be expected to test continuously, draw real insights from performance data, and make decisions that improve results over time. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to own channels, grow fast, and make a measurable impact.

Mutual deal strategy & forecast accuracy: Collaborate with customers to build formal close plans and keep your CRM up-to-date, maintaining ≥90 % forecast accuracy within ±10 %.

What You Bring

Tech Support Engineers (TSEs) and other customer facing team members insure that our clients get the most from our products. They build up real-world troubleshooting skills and customer service savvy that enables them to move into more senior roles in Professional Services, Sales, Research or Engineering.
For Technical Support roles we generally look for individuals who have prior support or systems administration experience. However, it's more important to have a baseline of knowledge in Networking, along with the ability to configure and support complex software in Windows and Linux environments.
We currently have needs for TSEs with English and Portuguese fluency (read/write/speak) based in São Paulo Brazil.

The Team
Our GTM Enablement team plays a critical role in helping Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams succeed by equipping them with the right skills, knowledge, and tools at the right time. The Opportunity
Datadog is growing quickly across Latin America, and we’re looking for our first Field Enablement Manager based in LATAM to support this momentum. This role will be responsible for delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for our Sales and Customer Success teams across LATAM—particularly for sellers and CSMs based in Brazil and Mexico.
In addition, you’ll support Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sellers based in North America (e.g., Boston, Denver, Atlanta) who sell into LATAM accounts.
