As a Creative Designer, you will produce high-volume, high-quality creative assets across paid advertising, social, and brand platforms. The ideal candidate is a fast, skilled executor who loves sports, understands what makes performance creative work, and is always looking for smarter ways to build and ship assets.
This is not a strategy role. It's a making role. You should be someone who opens the tools and gets to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative assets across paid advertising, social, and brand marketing at high volume
- Build graphics and motion assets across all required formats and platforms
- Support campaign ideation and help develop concepts alongside the marketing team
- Apply platform best practices and performance insights to every asset you produce
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and results
- Use AI-driven and automation tools to increase production speed without sacrificing quality
- Deliver production-ready assets that require minimal rework
- 2 to 4 years of experience in creative, visual, or marketing design
- Strong graphic design fundamentals with motion graphics experience
- Proven ability to produce social and performance marketing creative at scale
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of component systems, auto layout, and scalable file organization, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools for rapid asset production
- Sports knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the sports landscape — you follow the games, know the players, and understand what resonates with fans
- Strong attention to detail across typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative execution and consistent, high-volume output

The Role
We are looking for a Freelance New Business Designer to join our Enterprise New Business team. This is a highly executional, individual‑contributor role focused primarily on PowerPoint design, including custom pitch templates, layout systems, and presentation polish, with graphic design support as needed.
You will work closely with new business, strategy, and creative partners to help transform complex ideas into clear, visually compelling pitch materials that support Real Chemistry’s growth efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build high‑impact pitch decks primarily in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, consistency, and visual polish
- Create custom PowerPoint templates and slide systems tailored to individual new business opportunities, while aligning with Real Chemistry brand guidelines
- Translate strategic and written content into clean, engaging layouts that tell a cohesive story
- Apply lgraphic design support as needed (e.g., charts, icons, simple illustrations, visual frameworks)
- Partner closely with new business, strategy, and creative teams to meet tight deadlines and evolving pitch needs
- Ensure all materials meet Real Chemistry’s quality, accessibility, and brand standards
What You Bring
- 8-10+ years of experience in presentation design, design production, or similar role, preferably within an agency, consulting, or new business environment
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of master slides, templates, and layout systems
- Solid design fundamentals, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
- Experience with graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable tools
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and comfort working with cross‑functional partners
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting new business, pitches, RFIs/RFPs, or growth initiatives
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries
- Experience adapting or extending established brand systems within presentations

Pay Range: $75-85 per hour
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Location: Boston, MA; Hybrid (2 days in the office required)
Approved Salary Range: $55,000- $57,000
**This is a 3 month contract to start**
About the Role:
The Boutiques Short Term Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing digital and print assets to support the Rue La La & Gilt teams. We’re looking for someone with the desire to be a part of something big, the training and foundation to create outstanding work daily, a sophisticated aesthetic sense, and the interest to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic retail fashion environment. You’ll be joining a team that takes pride in the excellence of everything they do, all while respecting and protecting the integrity of the world-class brands featured on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and a sophisticated use of color palette
● Design a variety of assets for Boutiques, Marketing, and Acquisitions, including Boutique Main doors, advertising assets, and internal creative needs, from conceptualization through final approval
● Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with other members on the team including Copywriters, Marketing Managers, Art Directors, Designers, and Brand Operations
● Develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality, and be able to shift priorities based on changing calendars
Experience and Background Needed:

- BA in Graphic Design
● 0-2 years of relevant work experience as a junior designer or as a designer in an agency or in-house creative group
Technical skills
● Skilled with imaging applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
● Experience creating and optimizing graphics for the web
● Great, positive attitude – we are a highly collaborative and collegial team
● Desire to learn new things and keep abreast of the world of fashion, style, design, retailing and ecommerce
● A strong portfolio showing training and potential
Bonus points for…
● Skills and experience with video applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects are a plus
● Any photography Art Direction experience
