About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead medium to high complexity deployments of our Agentic AI / conversational AI platform for enterprise customers. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from scoping and planning through go-live and hypercare—working in a pod model alongside a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) and an Agent Architect (AA). You will be the primary owner of timeline, scope, risk, governance, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that customers successfully transition to an Agentic OS layer for their enterprise communications.

Areas of ownership:

Project Ownership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned Agentic AI customer projects (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality).
• Run the pod (TPM + FDE + Agent Architect) as a single accountable delivery unit.
• Select and apply appropriate delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid) based on customer context and risk profile.
• Drive project planning: work breakdown, dependencies, critical path, and resource allocations across internal and partner teams.
• Maintain up-to-date project plan, RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change log.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary delivery contact for customer project sponsors, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate recurring governance: status calls, steering committees, UAT readouts, and go-live reviews.
• Translate technical complexity into clear business impacts for executive stakeholders.
• Manage scope and change requests, ensuring commercial and delivery impacts are understood and agreed. 

Cross-Functional & Pod Coordination

• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers on integration readiness, environment setup, performance, and production stability.
• Coordinate with Agent Architects on discovery, agent design, prompt/context strategy, and conversational tuning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey from sales handoff through BAU operations.
• Where partners are involved (SI/GSI/BPO), manage co-delivery responsibilities, expectations, and escalation paths.

Methodology & Process Discipline

• Plan and facilitate sprints, retros, and sprint reviews for Agile/hybrid projects; lead stage-gate reviews for Waterfall projects.
• Enforce documentation standards (Charter, Design Docs, Runbooks, Handover Docs).
• Ensure risk and compliance requirements (security reviews, data governance, regulatory constraints) are captured and incorporated into the plan.

Metrics & Reporting

• Define and track deployment KPIs, such as:
• Time to Blueprint, Time to First Agent in UAT, Time to Go-Live
• Milestone On-Time Rate
• Defect and incident trends during QA/UAT and Hypercare
• Report delivery status, risk posture, and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute data to capacity and utilization models to inform planning and staffing.

Who you are:

• 5–8+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery management for SaaS or enterprise software.
• Hands-on experience delivering solutions involving at least one of:
• Contact Center / CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, IVA/IVR, or related CX platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical and business stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, Business Owners).
• Solid understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Hybrid, and Waterfall) and when to apply each.
• Strong skills in project planning tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, Smartsheet) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Miro).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Who you are:

• 12+ years in security, with at least 5 years leading security teams, ideally in product or application security at a SaaS or platform company.
• Deep hands-on experience securing cloud-native, containerized environments (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes) — you can still roll up your sleeves when it matters.
• Strong application security background — you understand secure architecture, common vulnerability classes, and how to shift security left without slowing engineering down.

About the role:

As Senior Data Engineer – Internal Platform, you will build and own the data infrastructure that powers Parloa's internal AI transformation. Today, business-critical data lives across dozens of disconnected tools with no unified way to access it — you'll change that by creating a single, self-serve access layer that gives AI agents and teams the business context they need to operate. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex employee matters, helping leaders make fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions while keeping our culture respectful, human, and inclusive.

You’ll work closely with HR, Legal, and Leadership to navigate sensitive situations, manage risk, and continuously improve how we support our people. Role Purpose 

This is a dual-focus role sitting within Unybrands' global People & Culture team. You will own the full early-stage recruitment lifecycle for roles across our international organisation, acting as a key partner to hiring managers worldwide. • Work together with our Global Payroll Manager in all things related to German payroll

• Coordinate with the global payroll team to ensure German data flows are accurate, including salary changes, bonuses, and benefit deductions 

Employee Lifecycle Administration 

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for all Berlin-based employees, including employment contracts, Arbeitszeugnis (references), and all required documentation 

• Administer probationary periods (Probezeit), Elternzeit, Mutterschutz, Krankheitsanmeldung, and Urlaub processes 

• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (digital and physical) in accordance with DSGVO / BDSG 

• Issue all required employee documentation including income confirmations, Bescheinigungen, and employment letters 

• Support disciplinary and grievance processes in line with German law and Unybrands standards 

HR Operations & HRIS 

• Respond to general HR queries from Berlin-based employees and line managers and route more complex issues appropriately

The Role

Gigs is growing fast across markets, and we need someone to build the operational systems that make that growth possible. That includes compliance -- but this isn't a compliance role. It's a BizOps role where regulatory work is one of the hardest and most important problems you'll solve.

The Director of Channel Sales is responsible for leading a team of Channel Sales representatives to drive sales efforts to meet and exceed Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets from a specified Area. The Role

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Gigs, you'll work at the foundation of everything we build. You'll design, build, and operate the infrastructure and developer tooling that powers our connectivity and payments platform — enabling product teams to ship faster, more reliably, and at scale.

Our Foundation team owns the systems that every engineer at Gigs depends on: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, deployment tooling, and the shared platform services that keep our product running. You'll take ownership of complex infrastructure challenges end-to-end and drive them to production with a high bar for reliability and developer experience.

This is a role for someone who cares deeply about the craft of platform engineering — who gets energy from making other engineers more productive, who thinks in systems, and who isn't satisfied until the solution is both robust and elegant. What You Will Do

• Own and improve Gigs' cloud infrastructure, ensuring our platform is reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient as we grow.

What We Are Looking For

• You have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent on infrastructure, platform, or DevOps/SRE work in a production environment.
• You have experience designing and building a platform layers e.g. centralised authentication, observability, routing logic, or API versioning which other product teams integrate against or build on top of.
• You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. You understand networking, compute, and storage at a level that lets you make good trade-offs.
• You have experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems. You care about developer experience and know that a great platform is one that engineers actually want to use.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Be the Master of the Zendesk Platform! Take full ownership of our Zendesk instance (Support, Guide, Talk, Chat, and Explore). You will be the go-to expert for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the platform to ensure a seamless experience for both our agents and customers.
• Power Up Automation & Orchestration! Design, build, and maintain advanced workflows, triggers, automations, and macros. You'll leverage Zendesk’s API and integration tools to connect Zendesk with our broader tech stack (Jira, Slack, Salesforce), making support faster and smarter.
• Make Support Effortless! Architect and fine-tune our self-service strategy. This includes managing the Zendesk Guide help center, optimizing Answer Bot/Chatbots, and implementing proactive support solutions that reduce ticket deflection and empower users.
• Be the Bridge Between CX & Tech! Partner closely with Customer Experience, Product, and Customer Care to translate business requirements into technical configurations. You’ll lead the rollout of new Zendesk features and ensure our support infrastructure scales with the company.

This role is focused on becoming a strategic partner to your customers; developing a deep understanding of our product and your clients’ business models to identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and long-term value.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable insights and strategic initiatives
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environment

Preferred:

• Experience in fintech industries is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or informally leading team members, and interest in doing so.
