About the Role:
As a designer intern in the branding team, you will be responsible for defining and evolving our visual identity across all platforms. You will work at the intersection of branding and strategy to ensure our brand remains cohesive, impactful, and forward-thinking as we move into 2026
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign creative - Lead the design and execution of high impact marketing campaigns including social media content and physical brand activation
• Digital excellence - Design engaging digital assets for the webpages and microsite, prioritising user experience and modern design aesthetics
• Asset production - Produce high quality graphic materials including brochures, flyers and promotion collaterals that effectively communicates the brand message
• Visual identity management - Maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines ensuring all visual assets from typography to colour palettes are applied consistently across the organisation

As a Senior Marketing Artist/Motion Designer on Zynga’s Marketing Creative team, you will be responsible for designing Static and Video advertisements for Zynga's game titles. This role is a unique blend of Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic designer that supports various business and creative requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently to generate a variety of creative executions inspired by a central selling point to engage a target audience.

We need a senior graphic designer who can think strategically and ship great work. You'll manage our brand's visual identity across all digital channels and work directly with the communication team, marketing, and leadership to create designs that connect with our audience. Holistic Design Oversight: You'll review all design work before it ships - product interfaces, illustrations, brand materials, presentations, and campaign visuals. That means maintaining quality standards across everything and making sure it all feels consistent. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Systems & Workflow Innovation: You'll build design systems and workflows that make the team more efficient. As we grow, you'll keep improving how we work - finding ways to move faster without dropping quality. The goal is scaling output while keeping the work sharp.
Strategic Design Advocacy: You'll represent design in leadership meetings and cross-functional discussions. That means explaining design decisions to executives and showing how they connect to business goals - whether that's Brand perception, revenue, adoption, or user retention. You'll need to make the case for design quality and user experience when priorities compete.
