The verification team sits within the Silicon design team and is responsible for ensuring that the RTL created by the logical design team and used by the physical design team matches the architecture specification for Graphcore silicon. The silicon verification engineer is responsible for verification activities within Graphcore, helping the team meet the company objectives for quality silicon delivery.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Regulatory Lead Partner supports Global Regulatory Leads in assigned therapeutic areas and serves as the accountable global regulatory point of contact for designated products. The individual provides regulatory leadership for life‑cycle management, maintenance of established products, and execution of global regulatory submissions. This role drives results through regulatory science expertise, strong communication, and analytical capabilities, ensuring high‑quality regulatory strategies and deliverables for assigned products.

WORK LOCATION:

Remote position based in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Mumbai, with pan-India operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure maintenance of global registrations for assigned products, including US and EU markets.
• Lead and execute regulatory activities supporting life‑cycle management, including submission strategy development, timeline definition, prioritization, assembly review, and identification of regulatory risks/challenges.
• Manage regulatory agency communications and submissions, including responses to agency questions, labeling negotiations, updates, and periodic reports.
• Coordinate SMEs to develop response strategies and author/review responses to health authority requests.
• Support labeling discussions, updates, and filings across CCDS, USPI, SmPC, and country‑specific labels.
• Provide regulatory input for annual reports, renewal applications, and aggregate safety reports (e.g., PSURs, PADERs).
• Conduct regulatory review for tender bid applications and assess country requests for registration deletions.
• Support preparation of ancillary documents required for product registrations in global markets.
• Follow through on agency commitments and ensure timely, high‑quality regulatory deliverables.
• Conduct research and review of US, EU, and other relevant regulatory guidelines, precedence, and competitive intelligence to inform regulatory strategy.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Operations, Clinical Safety, Labeling, Regulatory CMC, and other functional partners to ensure alignment and execution of regulatory strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or regulatory affairs.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and/or regulatory framework of major health authorities
• Experience working as a lead in Regulatory Affairs across two or more major geographic areas, and prior experience with both small molecules and biologics. Has sufficient regulatory knowledge to integrate inputs from other countries/regions to develop a global strategy and can develop and lead execution of holistic regulatory strategy while considering risk/opportunity, timeline, resource.
• Thorough understanding of drug development process and the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment including regulatory requirements and policy trends. Understands scientific and clinical data sufficiently to ask questions and make suggestions about cross-functional topics to influence overall development strategy and to assess regulatory implications and develop regulatory strategy.
• Regulatory experience with pre and post approval lifecycle management, interactions with Health Authorities, leading cross-functional regulatory teams, developing and implementing regulatory strategies with a proven track record of significant regulatory accomplishments.

Who You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Package review - Study the package provided by Sales to determine scope of work, manufacturing feasibility & Lead time details
2. Should be able to define best suited manufacturing process, machine selection, cycle time calculations & setup costs
3. Should be able to generate Should cost using in house calculators & Fictiv's software recommendations
4. Manufacturing Partners quote scrutiny. To check whether the provided quote is correct in terms of optimized raw material, machining & secondary processes costs

6. Should be able to understand secondary process eg Anodising, Zinc plating, Chemical conversion coatings with respect to their type, class, service class, methods etc 
7. Preparing RFQ package to Manufacturing Partners referring to capability & capacity plans 
8. Calculator Generations - Use own machining expertise & understanding of process cost drivers to develop cost calculators
9. DFx Feedback - Should be able to study the 3D Model, 2D prints to determine the manufacturability of the part & highlight key points that involve a design change recommendation
10. Automation Feedback - Provide feedback to Quoting SOftware team to improve accuracy of automated quoting of our manufacturing services
11. Packaging costs - Should be able to develop packaging concept & provide the same to Logistics team for generating Shipping costs
12. Follow up with Sales for Quoted RFQ's feedback on weekly basis & also provide feedback to Manufacturing partners about quoted RFQ's status
13. Work with CFT in evaluating value deals for project management validation, project de risking, quality documentation
14. Should be able to handle Assembly product structure

• DFx Feedback – Provides DFx feedback to builders, such as recommended design alterations to improve manufacturability, reduce cost of part fabrication, or improve ease of assembly.

• Accurate & Timely Quoting

  • Provide cost estimates for CNC machining and other manufacturing processes with high precision.

  • Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis to highlight risks, suggest design changes, and optimize for cost and lead time.

  • Apply process knowledge to quote complex parts confidently, even in challenging timelines.

• Technical Support & Expertise

  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and material requirements to ensure feasibility.

  • Provide alternatives for difficult-to-source materials or complex geometries.

  • Offer process guidance for machining, finishing, and assembly needs.

  • Deliver region-specific manufacturing expertise across the US, India, China, and Mexico. Optimized to match the customer’s unique requirements, budget constraints, lead time goals, and project priorities.

• Customer Engagement & Education

About the Role

We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own the Asia-side supply chain operations for our AI hardware products. Based in India, you will be the operational owner of PCBA build execution with our CM partners, component-level supply planning, procurement management, and Asia logistics. This role is critical to ensuring our production pipeline runs smoothly from component procurement through board assembly to finished goods fulfillment. You will work extensively in NetSuite ERP for procurement, MRP, inventory management, and invoice reconciliation. You will also own the tactical procurement work including PO/invoice reconciliation and drive monthly variance analysis (PCBA costs, material variances, and PPVs) in partnership with finance.

Key Responsibilities

PCBA Build Planning & Execution

• Create, manage & execute build schedules aligned to demand plan & CM capacity
• Track WIP daily: monitor yield, flag deviations, and drive corrective actions
• Manage ECN/PCN implementation at the CM — coordinate with engineering and CM partners
• Own CM capacity slot management & build prioritization

Procurement Management & Variance Analysis

• Create and track purchase orders across all consigned components for PCBA
• Perform PO-to-invoice reconciliation; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Own PCBA cost variance analysis: material, manufacturing, and Purchase price variances
• Prepare monthly PPV reports and root cause analysis for finance review cycles
• Coordinate supplier payment schedules and resolve invoice disputes

Asia Logistics & 3PL Fulfillment

• Coordinate Asia freight for components & finished goods
• Manage 3PL partner relationships, SLAs, and performance metrics
• Handle export documentation, customs compliance, and trade regulations
• Execute last-mile fulfillment for customer shipments originating from Asia

Component Supply Planning & Inventory Management

• Run component-level MRP and manage shortage resolution
• Monitor inventory at the Wistron hub: raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Establish Inventory Metrics & forecast model for the company
• Identify excess and obsolete inventory risks; recommend disposition strategies
• Ensure Inventory accuracy >99% for the company via perpetual inventory management process

AI-Augmented Operations & Systems

• Leverage AI tools for day-to-day operations. Well versed working with AI based tools (e.g. Claude, Co-pilot)
• Lead projects to scale operations using AI/automation across supply chain functions driven by short term pain points, quick wins & impact to the organization.
• Maintain master data accuracy: items, BOMs, lead times, etc.
• Execute P2P, Manufacturing, Transfer Orders, Order Fulfillment workflows in NetSuite

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain planning, procurement, or manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required) — PO management, MRP, inventory, and financial reconciliation modules
• Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers, preferably in electronics/PCBA
• Strong procurement fundamentals: PO management, invoice reconciliation, cost analysis
• Analytical mindset — proficient in Excel/data tools for variance analysis and reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tier-1 EMS providers
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for supply chain automation
• Background in server, networking, or AI accelerator hardware
• APICS or equivalent supply chain certification

What Success Looks Like

• Within 30 days: Fully onboarded on E2E supply chain; independently running supply planning meetings. Plug in to NetSuite ERP to identify gaps in current process
• Within 60 days: Owning variance analysis cycle end-to-end; driving 3PL performance improvements
• Within 90 days: Operating autonomously across all responsibilities; proactively surfacing cost drivers and supply risks

About The Role

As a Kernel Engineer on our team, you will develop high-performance software solutions at the intersection of hardware and software, developing high-performance software for cutting-edge AI and HPC workloads. Your focus will be on implementing, optimizing, and scaling deep learning operations to fully leverage our custom, massively parallel processor architecture.

You will be part of a world-class team responsible for the design, performance tuning, and validation of foundational ML and HPC kernels. This includes building a library of parallel and distributed algorithms that maximize compute utilization and push the boundaries of training efficiency for state-of-the-art AI models. Your work will be critical to unlocking the full potential of our hardware and accelerating the pace of AI innovation.

Responsibilities 

• Develop design specifications for new machine learning and linear algebra kernels and mapping to the Cerebras WSE System using various parallel programming algorithms.
• Develop and debug kernel library of highly optimized low level assembly instruction and C-like domain specific language routines to implement algorithms targeting the Cerebras hardware system.
• Develop and debug high-performance kernel routines in low-level assembly and a custom C-like (CSL) language, implementing algorithms optimized for the Cerebras hardware system.
• Using mathematical models and analysis to measure the software performance and inform design decisions.
• Develop and integrate unit and system testing methodologies to verify correct functionality and performance of kernel libraries.
• Study emerging trends in Machine Learning applications and help evolve Kernel library architecture to address computational challenges of the start-of-the-art Neural Networks.
• Interact with chip and system architects to optimize instruction sets, microarchitecture, and IO of next generation systems.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• Proven experience leading technical teams, including mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and driving execution. 
• Strong understanding of hardware architecture concepts and willingness to dive into new system architectures. 
• Proficiency in C++ and Python; experience with low-level systems programming. 
• Familiarity with library/API development best practices and performance optimization. 
• Excellent debugging skills across complex, layered software stacks. 

Preferred Skills & Qualifications 

• Experience leading teams in kernel development, performance optimization, or low-level systems programming. 
• Strong background in parallel algorithms and distributed memory systems. 
• Hands-on experience with accelerators such as GPUs, FPGAs, or other custom hardware. 
• Familiarity with machine learning workloads and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. 
• Understanding of HPC kernels and strategies for optimizing them on modern architectures.
