The Executive Director, Global Privacy is a senior leader responsible for driving the organization’s global privacy strategy, governance, and compliance framework. The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Vice President, General Manager, Mid-Sized Markets of Europe, the Country Manager, Switzerland will lead the expansion efforts critical to maximizing the opportunity for Revolution Medicines (RevMed) innovation to help patients. In collaboration with the regional leadership team, the successful catalytic leader will develop and execute commercial and operational strategy to accelerate the engagement with key stakeholders and customers (government authorities, regulatory authorities, payer authorities, KOLs) in Switzerland as well as all necessary constituencies to support expansion into the European region - ensuring that reimbursement and access considerations are integrated in the existing and future clinical program design of the company portfolio / pipeline. The incumbent will be responsible for developing pre-launch and commercialization strategic plans for Switzerland and providing Swiss-specific input into lifecycle plans across the RevMed portfolio.  This individual will have full accountability for the Switzerland P&L, all Switzerland operations and will ensure official, fiduciary, corporate, legal and compliance requirements are met locally and for the European region respectively. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive plans for the company’s expansion in Switzerland.

• Develop and manage the Switzerland P&L including the budget for operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

The Opportunity:

The Associate Director, Regulatory Operations, Europe will play a key role in supporting the growing European Regulatory Affairs organization by leading the operational planning and execution of regulatory submissions across the region. This role partners closely with the European Regulatory Affairs team to operationalize regional regulatory strategies and ensure successful execution of regulatory submissions to health authorities across the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland.

Working cross-functionally with regulatory strategy, clinical, CMC, nonclinical, and quality teams, the Associate Director will drive submission planning, manage regulatory documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality submissions in accordance with global and regional regulatory operations processes and systems. As part of our expanding European organization, we seek a strategic and hands-on Director, CMC Regulatory, Europe who will be responsible for developing and executing regional CMC regulatory strategies to support early development, marketing authorizations, and lifecycle management across Europe.

• Assess regulatory impact of CMC changes and provide proactive, risk-based guidance to ensure compliance with EU regulations.

• Interpret and apply EU regulatory requirements (EMA, ICH, EU GMP, and national guidance) to support efficient regulatory pathways, ensure compliance, and proactively monitor and communicate evolving regulatory expectations across functions.

• Anticipate regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with European approval timelines.

• Partner with global Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Technical Operations, and external partners to ensure consistent and compliant execution of submissions.

• Represent CMC regulatory on European or global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between global strategy and regional execution.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to team members and contribute to building regional CMC regulatory expertise.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline. An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MSc) is desirable.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech drug development, including at least 5 years in CMC regulatory affairs with European focus.

• Strong expertise in EU CMC regulatory requirements, including MAAs, variations, and lifecycle management.

• Direct hands-on experience in the preparation and submission of large, complex regulatory documentation to support health agency review/approval procedures, post approval activities

• Demonstrated experience supporting EMA submissions and interactions.

• Deep knowledge of EU GMP regulations and ICH guidelines, with ability to apply across the product lifecycle.

• Experience with small molecules (NCEs) and managing complex CMC technical documentation.

• Proven ability to lead regulatory strategy for European approvals within global development programs.

• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex programs.

Reisetätigkeit

Die Laufzeit unserer Projekte liegt meist zwischen 6 und 24 Monaten. Abhängig von Projekt und Projektphase ist der Einsatzort hauptsächlich der Projektstandort beim Kunden, wobei Mobiles Arbeiten von Zuhause in Absprache mit der Projektleitung teilweise möglich ist. Bei BakerHicks hat man so die Möglichkeit immer wieder bei unterschiedlichen Kunden mit unterschiedlichen Technologien zu arbeiten. Deine Aufgaben

• Du leitest die Qualifizierungsaktivitäten in technischen Projekten und verantwortest Qualität, Zeitplan und Budget innerhalb deines Bereichs.
• Du erstellst, prüfst und genehmigst qualifizierungsrelevante GMP-Dokumente wie URS, QP, DQ, IQ, OQ und Change Requests.
• Die GMP-konforme Umsetzung aller Qualifizierungsprozesse im Projektteam sowie bei externen Partnern wird durch dich sichergestellt.
• Cross-funktionale Projektteams werden von dir fachlich geführt und effizient koordiniert.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit QA, Engineering, Betrieb, Lieferanten und dem Projektmanagement sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe.
• Du überwachst den Fortschritt der Qualifizierungsaktivitäten und stellst regelmäßige Statusberichte bereit.
• Die abschließende Übergabe aller Qualifizierungsunterlagen an das Life-Cycle-Qualifizierungsteam liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

Deine Aufgaben

• ​​​​​Du agierst als technischer Ansprechpartner für Qualifizierung und arbeitest eng mit dem Qualifizierungsleiter und Projektteam zusammen.
• Du erstellst Qualifizierungsspezifikationen (z. B. TSQ), Qualifizierungspläne sowie Reports und führst diese eigenverantwortlich durch.
• Die Durchführung von DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ sowie Qualifizierungs-Assessments erfolgt unter Einhaltung der geltenden SOPs und Standards.
• Prüfung und Freigabe qualifizierungsrelevanter Dokumente sowie die Sicherstellung der Datenintegrität gehören zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
• Du betreust und koordinierst externe Partner, Lieferanten und Fachbereiche bei FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ und PQ-Testaktivitäten.
• Änderungsanträge im GMP-Umfeld werden durch dich fachlich bewertet und dokumentiert.
• Offene Qualifizierungspendenzen werden von dir nachverfolgt und strukturiert abgeschlossen.

Dein Profil

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der technischen Qualifizierung im GMP-regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Biotechindustrie.
• Fundiertes Wissen in GxP, Datenintegrität, Qualifizierungsmethoden und regulatorischen Anforderungen zeichnen dich aus.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Inhalte und Dokumentationen.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten, internen Fachbereichen und in der Ausführung von Qualifizierungstests bringst du mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie widmen sich als Experte für Heizung-Kälte in allen Phasen SIA 108 von Konzept, Planung, Baubegleitung, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifizierung bis hin zur Übergabe an den Kunden
• Mitarbeit in internen und externen multidisziplinären Teams
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und/oder Teilprojektleitung von Projekten unter Einhaltung der projektspezifischen Rahmenbedingungen in Bezug auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder anderweitig vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
• Respektive Ausbildung zum Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Heizung-Kälte mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung/Weiterbildung

Deine Aufgaben

• Du planst und leitest eigenverantwortlich Qualifizierungsaktivitäten von Reinräumen, GMP-Zonen und Lüftungsanlagen.
• Du führst Lüftungsqualifizierungen praktisch durch – dazu gehören Integritätstests von HEPA-Filtern, Reinraumklassifizierungen, Partikelmonitoring, Erholzeitmessungen sowie die Bestimmung der Luftwechselrate.
• Thermische Qualifizierungen sowie das Mapping von Kühl- und Klimaschränken bzw. -räumen fallen ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich.
• Die Erstellung von GMP-Dokumenten wie QPPs, SOPs sowie Qualifizierungsplänen und -Reports für die Phasen DQ, IQ, OQ und PQ liegt in Deiner Verantwortung.
• Du sorgst dafür, dass behördliche und regulatorische Vorgaben im operativen Betrieb eingehalten werden.
• Technische Änderungen an Anlagen bewertest Du hinsichtlich ihres Einflusses auf den qualifizierten Zustand.
• Zum Einsatz kommt dabei eine elektronische Qualifizierungs- und Validierungssoftware, die Du sicher anwendest.
• Deviations, Changes und CAPAs bearbeitest Du gewissenhaft.
• Eine klare und kontinuierliche Projektkommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern stellst Du sicher.

Aufgaben

• Planung und Auslegung von E/MSR-Systemen inkl. Erstellung technischer Unterlagen mit EPLAN, COMOS etc.
• Technische Projektabwicklung inkl. Angebotserstellung, Termin-/Kostenkontrolle und Koordination von Partnern.
• Inbetriebnahme, Prüfung und Abnahme von E&I-Anlagen (inkl. FAT, SAT, Loop Checks).
• Wartung und Störungsbehebung in Industrieanlagen.

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung oder Instrumentierung (Universität oder FH, alternativ: Meister, Techniker).
• Mindestens 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektro- und Instrumentierungstechnik, idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Chemieindustrie.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse elektrotechnischer Normen und Vorschriften (z. B. IEC, DIN, ATEX, SIL, GMP, GAMP, Explosionsschutz).
• Sicherer Umgang mit Engineering-Tools wie EPLAN P8, COMOS, AutoCAD, SPI oder vergleichbaren CAE-/CAD-Systemen.
• Erfahrung in Planung, Umsetzung und Wartung von E&I-Systemen sowie technisches Verständnis für Energie-, Steuer- und Prozessleittechnik und Industrielle Kommunikationsprotokolle.
• Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partnern.

Aufgaben

• Leitende Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudeautomation (HLK, MSR, Gebäudeleittechnik)

• Integration von Anlagen (HLK, Energie, Sicherheit, Monitoring) in bestehende Gebäude- und IT-Infrastrukturen
• Vertikale Anbindung an übergeordnete Management-, Energie- oder Leitsysteme
• Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen, Tests, Abnahmen und Übergaben an den Betrieb

Anforderungen

• Studienabschluss als Ingenieur (Gebäudeautomation, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
• 5–8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Gebäude-, MSR- oder Anlagenautomation
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Gebäudeautomationssystemen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Automatisierungs- und Leitsystemen (z. B. BMS, DDC, PLC, SCADA) sowie in der MSR-Technik
• Erfahrung in der Integration technischer Anlagen und Gewerke in komplexe Gebäudestrukturen
• Kenntnisse relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Standards (z. B. SIA, VDI, IEC, BACnet, KNX, Modbus)
• Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Teilprojektleitung von Automations- oder Gebäudetechnikprojekten
• Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Energieeffizienz, Smart Buildings, Industrie 4.0, IoT oder digitale Gebäudebetriebskonzepte

• Sie sind ein erfahrener Ingenieur in der Planung und Gestaltung von Onshore-Umspannwerken auf Übertragungsebene mit Spannungen von 110 kV bis 400 kV
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Erstellung oder Verwaltung von Designs, Berechnungen, Berichten und Zeichnungen für HV-Energieübertragungssysteme, HVDC-Verbindungen oder HV-erneuerbare Energieinfrastruktur in der DACH-Region ist vorhanden
• Idealerweise haben Sie nachweisbare Erfahrung als Design-Dienstleister bei DACH Übertragung- und Verteilnetzbetreibern in allen Phasen
• An Projekten von Swissgrid oder der SBB haben Sie Erfahrung
• Sie verfügen über Fachwissen im Bereich Hochspannungs-Umspannwerke
• Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich für Dienstreisen zum BakerHicks Büro in London zu reisen

Required:

• 3+ in Windows desktop application development using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or similar), C#, XAML — and ideally additional experience with native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM).
• Deep understanding of Windows application architecture, including interop between managed code (.NET) and native code.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading or asynchronous programming (where relevant).
• Experience leading technical design, mentoring other engineers, conducting code reviews, and making architecture-level decisions.
• Strong communication skills; ability to articulate tradeoffs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive consensus.
• A user-centric mindset: focus on building polished, intuitive, and accessible experiences for end users.

Preferred / Bonus:

• Experience with writing automated tests for UI — unit tests, integration tests, UI automation tests; familiarity with relevant testing frameworks.
• Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps (memory usage, startup time, rendering performance, high-DPI support, responsiveness under load).
• Experience with localization/globalization, right-to-left UI support, internationalization, accessibility for multiple regions.
• Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and error monitoring in desktop applications.
• Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows, release pipelines, and deployment strategies for desktop applications.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of feature areas or modules and drive them long-term, including maintenance, refactoring, and technical debt management.

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
• Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
• Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
• Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Die Position umfasst die eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung eines definierten Verkaufsgebiets. Ein zentraler Fokus liegt auf dem gezielten Ausbau des Marktanteils der anvertrauten Marke in den A-, B- und C-Segmenten (Top-Tier und High Tier), unter konsequenter Berücksichtigung der Net-Sales- sowie Profitabilitätsziele.

Bei dieser Stelle handelt es sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition (100%) im Raum Bern / Basel.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Verkauf von haarkosmetischen Produkten der Marken Goldwell und KMS an Coiffeursalons im zugeteilten Verkaufsgebiet
• Kundenberatung und Betreuung im zugeteilten Verkaufsgebiet
• Präsentation unserer Produkte, der Neuheiten und der Salon-Konzepte im Coiffeursalon
• Selbständige Organisation und Erstellung der Tourenplanung und der Besuchsvorbereitung (täglich bis zu 12 Kundenbesuche)
• Bestellaufnahme beim Kunden sowie von Zusatzverkäufen (Aktionen, Servicekampagnen, Seminare, Eventticket)
• Kundenservice vor Ort; Fachliche Fragen beantworten, Retouren, Umtausch etc. tätigen
• Kontinuierliches Akquirieren von Neukunden im Kundensegment A/B/C (resp. „Top Tier / high Tier)
• Planen, Durchführen und Nachbereiten von Aktivitäten / Promotionen sowie Durchführung von regelmässigen Erfolgskontrollen der vereinbarten Kundenaktivitäten
• Erreichung der vorgegebenen Ziele pro Marke resp. Zielumsatz pro Verkaufsgebiet
• Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Verkaufsförderung und Weiterentwicklung im Salon
• Monitoring der Kundenzahlungen sowie des Umsatzvolumens der Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Education und dem Marketing-Team in Bezug auf die Unterstützung des Kunden im Salon
• Erstellung von Jahresplänen (Education, Marketingmassnahmen, Zwischenstandgesprächen), Umsetzung und Kontrolle der entsprechenden Aktivitäten
• Durchführung von eigenen Schulungen im Salon (Verkaufsschulung, Kerasilk-Schulung etc.)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Sales-Mitarbeite(rinne)n im Gebiet
• Einhaltung des zugewiesenen Budgets für individuelle kundenspezifische Umsetzungen
• Regelmässige Teilnahme an strategischen Projekten & Meetings

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Weiterbildung als eidg. dipl. Verkaufsfachmann/-frau / Marketingfachmann/-frau oder ähnliche Weiterbildung
• Min. 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Verkaufsaussendienst, bevorzugt in der Kosmetikindustrie oder FMCG

Purpose/Summary: The Clinical Operations Lead owns program delivery & operational CRO/vendors oversight oof one or more development programs.

The Clinical Operations Lead has hands-on accountability and responsibilities in overseeing clinical trials execution within the program(s), especially the oversight of the trials/Program CRO, consultants and contractors to secure excellence in the delivery of their services to meet the trial milestones while adhering to quality, timeline, and budget. Leads by example with strong partnering and communication capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Takes a lead role in managing clinical program(s) and collaborating globally and across departments such as clinical development, regulatory, data management, biostatistics, drug supply, medical writing, and drug safety, etc.
• Supports creation and maintenance of the clinical development plan in collaboration with the Clinical Development Lead by providing input on operational aspects of the program and trials, including, but not limited to, budget, timelines, and vendors.
• Oversees CTT performance, including metrics, milestones and compliance with relevant regulatory standards, including ICH‑GCP, protocol requirements and company procedures.
• Collaborates with the Global Clinical Trial Managers (gCTM) and functions in the following activities, among others:
  • Support decision-making in the selection of study
  • oversight of CROs, vendors, consultants and contractors, including negotiation of Scope of work (SOW), ensuring delivery against contracted SOW, budgets, performance management and issue
  • Development and management of program timelines, budgets and
  • Oversight of trial subject retention
• Constantly scans for possible risks and implementation of mitigations; while identifying best practices and opportunities for trial efficiencies and opportunities for enhanced quality.
• Leads by example, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring other Development Operations team members, , fostering a team culture of ownership, engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring recognition of team successes.
• Provides immediate supervision and line management to one or more employees, , including employee development, company goal setting, and performance management processes.
• Contributes to strategic vision and long-term plans of Development
• Supports in determining the best utilization and prioritization of resources, and the optimal organization of infrastructure and staff, leveraging experience working in varying resource models (i.e. Hiring, Functional Service Provider, CRO Full Package Outsourcing, etc.).
• Identifies and eliminates any impediments that obstruct or distract the team from delivering value; report and escalate issues, concerns, and roadblocks to management as needed.
• Regularly interacts with senior management on matters concerning functional areas and/or vendors.
• Contributes with the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be used in Development Operations
• Other duties as assigned

Prerequisite Education, Experience, & Skills:

• A highly motivated and results-oriented leader with a Bachelor’s degree and 14 years of pharmaceutical/Biotech clinical development and operations experience.
• Broad experience in global level clinical trial management, and knowledge of principles and practices of Program and Project Management. 
• Significant experience managing all aspects of activities in Phase I-IV trials, oversight of CROs and vendors at global level.
• Advantageous to have rare disease trial experience.
• Proven ability to effectively manage a large team comprised of permanent employees, consultants, contractors and oversight/partnering with CROs and teams within their varying levels.
• Intense drive and organizational expertise are necessary to manage the diverse group of functional activities involved in the international clinical trials program.
• Strong proficiency in GCP/ICH, U.S. drug development process and regulatory expectations related to global clinical trials execution .
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive high-level decision-making, think strategically, and take initiative in the face of incomplete information
• Able to motivate teams to do their best work through active collaboration, healthy debate, and continued learning.
