Payroll Service Design, Governance & Continuous Improvement is responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing the global payroll operational framework. This role ensures payroll operations are robust, efficient, and scalable by establishing strong SLAs, KPIs, governance controls, and a disciplined culture of continuous improvement.
A key element of this responsibility is to lead and embed these standards into all payroll projects, including system implementations, vendor transitions, and global expansions. Overview:
The focus of this role is on our white-label offering, partnering with our B2B partners to ensure they have the data and services to leverage the Agoda’s technological products on their platform and provide a better experience for our shared customers.
Agoda’s Senior Product Managers are responsible for defining the overall strategy and goals for Agoda’s various products, including the website, mobile applications and mobile website, email marketing, as well as advanced internal products and tools such as algorithmic PPC bidding systems and pricing software. SPMs drive the relentless innovation required to stay ahead in an extremely dynamic and competitive industry. SPMs create and maintain a product roadmap and will be responsible for communication with all stakeholders (business heads, marketing, developers, and senior management) to ensure that Agoda’s products continue to perform at the highest possible level and serve the needs of our many customer groups.
A Senior Product Manager will see the big picture and the small detail at the same time. He or she will understand the broad needs of the business, scan the competitive landscape in which their product operates, spot trends and technical developments and update the product roadmap as needed. At the same time, he or she will understand every detail of the product from design to functionality to usability. They will need to understand various eCommerce metrics and concepts very well – conversion, repeat rates, ROI, site performance metrics, bounce rates, return on investment, etc.
In summary, an Agoda Senior Product Manager can expect to work on the cutting edge of technology, data, digital marketing, algorithmic decision-making, and consumer psychology – all at a scale that very few eCommerce companies in the world today can offer.

Agoda is looking for a creative, yet analytical Associate Manager for Partner Communications to join our team and support the ideation, optimization, analysis and execution of our B2B CRM campaigns globally.
This role will support the end to end delivery of CRM campaigns/products which support a mixture of wider-company initiatives, ongoing engagement metrics and maintaining/optimizing key products that drive ecommerce revenues. The B2B event marketing team is looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to own and scale this channel - events are strategic levers for growth, activation, and relationship building.
This is not a logistics-led role. Travel Distribution is a team of creative entrepreneurs that develop and scale travel API solutions for Agoda’s and other Booking Holdings strategic partners.
Our teams are structured to acquire, manage relationships and optimize the performance of accommodation API partners, both on buying and selling sides. The Opportunity:
As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work in Bangkok for Agoda Services Co. Ltd. You will be part of a broader tax advisory team that is rapidly growing in light of the changing tax landscape for digital services. While being part of the broader Tax and Finance team (more than 300 professionals) you will also work closely with the Product, Commercial and Legal teams.
The aim of this position is to manage global tax advisory matters related to VAT, sales tax, GST and other indirect taxes for Agoda, including the compliance with tax regulations across the globe, with special focus on relationship and transactions with Strategic Partners in a fast‑evolving business environment. You will have end-to-end responsibility for your own projects from scoping the challenge (incl. budgeting) to the overall solution (execution and implementation), including stakeholder management and relationships with our tax advisors. While this role remains very hands-on, you will also be expected to contribute to the long-term vision of the tax team and to share your tax technical expertise with the broader team to support their growth.
This role involves interaction with our Senior Leadership Team, US parent company, sister brands, international offices, business managers, functional teams, IT and other finance and legal colleagues. Due to rapid growth of the organization, the tasks and duties of this role may evolve over time. Process Improvement & Transformation:
Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Be comfortable in executing VSMs and Kaizens independently. Be conversant with the latest trends in process improvement leveraging AI/ML and GenAI
Data Analysis & Insights:

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Solid understanding of finance operations processes (OTC, PTP and RTR). Experience as a User of these processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets, perform detailed root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights and improvement plans.
Skilled at creating Excel macros to automate processes is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools (RPA, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) is highly desirable.

Purpose of the role
The WFM Senior Schedule Planner (Senior SP)/ Schedule Planner operates as senior level role within CEG’s WFM Schedule Planning team, with responsibilities in creating and publishing accurate agent and Team Manager schedules.
The Senior SP/Schedule Planner will organize schedules to optimize balanced SLA delivery and comply with legal and operations constraints. This role also has responsibilities in BAU schedule activities, such as shift assignment, training, meeting and coaching as well as JIRA ticket requests, for agent pull-out. The Opportunity:
As an Indirect Tax Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to work in Bangkok for Agoda Services Co. Ltd. You will be part of a broader tax advisory team that is rapidly growing in light of the changing tax landscape for digital services. While being part of the broader Tax and Finance team (more than 300 professionals) you will also work closely with the Product, Commercial and Legal teams.
The aim of this position is to manage global tax advisory matters related to VAT, sales tax, GST and other indirect taxes for Agoda, including the compliance with tax regulations across the globe, with special focus on relationship and transactions with Strategic Partners in a fast‑evolving business environment. You will have end-to-end responsibility for your own projects from scoping the challenge (incl. budgeting) to the overall solution (execution and implementation), including stakeholder management and relationships with our tax advisors. The Supply department is Agoda’s partner relationship management function, working with external partners to ensure strong supply across accommodations, flights, and activities.
Within Supply, the Central Management Office (CMO) was established as the department’s backbone. The CMO leads cross-functional special projects, drives governance and cadences across Supply, manages headcount planning and budget allocation/spend, and designs and executes key people initiatives—such as learning & development, performance management, engagement, and change management
The Opportunity:

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Program Manager / Principal Program Manager (level of individual candidates to be determined as part of interview process based on experience and fit) to lead strategic as well as tactical cross-functional initiatives across the organization, including but not limited to covering Accounting and Finance Operations (e.g., AP, AR, Credit Risk, Accounting, Collections and other cross functional initiatives). This role requires a delivery leader who can manage and present to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, and has sufficient finance and accounting knowledge to translate strategies and problems into clear, actionable plans—driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across workstreams.
In This Role, You Will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of controllership, finance operations and other initiatives: scoping, planning, execution, change management, and post-implementation tracking.
Build and maintain actionable plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, and governance cadences - supporting owners to unblock issues and keeping delivery on track.
Drive program discipline: clear business requirements, decision logs, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
Act as the central point of alignment across teams—identify misalignment early, facilitate decisions, and ensure timely escalation when needed.
Partner with teams outside Finance (Product, IT, Legal, Commercial) to design and implement end-to-end solutions as needed.

The Opportunity:
The Capacity Planner role (CP) operates as a specialist role within CEG’s WFM team. Providing support, through forecasting and operational capacity performance analysis, to the CEG front line operations. The CP is a ‘subject matter expert’ in WFM, in this way the role holders support CEG balance the demands to customer SLA targets and business objectives.
The goal of this role is to forecast the contact center contact demand, executing and recommending appropriate resource and demand interventions, to enable SLAs to be realized in line with strategic business guidance, and providing support to Associate Capacity Planners and Capacity Planners.
The CP plays an important role across the broader WFM team and CEG operations, to enable a continuous improvement culture. In doing this, it is common that the CP will be involved in collecting and providing feedback on common challenges, supporting change initiatives, and providing input and feedback to enable a smoother and more consistent delivery of SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement & Transformation:
Analyze, design, and implement process improvements across finance operations (AP, AR, GL, payments, reconciliations, etc.) to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business value. Be comfortable in executing VSMs and Kaizens independently. Be conversant with the latest trends in process improvement leveraging AI/ML and GenAI
Data Analysis & Insights:

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Solid understanding of finance operations processes (OTC, PTP and RTR). Experience as a User of these processes is a plus.
Strong analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets, perform detailed root cause analysis, and generate actionable insights and improvement plans.
Skilled at creating Excel macros to automate processes is preferred
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with finance systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and automation tools (RPA, Alteryx, UiPath, etc.) is highly desirable.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) Specialist/Sr. Specialist professional to join our team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to manage Information Security and Compliance risks. You’ll contribute across multiple areas including IT SOX compliance, risk management, and broader GRC initiatives.
We’re seeking someone who is an independent, proactive thinker, a strong stakeholder manager, and a natural team player.
This position is open to both local and international candidates, with relocation support available for eligible candidates to ensure a smooth transition to living and working in Bangkok.
In This Role, You Will:
Apply strong knowledge of Risk Management, GRC functions, IT SOX Compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC) and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, PCI DSS and other leading standards).
Support and manage IT SOX compliance activities, including control design, testing, documentation, and remediation tracking.
Continuously assess risks and ensure IT policies, procedures, and standards are effectively embedded into daily operations.
Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
Partner with internal teams to enhance and mature security controls.
Track and ensure timely remediation of audit and risk assessment findings—never missing a deadline.
Proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements through strong written and verbal communication.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
At least 2-4 years of experience in a technology role, preferably within a security environment.
Strong understanding of international Information Security standards and frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple projects and balance competing priorities.
Comfort analyzing operational and technical data under tight deadlines.
Independent, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Strong project management capabilities.

This is not a traditional content creation role. The Customer Experience Group (CEG) of Agoda effectively serves our customers and partners to ensure satisfying results. This great task is accomplished with the support of our Global Service Vertical team. We serve as the backbone for Customer Experience Group’s global operations. Our team is comprised of project managers, process owners, analysts, and talent management. Together we work nonstop to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer and partner support processes. Working with the Global Service Vertical team is a great opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and develop initiatives with our sister companies and external partners all over the world. We are a very data-driven environment, eager to move fast and learn through experimentation. Job purpose:
As a Marketing Key Account Manager (MKAM) at aCommerce, you will lead strategic paid media planning and execution for top e-commerce clients across Southeast Asia. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other online media effectively drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams—including paid media, SEO, CRM, platform specialists, and other key stakeholders—overseeing campaign performance, aligning execution with client KPIs such as GMV and ROAS, and providing strategic insights that drive business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Management
● Serve as the key strategic contact for assigned e-commerce clients.
● Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
● Lead client communications and performance reviews.
● Provide clear briefs and direction to internal teams.
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Campaign & Project Coordination
● Oversee and manage the execution of campaigns across various platforms.
● Collaborate with internal teams including media planners, creatives, SEO, CRM, and marketplace specialists.
● Ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
● Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
Media, SEO & CRM Collaboration
● Coordinate with MPS (Media Planning Specialist) to develop strategic media plans.
● Review and ensure the completeness and quality of media plans before presentation to clients.
● Ensure SEO and CRM initiatives are aligned with overall campaign objectives.
● Facilitate integration of media, SEO, and CRM efforts to drive performance.
Platform Expertise & Strategy
● Leverage platform-specific knowledge across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other online media
● Advise clients on platform trends, ad formats, and marketplace best practices.
● Guide optimization strategies to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
● Review and consolidate campaign performance data and reports.
● Analyze metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, and CPC to derive actionable insights.
● Present reports and strategic recommendations to clients.
● Use data to inform future media planning and creative direction.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
● 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, or performance marketing (e-commerce or agency background preferred).
● Team Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of account managers or specialists. Experience in workload management, coaching junior talent, and fostering a high-performance culture.
● Strategic Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence internal cross-functional teams (Media, SEO, CRM) and lead high-level discussions with C-suite or Brand Lead clients.
● Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to leverage data for decision-making and translate complex metrics into executive-level narratives.
● Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of online media platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
● Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex strategies clearly.
● Technical Proficiency: High command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
