Team Overview

InMobi’s Programmatic Buying team works to manage revenue operations and is focused solely on buying media for the company, globally (including China Export Demand) across UA, REM and Brand Awareness. We are focused on winning new business, growing InMobi’s market share, and developing our reputation of being an industry leader.

What will you be doing : 

As part of the Programmatic Buying team, you will be playing a critical operations and revenue management role at InMobi. You would be completely responsible for setting campaigns, managing and delivering revenue on the “DSP Platform” and you are expected to work closely with all stakeholders (regional sales, supply, product, engineering, marketing and ad ops teams) to drive cross functional support to maximize revenue delivered. He/ she would have to drive revenue reporting and tracking, data analytics and develop insights into supply needs, pricing optimization, product/ tech liaising exercises.

We are looking for sharp, analytical and growth oriented professionals who can solve complex problems in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with stakeholders, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to sales, supply, product teams and to global leadership.

You are expected to work for growing the Revenue and Margin for the region/pod allocated by actively collaborating with Customer Success/ Sales teams by understanding the capabilities of the DSP Platform. 

Key Responsibilities 

• End to End Ownership of Campaign Delivery (Onboarding, Campaign creation, Optimization, Reporting and insights etc) and Strategizing for Revenue growth for both tactical and long-term opportunities.
• Drive conversations with Sales/Customer Success teams for the smooth Campaign Delivery, handling the challenges and adopting collaborative workstyle.
• Derive Insights on various Revenue, Product, and Supply metrics, to collaborate with Product/Supply teams for feature improvements
• Meet and exceed campaign goals through campaign strategy and optimization.
• Work with huge volumes of data to arrive at meaningful insights and strategies about the campaigns.
• Own weekly exec level revenue/ margin reporting for the portfolio of accounts.
• Ability to take ownership and getting things done in the stipulated time.

What do we require from you?

Ideal candidates must possess: 

• 5-6 years of experience in a Digital Native / Startup companies, involved Data Analysis with actionable insights / Revenue Management 
• Exceptional analytical skills, entrepreneurial, and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to understand key metrics and apply these to performance optimizations. 
• Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in numeracy and logical reasoning

Brief Description:    

The Manager – Dealdesk will serve as the GTM Operations triage lead for InMobi Exchange, bridging business and operations across time zones. This role partners closely with Sales, Client Development, Agency Development, PTD, DPM, and product teams to drive real-time campaign and deal operations, ensuring flawless execution, same-day triage, and data-driven insight delivery.

This is a demand-heavy role focused on PMP deal analysis, campaign health monitoring, and RFP triage, while also acting as a quality and process gatekeeper. The ideal candidate combines deep adtech expertise, operational excellence, and strong analytical rigor to drive execution efficiency, elevate campaign outcomes, and close feedback loops between GTM and Central Ops.

Team Overview

InMobi’s Media Buying team works to manage revenue operations and is focused solely on buying media for the company, globally (including China Export Demand) across UA, REM and Brand Awareness. We are focused on winning new business, growing InMobi’s market share, and developing our reputation of being an industry leader.

What will you be doing : 

As part of the Media Buying team, you will be playing a critical operations and revenue management role at InMobi. You would be completely responsible for setting campaigns, managing and delivering revenue on the “DSP Platform” and you are expected to work closely with all stakeholders (regional sales, supply, product, engineering, marketing and ad ops teams) to drive cross functional support to maximize revenue delivered. He/ she would have to drive revenue reporting and tracking, data analytics and develop insights into supply needs, pricing optimization, product/ tech liaising exercises.

We are looking for sharp, analytical and growth oriented professionals who can solve complex problems in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with stakeholders, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to sales, supply, product teams and to global leadership.

You are expected to work for growing the Revenue and Margin for the region/pod allocated by actively collaborating with Customer Success/ Sales teams by understanding the capabilities of the DSP Platform. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Day to day management of mobile display/video campaigns across various DSPs/Platforms (onboarding, Creation, Optimization, Reporting and insights etc).
• Complete ownership of revenue (plus margin) management for a portfolio of advertiser clients - Work on the account growth strategy with the Sales and Account Management team.
• Close Monitoring of campaign behavior and ability to act instantly on important issues affecting revenue for the company. Meet and exceed campaign goals through campaign strategy and optimization.
• Work with huge volumes of data to arrive at meaningful insights and strategies about the campaigns.
• Own weekly exec level revenue/ margin reporting for the portfolio of accounts.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders like Account management, Product and Tech team to identify and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ability to take ownership and getting things done in the stipulated time.

What do we require from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in a role encompassing Account/ Revenue management and data analysis, preferably (not mandatory) from digital/ programmatic/ad tech background.
• Tech or B.Sc in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative or analytical field.

Ideal candidates must possess: 

• Good relationship management skills, communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, technical aptitude with a basic to medium level understanding of the digital ad marketplace.
• Strong, robust MS Excel skills and proven competency in data analysis and logical reasoning.
• Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography (Good to have)
• Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.
• Structured thinking: Ability to think through issues in a structured manner and use different frameworks to solve problems.
• Communication skills: Ability to present recommendations in a logical and clearly articulated manner.
• Basic to medium proficiency in the ad tech ecosystem of ad exchanges/ networks, DSPs, 1st and 3rd party audience targeting and technology, online measurement, ad-operations, delivery and measurement platforms.

About the Role

The Global Business Analytics & Insights team is evolving from a traditional reporting function into an AI-powered, agentic intelligence layer that drives autonomous, real-time decision-making across the organisation.

As a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in this transformation — moving beyond dashboards to build intelligent, self-serve, and eventually self-driving analytics systems.

You will own the design and evolution of next-generation BI systems that:

Position Overview

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech, SaaS, corporate insurance, global recruitment agencies, and other professional services.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.

• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, financial analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.
