Senior Sales Manager — InMobi Ads West Region

The Sales Manager drives new account acquisition and grows incremental revenue against a targeted list of high potential agencies through engagement. In conjunction with the Central teams and Account Managers, the Sales Manager develops quality customer plans laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies. Success is measured by specific key performance indicators focused on driving product adoption, emphasizing customer experience and optimizing opportunities. In addition, the Sales Manager builds and maintains a pipeline of clients and agencies new to the InMobi Ads proposition.

• Healthy predictable pipeline to deliver quota expectations: Consistently create high value revenue-generating opportunities. Lead regular, impactful engagements with key clients.
• Grow InMobi Ads' share of wallet across client portfolio by highlighting missed opportunities around Branding activities. Create a convincing storyline and pitch which will help client-side decision makers to meet or exceed their marketing goals.
• Leverage current relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive adoption conversations as well as open up new relationships in the industry.
• Forge relationships with client-side marketing heads and build industry presence for yourself and the products.
• Fluent advocate of the InMobi Story: Educate clients on how InMobi Ads features and offerings help them reach their business goals and new markets/targets. Utilize all available readiness materials (inclusive of Marketing materials, Training & other GTM assets) and insights to ensure you are a fluent advocate of the InMobi Ads story. Develop and demonstrate an intermediate to expert level knowledge of emerging products/features.
• Strong customer and partner planning: Develop and maintain high quality, actionable Customer Plans (where applicable) and Joint Business Plans (where applicable). Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges/concerns and goals/objectives. Develop a cohesive action plan to address those opportunities. Agreed plan with customer. Review quarterly with management. Lead execution of all agreed Account Plan/JBP action items. Ensures follow-through by all participants.
• Collaborative and high-performing account team: Coordinate with Account Manager Head to ensure timely and proactive customer escalations by effectively leveraging internal partner network to resolve account escalations & revenue blockers. Capture feedback and influence solutions internally.
• Continuous business learning and professional growth: Continually strengthen your InMobi Ads and Branding expertise, take personal accountability for your career and personal development; create, update and regularly check in on your career development plan. What we are looking for:

• Minimum 7–9 years' online media sales / advertising experience required
• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, communications skills and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets
• Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
• Effectively navigate through ambiguity and complexities related to client management
• Talented in storytelling and delivering engaging presentations across all levels of leadership

Brief Description:    

The Manager – Dealdesk will serve as the GTM Operations triage lead for InMobi Exchange, bridging business and operations across time zones. This role partners closely with Sales, Client Development, Agency Development, PTD, DPM, and product teams to drive real-time campaign and deal operations, ensuring flawless execution, same-day triage, and data-driven insight delivery.

This is a demand-heavy role focused on PMP deal analysis, campaign health monitoring, and RFP triage, while also acting as a quality and process gatekeeper. The ideal candidate combines deep adtech expertise, operational excellence, and strong analytical rigor to drive execution efficiency, elevate campaign outcomes, and close feedback loops between GTM and Central Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, evaluate, and approve complex and non-standard deals across PMPs based campaigns, strategic partnerships, and enterprise agreements.
• Ensure pricing, margins, discounts, rebates, and incentives align with company guardrails.
• Drive consistency in deal frameworks across regions and business units.
• Partner closely with Sales to structure strategic deals that balance revenue growth and profitability.
• Work with RevOps to ensure accurate documentation and system alignment (SFDC, BI tools, pricing trackers).
• Interface with Product and Operations for feasibility validation and operational impact assessment.
• Conduct deal-level P&L analysis including margin, cost allocation, rebates, tech fees, and platform costs.
• Model revenue scenarios and long-term account value.
• Identify revenue leakage risks and ensure proper controls.
• Review historical performance data to inform deal decisions.
• Define and continuously improve Deal Desk SOPs and approval workflows.
• Reduce deal scale turnaround time (TAT) without compromising governance.
• Implement deal approval matrices and automated workflows in SFDC.
• Maintain clean documentation and audit trails for compliance.
• Establish standardized pricing templates and commercial playbooks.
• Track discount trends, margin erosion, exception frequency, and revenue impact.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership on deal quality and profitability metrics.
• Identify patterns in pricing pressure and propose a corrective strategy.
• Drive data-backed commercial decision-making.
• Foster a culture of disciplined, data-driven deal execution.

Requirements: 

• 8+ years of experience in programmatic operations, campaign management, or ad operations, preferably with global adtech exposure. 

• Strong expertise in PMPs, Private Auctions, Brand IOs, and campaign setup workflows across DSPs (DV360, TTD, Xandr, Beeswax). 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). 

• Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data, detect anomalies, and communicate insights effectively. 

• Strong grasp of creative QA, pacing, inclusion logic, and deal health optimization. 

• Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, CSMs, Product, and HQ Ops teams. 

• Ability to work across multiple time zones and ensure operational continuity between North America and India HQ. 

• Proven track record in mentoring, training, and enabling new hires in ad operations or analytics. 

• High attention to detail, a structured problem-solving approach, and a passion for operational excellence.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our growth in the Philippines. This role is critical to scaling our business, with a clear mandate to 2X revenue and expand market share over the next phase of growth.

You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and leading revenue expansion across key accounts and new business opportunities in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver aggressive revenue targets, with a focus on doubling business in the Philippines market

Overview of role:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with an established record of advertising sales leadership and revenue generation in the Singapore market, as well as a deep interest and passion for online media and innovation. In this role, you will manage our sales efforts across multiple sales verticals for Singapore. We want someone who loves our product, knows the market, clients, and media agencies, can build creative, long-term consultative solutions, and lead, motivate, and grow a sales team. You should be confident without being arrogant, and hardworking, while still knowing how to have fun. 

Location: This role will be based in Singapore

The impact you'll make:

• In collaboration with the Region’s Head of Sales and peers, you will help define the sales strategy and drive execution across a variety of brand verticals and agencies in Singapore.  

• Collaborate with our regional customer success management team & regional campaign management teams in charge of the market to generate demand & convert sales revenue  

• Leverage your existing relationships in the top 4 Agency Holding Companies (WPP Media, OMC, Publicis, Assembly Global, and Dentsu) by building, sustaining, and growing a dedicated book of business together with the market teams. At the same time, proactively identify and seek out new clients and industry relationships to optimize revenue  

• Represent InMobi Group in the advertising community by seeking out and participating in industry events  

• Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility 

• Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners  

• Hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations  

• Work with agency heads and their respective planning & implementation teams to include InMobi solutions in their digital media campaigns for Singapore

The experience we need:

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of digital advertising sales experience in the Singapore market  

• Candidates should possess a valid Work authorisation for Singapore 

• Experience in crafting vertical narratives and engaging clients and agencies in long-range strategic partnerships.  

• Strong relationships with agencies (especially with WPP Media, Publicis & Assembly Global), decision makers in the Singapore market.  

• Strong knowledge of how advertisers plan, buy, and measure advertising campaigns in Singapore, both programmatic and Insertion IO (brand and performance business)  

• Highly customer-oriented with proven ability to build internal and external relationships  

• Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines  

• Analytical with proven ability to think strategically and creatively  

• Enjoys working in a team and is always ready to contribute fresh ideas
