Job Title: Staff Product Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Sr.Director, Product Management
A quick snapshot…
As a Sr. Product Manager on the Conga CPQ & Revenue team, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of our CPQ and Revenue Lifecycle Management solutions into Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, SAP, and other CRM ecosystems. You'll help architect seamless integrations using best-in-class integration platforms, translating our proven native capabilities into exceptional multi-CRM experiences that solve complex revenue operations challenges. This role requires deep expertise in CRM platforms (particularly Dynamics and SAP) and Integration tools, combined with hands-on involvement in release planning, product demos, implementation guidance, and agile scrum execution. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy and technical delivery, ensuring our solutions maintain industry-leading functionality and user experience across diverse CRM environments. If you're passionate about expanding proven products into new markets and thrive in a role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution, this is an exceptional opportunity to shape Conga's platform future.
Why it’s a big deal…
You'll pioneer our expansion into CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and SAP—opening huge untapped market potential and positioning yourself as the product lead who transformed Conga into universal revenue life cycle platform. This is greenfield territory offering exceptional autonomy to shape the future of enterprise revenue operations while building career-defining expertise in platform strategy and complex system integration.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Relevant Experience.
8-12 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with deep expertise in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred) and a proven track record of delivering complex integrations across multiple ecosystems
Integration and platform thinking: Demonstrated experience building products that connect multiple systems, working with integration platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, or similar), and designing scalable architecture that maintains data integrity and user experience across platforms
Domain expertise in revenue operations: Strong preference for background in B2B/eCommerce, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM), Order Management or Billing, with deep understanding of how enterprise customers configure, price, quote, contracts, and close complex deals
Hands-on enterprise product delivery expertise from conception through launch and continuous iteration, with experience managing the full product lifecycle in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Technical fluency with business impact focus: Practical knowledge of modern integration patterns, APIs, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, with the proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value and customer outcomes
What Sets You Apart
You've actually used or implemented CRM Dynamics, SAP, or HubSpot—not just managed products adjacent to them
You thrive in ambiguity and can turn vague customer problems into concrete product requirements and release plans
You've run or actively participated in agile scrum teams and can jump into demos, implementations, and customer conversations without missing a beat
Research and Creativity.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in metadata extraction, AI, and document automation.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, engineers, and UX teams to conceptualize and prototype new features or enhancements.
Continuously gather customer feedback, iterate product requirements, and prioritize feature development for maximum impact.
Leadership skills.
Work cross-functionally to run scrum teams, ensure backlogs are clearly defined, and address blockers.
Comfortably manage implementations and maintain close collaboration with professional services, sales, and customer success teams.
Provide live demos of Discovery AI features to internal stakeholders, prospects, and existing customers.
Analyze and prioritize.
Use data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions on product enhancements and roadmap.
Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and time-to-market pressures.
Communicate roadmap priorities and release updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Customer experience.
Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that leverage metadata extraction to drive value.
Maintain an ongoing feedback loop, documenting key learnings and using them to refine the product strategy.
Partner with marketing to ensure new features are effectively positioned and promoted to maximize adoption.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.
Here’s what will give you an edge…
Champion the Customer. You’ll operate with the mindset that our success hinges on customer success. By deeply understanding their pain points and goals, you’ll craft Discovery AI solutions that exceed expectations.
Natural Collaborator. You thrive in Agile environments, working fluidly with data scientists, developers, and product managers. You value diverse perspectives and actively seek feedback to build the best possible product.
Passion. Your passion for AI and metadata extraction shines through in your work. You’re motivated by the chance to streamline complex workflows, reduce manual intervention, and drive tangible customer outcomes.

Renewals Specialist, Financial Operations
Data, Quality Control & Invoice Lifecycle Management
Finance Department
Reports to Global Renewals Manager
Role Overview
The Renewals Specialist is a critical operational role based within our Global Capability Centre (GCC) in India, supporting the broader Renewals team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant contract renewals. Rather than managing a dedicated book of customers, this role functions as the operational backbone of the Renewals organization — ensuring data integrity, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional alignment so that Renewal Opportunity Owners can focus on advancing and closing deals.
This individual will work closely with Renewals team members, Customer Success Managers, Finance, Product, and Sales to eliminate roadblocks, maintain pipeline visibility, and uphold the quality of renewal forecasting dashboards reviewed daily by executive leadership, including the CFO. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across multiple systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Key Responsibilities
Renewal Calculations & Proposal Preparation
Own the initial internal calculation of renewal proposals, including pricing, quantities, pro-rata adjustments, and co-terming calculations. Ensure all figures are accurate, validated against internal systems, and ready for Renewal Opportunity Owners to progress.
Pipeline Monitoring & Renewal Lifecycle Management
Own the day-to-day monitoring of the renewals pipeline, tracking renewal stages and proactively identifying risks to on-time closure. Follow up with Account Managers to confirm assigned renewals are being actively worked and that opportunity stages are progressing accurately in Salesforce. Escalate blockers to Renewals leadership as needed.
Back-Office Support for Renewal Owners
Support Renewals team members with back-end execution, including generating order forms and renewal paperwork based on direction provided by the team (e.g., multi-year extensions, percentage-based increases). Manage other administrative and operational functions required to move renewals forward efficiently.
Renewal Deal Desk Preparation
Assist Renewal Opportunity Owners in preparing for Renewals Deal Desk, ensuring all required data, documentation, and approvals are in order ahead of submissions. Monitor the pipeline of open renewal opportunities and assist in identifying those requiring inclusion on the Deal Desk docket.
Salesforce & NetSuite Data Integrity
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date renewal data in Salesforce throughout the renewal lifecycle. Conduct regular audits between Salesforce and NetSuite to ensure billing records align with contracted terms. Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively to protect revenue accuracy and forecast integrity.
Renewal Forecast Accuracy & At-Risk Tracking
Support Renewals leadership in maintaining the accuracy of renewal forecast dashboards used by executive leadership on a daily basis. Track at-risk renewals and validate that Upsell and Cancellation flags are accurately reflected in Looker forecasts. Conduct regular calls with Customer Success Managers to confirm forecast status and document outcomes including heal plays, saves, and downsells.
Invoice Management & Financial Validation
Take ownership of the end-to-end invoice release process, ensuring invoices are issued accurately and on time. Validate pricing, quantities, terms, and billing details across all relevant systems. Coordinate approvals with appropriate stakeholders and partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely release. Proactively resolve any data discrepancies or blockers that could delay invoicing.
Reporting, Analytics & Dashboard Maintenance
Support Renewals leadership with reporting, analytics, and ongoing maintenance of Looker dashboards. Provide data-driven insights to help the team identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the renewals portfolio.
Cross-Functional Relationship Management & Collaboration
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Customer Success Managers, Product team members, Finance, and Sales. Serve as a proactive liaison to ensure that roadblocks to renewal are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Organize and facilitate team calls to review product updates and ensure the Renewals team stays current on new features and enhancements relevant to the renewal process.
Ad-Hoc Projects & Renewals Leadership Support
Support the Renewals leader with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, including developing customer-facing materials (e.g., one-pagers highlighting product value and recent enhancements), executing steps related to AI-driven initiatives, and contributing to process improvement efforts across the renewals organization.
Salesforce Notes & Documentation
Update Salesforce notes and opportunity records on behalf of Renewals team members as directed, ensuring a complete and current audit trail of renewal activity and customer interactions.
Training & Professional Development
Complete all required internal training programs in a timely manner. Proactively stay informed on new products, platform features, and internal process updates, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily renewals support activities.
