As a Manager, Solutions Architects, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering technical excellence in solution architecture across Axon’s Real-Time Operations (RTO) offerings. Partnering closely with the Sr. Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll implement and scale high-quality solution design processes while providing strategic support for mission-critical, customer-facing engagements.
You will spend approximately 80% of your time leading the team and managing project delivery across your group, and 20% supporting complex or unique client engagements with technical depth, particularly in emerging or highly integrated deployments.
Location: Remote. 30% travel required.

As a Priority Support Engineer, you’re not just resolving technical issues — you’re a trusted advisor and escalation authority for Axon’s most critical customers. You’ll have the autonomy to assess complex, high-impact cases, make real-time decisions to stabilize customer operations, and drive cross-functional efforts that shape how Axon delivers world-class support.
You’ll act as the bridge between frontline support, higher support tiers, engineering, and product teams — using your technical acumen and customer insight to influence product improvements, operational workflows, and service-level strategies. Your independent judgment and ownership mindset will directly impact customer trust, product adoption, and Axon’s brand reputation in the field.
This role offers high ownership and autonomy. Engineers are trusted to make informed decisions in complex, ambiguous situations, prioritize high-value work, and serve as technical SMEs for Axon’s most strategic customers. Candidates must be sharp, adaptable, and unstoppable: capable of navigating high-pressure environments with confidence and clarity.

Axon is seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Technical Sustainment Manager to drive customer satisfaction, product enablement, and feature adoption throughout the Records Management System (RMS) deployment lifecycle. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring accurate scoping so we sign customers with confidence, and they continue to thrive on Records after they graduate from their dedicated Technical Account Managers. You will drive feature enablement, promote customer adoption, and lead sustainment initiatives that extend well beyond go-live through structured training, quality assurance, and advanced escalation support.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of cross-functional leadership, with hands-on experience in program management, technical enablement of SaaS products, training strategy, and customer success across complex enterprise solutions. As a Senior Technical Sustainment Manager focused on customer enablement, you will own a portfolio of law enforcement agencies who have completed their initial RMS implementation, and have achieved sustained adoption with their initial build. Your mission is to ensure these agencies continue to realize value from their investment by supporting post-deployment growth, driving sustained feature adoption, and serving as their strategic technical partner. You will bridge the gap between initial go-live and long-term operational maturity, ensuring they evolve and expand their usage of RMS in parallel with their operations. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 141,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 225,600 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors. Reporting to the Manager, Procurement, the Sourcing Specialist is responsible for procuring goods and/or services and supporting sourcing and purchasing needs for assigned stations/business units, providing industry, technical, and supply chain expertise. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Property Tax, the Tax Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of property tax returns for the Company and its subsidiaries. The Tax Analyst will also provide support with tax research and planning.

As an Territory Manager, SUD, you will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. SUD represents our next major growth vertical, and this team is charged with building the playbook.
You will play a direct role in shaping how we engage referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You will educate these partners about Charlie Health’s comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs, ensuring they understand how our services can support individuals on the path to recovery.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. About the Role

In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.
You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. About the Role

In this position, you will foster strong relationships with EAP providers, unions, corporate employers, and workplace wellness programs to connect employees and their families to Charlie Health’s services. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, strengthening referral pathways, and ensuring that employees and their families can easily access Charlie Health’s Intensive Outpatient Programming.
You will serve as a trusted partner and educator to workforce stakeholders, identifying needs, reducing barriers to care, and ensuring seamless collaboration across partnerships. You will be responsible for educating key stakeholders about our offerings, addressing access barriers, and designing programs tailored to the unique mental health needs of employee populations.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Project Development, the Manager, Project Development is responsible for the development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Central region as a key member of a regional team charged with the development and execution into construction of Clearway Energy Group’s solar, wind, and storage project pipeline across the region. The position will lead the development of a portfolio of projects and will work with the Origination, Engineering, Project Finance, and Construction teams across the full project lifecycle required to bring projects to successful commercial operation.
Candidates should have prior professional renewable energy project development experience with the ability across project siting, land and real estate, regulatory and environmental permitting, interconnection, transmission, and power marketing. Candidates should also have experience with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) engagement and have been through one or more successful project financing processes. Axon Enterprise (Nasdaq: AXON) is seeking a Data Science Principal within the Office of the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO). This is a hands-on enabler role for a technically exceptional professional with deep finance and accounting domain expertise. Your primary mission is to ensure that Axon’s AI builders, process owners, decision-makers, and auditors can operate with clean, trusted, well-governed, and audit-ready data. You will spend roughly half your time building data analytics tools and pipelines—leveraging AI as a development accelerator—to support complex, large-scale projects including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP) system deployments, upstream data remediation, and SOX compliance initiatives.
The other half is strategic: partnering across Controllership, Finance Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Internal Audit, and Technology to establish the data foundation that makes AI, automation, and audit readiness possible. You will use AI-assisted development tools (code generation, copilots, large language models) as part of your everyday build process.
Hands-On Building & Upstream Data Cleanliness (~50%)
• Design and develop data analytics tools, automated validation frameworks, and dashboards that give Finance Operations and Controllership real-time visibility into data health across enterprise systems. Use AI to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy these solutions.
• Drive upstream data hygiene cross-functionally: partner with source-system owners in Revenue Operations, Procurement, Human Resources, and Engineering to fix data issues where they originate, not after they propagate.
• Own data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and quality scorecards for critical controllership data assets. Establish and enforce master data management (MDM) standards.
• Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Technology (IT) on integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flows between ERP, sub-ledgers, and the enterprise data platform. Support Snowflake data warehouse deployment.
Mergers & Acquisitions Data Integration
• Lead data workstreams for M&A transactions end-to-end: perform data due diligence on target companies, assess data quality risks, and build integration playbooks for onboarding acquired-company data into Axon’s enterprise platform.
• Design and execute data mapping, cleansing, and migration plans for post-acquisition integration—ensuring acquired entities are reporting on clean, consolidated data within defined timelines.
• For interim stage prior to M&A integration, build, own, and operate extract-transform-load (ETL) and extract-load-transform (ELT) pipelines that remediate data quality issues at the source—before data reaches downstream AI models, reporting, or analytics. Leverage AI-assisted development tools (copilots, code generation, large language models) to accelerate pipeline development and iteration.
• Build repeatable M&A controllership data integration frameworks—using AI to automate data profiling, matching, and anomaly detection—that scale as Axon’s acquisition pace accelerates.
Financial Controls, SOX & Audit Readiness
• Co-design data pipelines and analytics with auditability built in—traceable lineage, complete audit trails, and evidence that holds up under external audit.
• Build or collaborate with process owners to build close-support tools (GL-to-sub-ledger, intercompany, journal entries) that reduce manual effort and strengthen control evidence.
Enabling AI Builders & Process Owners
• Serve as the data enablement partner to Axon’s Controllership AI team and Controllership process owners—ensuring they have access to clean, well-structured, governed datasets for machine learning (ML), automation, and large language model (LLM) initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI builders to define data requirements, validate input data quality, and create feedback loops that continuously improve data upstream of AI/ML workflows.
• Create self-service analytics capabilities that enable FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership teams to access trustworthy data without bottlenecks.
Partnership & Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, shaping technology roadmaps, enterprise architecture, and system integration decisions. Act as a strong ally to Controllership and Finance Operations.
• Engage stakeholders across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Engineering, Product, Revenue Operations, and Legal to manage cross-functional data projects end-to-end. Influence without authority across global, distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or a related field with 8+ years in data science, data engineering, or analytics.
• Hands-on builder: strong, current proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Python—you write code, build pipelines, and ship tools, not just direct others. Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to multiply your output.
• Deep experience with upstream data quality remediation, master data management, and data governance operationalization in a finance or accounting environment.
• Demonstrated M&A data integration experience: due diligence, data mapping, migration, and post-acquisition consolidation.
• Ability to build senior-level relationships, lead cross-functional projects end-to-end, and influence without direct authority across global teams.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP accounting processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, revenue recognition) or FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)—you understand the business logic, not just the data.
• Practical familiarity with SOX compliance and IT General Controls (ITGCs) sufficient to design audit-ready data pipelines, maintain traceable audit trails, and support internal audit teams and external auditors with data extracts, population listings, and control evidence—without needing to own the SOX program or control design.
• Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse experience. Business intelligence (BI) platforms such as Sigma.
• High-growth, publicly traded technology company or digital transformation environment.
• Experience enabling AI/ML teams with clean data pipelines. Demonstrated use of AI code-generation in day-to-day development. Supervisory experience leading data teams.
• M&A integration at a company with an active acquisition strategy. Public safety, defense, or regulated industry background.
• Experience with audit management or financial close platforms/ERP and their data integration requirements; familiarity with how these tools consume and produce audit evidence.

We are seeking a talented Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain our data infrastructure supporting mission-critical energy operations. You'll work at the intersection of renewable energy and data, developing pipelines that process everything from real-time asset performance data to complex trading and risk analytics. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on clean energy operations while working with a cutting-edge data stack including Snowflake, Dagster, dbt, Modal, and GitLab.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Networking Sales Specialist to lead global growth initiatives across our Network Infrastructure Solutions portfolio. Position Specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $125,000 and $150,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
ePlus offers a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, employee stock purchase program, and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an offer of employment is extended.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
