The Store Associate provides necessary support for dispensary operations either in Front of House (FOH) or Back of House (BOH) as needed.  In FOH, the Store Associate will provide outstanding customer service while assessing the needs of each customer to fit them with the best product. In BOH, the Store Associate will be responsible for all aspects of physical and digital inventory maintenance within the company and the processes associated with inventory control such as packaging, stocking, intake of all products, and inventory compliance. Front of House

The Shift Lead is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while working closely and collaboratively with other retail staff members to meet revenue goals, lead the retail team, and develop the dispensary staff. Job Description:

The Farm Technician 1 is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle within the cultivation facility. 

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:

• Plant production (i.e.; watering, moving, pruning, harvesting, cleaning)
• Plant Processing (i.e.; shucking, hanging, deleafing, trimming, sorting, packaging)
• Able to perform plant production and processing for majority of your scheduled shift
• Perform repetitive dexterous hand movements with cultivation and flower trimming tools;
• Perform tasks in all types of environments within Copperstate Farms facility, such as the air-conditioned rooms within the facility, as well as the greenhouse in 100 degrees with high humidity.
• Able to work with and around marijuana plants and all of their biproducts.
• Basic facility maintenance work (i.e.; sweeping, shoveling, raking, basic repairs, power washing, cleaning, dripper removal, dripper replacement)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed.
• Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules

Trade Marketing Specialist 

Position Summary

Copperstate is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to support wholesale and retail channel marketing efforts across our portfolio of brands. This role focuses on executing trade programs, coordinating promotions, and supporting product launches across:

• Copperstate Farms

This role partners closely with Wholesale, Retail Operations, and Brand to support sell-in and sell-through initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with sales data and promotional planning.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Support (B2B + B2C)

• Support execution of trade and shopper marketing initiatives across wholesale and retail channels
• Coordinate quarterly promotional calendars and ensure timely communication to internal teams
• Assist with pricing updates and promotional setup across channels
• Track sell-in and sell-through performance using POS and sales data
• Support go-to-market execution for new product launches

Wholesale Marketing Support (Copperstate Farms)

• Create and update sales enablement tools, including sell sheets, pitch decks, and product education materials
• Support wholesale trade programs and co-marketing initiatives
• Assist with trade show preparation and sales collateral needs
• Compile account-level performance reporting and insights

Retail Shopper Marketing (Sol Flower + 3rd Party Retailers)

• Coordinate in-store marketing toolkits, signage, and display materials
• Ensure retail locations receive updated promotional assets
• Track promotional performance and compile reports for Marketing leadership
• Support merchandising consistency across owned and partner dispensaries

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, CPG, or related field

Job Description: 

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting all day-to-day operations of the dispensary. This includes but is not limited to sales, money counts and cash handling, inventory control, storage of Cannabis, overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the dispensary and signage in the dispensary.
