WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work within a dynamic team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists throughout the life of AUV design, integration, and test efforts
• Support design and integration of AUV subsystems and components, including electrical systems and software

About the Job

Senior Software Engineering Managers independently lead groups of teams to deliver a variety of software integrated in to our products. This includes autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off-board command and control or decision support. We expect Senior Software Engineering Managers to demonstrate independent end-to-end outcome ownership of software for an integrated product family, and the teams responsible for building and maintaining it. What You’ll Do

Required Qualifications

About the team

The Staff Forward Deployed Engineer works closely with teams across Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, product, and engineering to solve hard adoption problems in enterprise customer environments. Deployment & Installation

• Act as the primary customer contact for the end-to-end deployment and installation of Dexory's hardware and software platforms.

The goal of our Platform Engineering team is to make it easy for our service teams to build and run production systems. As an experienced engineer in Platform Engineering, you will be helping re-architect our platform to run on public, private, and hybrid clouds and to allow for frequent, predictable and high impact changes. You will ensure that our world-class infrastructure is always available, responsive, and capable of meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for leading a small team whilst still being super technical and hands on, building the cloud infrastructure that powers the Appian platform. This isn’t your average software developer role. On the Platform Engineering team, you’ll learn about a wide range of technologies and tackle new challenges as you add features and functionality to the Appian cloud infrastructure.

Right now this role is focused on building features that enable network connectivity between our platform and external networks. This will likely change and evolve over time, so this will give you an idea of the type of work you will be doing when you start.

To be successful in this role, you need:

As an Engineering Manager and tech lead of Automation & Build Systems on our unpublished MMO, you will drive initiatives and provide other engineers with a clear illustration of extraordinary engineering, while also overseeing their performance and trying to find stretch opportunities for their growth.

You will work with all team disciplines to design, implement, and iterate on modern game development workflows, pipelines, and automation. You will work in a small team alongside a product lead, technical artists, and other engineers to ensure we can efficiently deliver on our player’s dreams. We’re looking for an engineer experienced in automation and build systems whose work will ensure our MMO consistently delivers a high-quality, dependable experience that players can trust over the long term. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–6 engineers through all phases of product development.

Required Qualifications: 

• 6+ years of development experience as a software engineer, including shipping one or more games or products on large code bases that span a range of platforms and tools.
• 2+ years experience directly leading engineering teams as a people manager.
• Proficient in C and C++, with strong debugging skills and a solid foundation in common game and software design patterns.
• Experience developing real-time online multiplayer games using Unreal Engine (or similar engine), with expertise in automation tooling, performance tooling, build pipelines, and/or telemetry.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines across time-zones, coupled with strong product sense, pragmatic decision-making, and player empathy in technical choices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Your Impact

As the HV Project Manager, you will be reporting to the Utility & Power Manager (who is based in Sydney) you will work closely with Technology, Development and Operations teams, making your mark in several ways:

• Drive the Design and Construction of our high voltage (HV) systems to AirTrunk’s standard, exceeding local standards and requirements.
• Provide practical solutions to development problems, predominately electrical, but use your HV and Substation experience to facilitate practical HV arrangements and building solutions.
• Control the HV network topology during stage implementation construction works through to commissioning.
• Control the HV budget.

What you’ll do

• Develop AirTrunk’s HV development on-site networks both existing and new to exceed local code requirements and industry best practice.
• Develop and manage the HV network design on new and existing AirTrunk networks, advising on primary, secondary, SCADA, earthing and DC systems
• Provide continual improvement to the existing HV systems designs by collaborating with the technology team during early design phases.
• Specify and review AirTrunk’s HV network owner supplied assets to all applicable specifications and required standards
• Negotiate at a technical level with supply authorities through the development process.

We are seeking a Senior Consulting Engineer to join our global team, where you'll provide Consultative Support to our ClickHouse enterprise customers. The role uniquely blends hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support, performing functions across Consultative Support, Engineering, and Support. We’re seeking a Linux Engineer with deep systems expertise and Python/scripting experience to join our growing global team.
