Roku’s Voice Team aims to develop the best voice system for TV. We enable users to perform tasks hands-free using voice, such as searching for movies or turning on their TV and launching content. Multiple languages are supported, and our technology also enables Roku’s IOT devices to be controlled by voice.
The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Roku Voice will own the planning and execution of complex, cross‑functional programs that deliver high‑quality voice features and infrastructure at scale. You will be the central coordination point across Voice Engineering, UX, PM, Analytics, QA, and external partners, ensuring that priorities are clear, roadmaps are realistic, and launches are smooth.

In this role at Roku, we are seeking a proactive and collaborative professional with strong expertise in environment, health, and safety (EHS). Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience for the Americas, the Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS plans and processes that ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards. This role plays a key part in safeguarding our employees, facilities, and operations. You will oversee the day-to-day management of health and safety programs and provide operational support across global teams to promote a safe and compliant workplace.
This role will be Monday - Thursday in office with the option to work from home on Friday. This role is based in Austin, TX.
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000 base annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. The Roku TV & Licensing team is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding and experience in the TV industry to work closely with our Roku TV partners (factories, brand licensees, OEM/ODM) and Roku's cross-functional teams to analyze and make recommendations for engagement with new partners to integrate Roku's Operating System. This person will support the Roku TV teams by helping to manage new and ongoing programs at these partners.

Roku is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex, multi‑phase Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System) transformation spanning Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding. This is a highly visible role operating at the intersection of People, Talent Acquisition (TA), Enterprise Applications, and executive leadership.
This program involves significant change management, cross‑functional alignment, and integration across multiple systems and teams. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to navigate resistance while driving clarity, alignment, and delivery. We're looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual to join the Revenue Team as a Senior Revenue Manager. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a professional to bridge the gap between Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations. As the Workforce Insights Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on the feasibility, health and execution of our global hiring plan. You will move the organization from reactive headcount tracking to a predictive, data-driven model that ensures our recruiting capacity is always aligned with our business needs.

Predictive Forecasting: Lead the development of hiring forecasts. You will provide the Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) with the data and insights needed to advise Business Unit leaders on when to activate roles, when to defer hiring and how to reallocate capacity.
Capacity Governance: Establish and maintain the standards for recruiting bandwidth. You will identify when business demand exceeds recruiter or interviewer capacity and provide the impact analysis used for trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits into the recruiting lifecycle. You will identify specific friction points; such as late-stage requirement changes, interviewer misalignment or funnel drop-offs and quantify their impact on total hiring velocity.
Productivity Modeling: Analyze activation dates and historical time-to-fill data to provide high-accuracy projections for start dates, enabling Finance to more accurately develop forecasts and resource allocation.
Operational Advisory: Act as an internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation. When data indicates a decline in productivity, you will diagnose the cause and propose specific structural or process improvements to restore velocity. You will lead the feasibility review for strategic hiring initiatives to advise the RLT on resource requirements.

The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. The Office of the CFO at MongoDB is a small, high-impact team that drives operational excellence and strategic execution across the FinOps organization. We manage the operating rhythm for FinOps leadership, track performance against annual objectives, and serve as the connective tissue between Finance and the rest of the business.
As a Project Manager, Office of the CFO, you will be part of the operational backbone of this team.
