We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic, and outcomes-driven Principal Analyst to join our GTM Operations team, supporting processes and systems across our global go-to-market (GTM) organization — including Customer Success, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.
You will act as a senior thought partner to GTM leadership, owning complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, drive data-informed decision making, and scale our customer lifecycle processes globally. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
As part of the Braze Account Management Team, you will be the commercial owner of a portfolio of Braze’s growth customers, ensuring they are maximizing value through the use of our technology. This is an opportunity to bring your skills as a consultant, business analyst, project manager, and sales professional to work with leading brands and expand your knowledge of multi-channel consumer engagement, mobile marketing automation, APIs, and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience renewing and expanding existing SaaS solutions contracts to clients in a variety of different verticals where typical deal size ranges from $25k - $500k/year. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on selling email, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and/or content marketing solutions. Prior experience should include collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing/Sales Enablement teams, including input into the lead generation process.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $68,100 and $94,600/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $136,200 and $189,100/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Procurement Third-Party Risk Analyst to manage our vendor risk assessment lifecycle. As a critical part of the Procurement team, you will ensure that all third-party engagements align with our corporate standards for privacy, compliance, and sustainability. The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $119,140 and $169,140 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Experience: 15+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a heavy focus on B2B cybersecurity or high-scale SaaS.
Education: BSc/MSc or MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field.
Cybersecurity: Deep expertise in the cybersecurity landscape, specifically in asset management, vulnerability management, or OT/IoT security.
Analyst Relations: Proven track record of successfully managing or collaborating with Analyst Relations and influencing "Leader" placements in major industry reports.
Growth Mindset: Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions within hyper-growth, "Unicorn" environments.
Master Storyteller: The ability to distill complex, technical AI and networking concepts into memorable, "human-centric" narratives.

Salary range guidance for this position is: $220,000-280,000 per year.

About the Role
The Customer Advocacy Intern will support the team responsible for building, managing and growing customer marketing programs. Reporting to the Head of Customer Advocacy, the ideal candidate will be interested in a focus on both customer engagement and scaling customer programs in high growth SaaS companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high growth company with a mission to help build a better Internet. You will shadow the Customer Advocacy Managers cross functionally and globally in building customer participation with enterprise customers across many industries and partnering closely with stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and PR/AR.
The candidate is an entry level intern who will work closely with the global Customer Advocacy team, who are driving all Customer Marketing and Customer Advocacy programs. Success is measured by the ability to drive forward efficiently and at the speed of the business, focused on quantity and quality of content, deep engagement with top accounts, brand equity, and levels/titles of participating customers.
The main projects are:
Customer References:
Support and fulfill sales 1:1 and RFP requests for customer references working across customer advocacy and account teams
Manage/track customer references requests via customer marketing tools
Support customer reference requests from key stakeholders across events, campaigns, product, analyst, and public relations teams
Customer Advocacy:
Qualify, develop and maintain a targeted pipeline of strategic customer relationships
Manage and qualify incoming nominations
Contribute to the development of high quality, world-class customer story content
Advisory Boards and Councils:
Shadow the process and contribute to our customer advisory boards/councils
Coordinate across many teams and executives, pre/post event success
Develop documents and reporting pre/post event
Assist in onsite, in-person, best-in-class customer experiences
