Regional Manager
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. As a Regional Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. As an offsite leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with Asset’s company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

About the Role
As Roofstock continues to scale its national footprint, we are seeking a Safety Specialist to serve as the chief architect of our physical safety culture and a key partner in supporting our fleet operations.
This is a safety-first role. You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive workplace safety program for the organization, covering everything from OSHA compliance and incident investigation to field safety training and risk assessment. You will also contribute to fleet operations alongside Scott Lawrence and the Field Operations team, supporting vehicle compliance, driver safety, and vendor coordination. Your goal is to build a proactive, "Safety First" culture that protects every employee, whether they are in a vehicle, at a property, or in a warehouse, while contributing to efficient fleet stewardship.
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the following metro areas: Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; or Atlanta, GA. Occasional travel for market visits, site safety audits, and conferences is expected.
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 annually
Compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.
Pay Transparency
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.

The Event Sales & Activations Manager is responsible for driving event revenue through strategic pricing and deal structuring, building strategic relationships, and executing high-impact and consistent programming. This role works closely with Corporate Communications, Leasing, and Property Management to drive foot traffic, customer engagement, and tenant and asset performance.
This is a revenue-driven role responsible for originating, pricing, and securing event opportunities with hands-on ownership of execution to ensure quality and repeat business to enhance tenant engagement, community presence, and overall asset value. The ideal candidate should be comfortable networking and closing deals, while also managing logistics and being on-site to ensure seamless execution. This role requires a strong understanding of event and market pricing, cost structures, and revenue generation.
