OXOS is searching for a Regulatory Systems Specialist to join our high-growth company. You will join a dynamic team of passionate people who work daily to change how radiographic diagnostics are delivered. The Regulatory Specialist will execute regulatory processes and manage requirements for innovative radiographic medical devices at OXOS with the aim of changing the way healthcare is delivered. They will ensure compliance with FDA and international regulations while supporting the company's growth objectives through effective regulatory strategy and implementation.

Responsibilities

As the Regulatory Systems Specialist, you will own the end-to-end execution of OXOS submissions and continuously expand the regulatory automation surface. Success in this role means upcoming submissions are generated at the rate of product development, regulatory strategy keeps pace with a rapidly changing landscape, and OXOS develops a durable, compounding advantage in the speed and quality of its regulatory work. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Drive Regulatory Strategy

• Develop and maintain comprehensive regulatory strategies for OXOS products in the U.S. and select international markets.
• Evaluate country-specific regulations, industry guidance, and testing requirements that impact product clearance and market access.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes in standards and FDA guidance, and assess their impact on OXOS products. Where possible, run this monitoring through AI agents that surface relevant changes for human review.
• Maintain a current view of predicate devices and the competitive regulatory landscape relevant to upcoming submissions.
• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable guidances and cleared indications.

Own Regulatory Submissions

• Prepare and submit 510(k)s, Q-submissions, and Technical Files for the U.S. and select international markets, owning timelines and content quality end-to-end.
• Monitor and report on submission status; manage FDA correspondence and responses to Additional Information requests.
• Collaborate with strategy, project management, engineering, quality, and clinical teams to ensure submission inputs are timely, accurate, and traceable.
• Maintain efficient systems for regulatory records management.
• Establish and maintain effective, cordial, and professional relationships with regulators at the state and federal levels.

Co-Build Regulatory Automation Systems

• Partner with the AI team to identify the highest-leverage manual regulatory processes for automation, prioritizing those tied to upcoming submissions and active strategy work.
• Co-author agent prompts, skills, and structured templates that encode OXOS regulatory know-how (predicate research, section drafting, traceability matrices, change-impact analysis, response drafting, and more).
• Define and run evaluations that determine whether AI-generated regulatory artifacts are submission-grade — including rubrics, gold-standard examples, and defect taxonomies.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop from real submission work back into the automation system: every miss, edit, or correction becomes an improvement to the prompts, skills, or workflows.
• Operate agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) as a daily-driver power user, directing them to draft, review, and refactor regulatory content under regulatory supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs or related field. 
• Regulatory expertise. Deep working knowledge of 510(k), QMS (ISO 13485), IEC 60601, ISO 14971, and FDA Q-Sub processes, with the ability to recognize regulatory risk and identify bright lines on sight.
• Submission experience. Demonstrated involvement in 510(k), De Novo, or PMA submissions for medical devices, including direct interaction with FDA review teams.
• AI tool fluency. Power-user comfort with agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) to direct multi-step regulatory tasks, review generated artifacts and code, and iterate quickly without needing to write code from scratch.
• Systems thinking. Ability to see recurring manual work as a system to improve, decomposing regulatory workflows into discrete, automatable steps with clear inputs, outputs, and quality bars.
• Evaluation and judgment. Ability to assess when an AI-generated regulatory artifact meets the bar for submission, including designing evaluation criteria, building gold-standard examples, and treating defects as system-level signals.
• Attention to detail. Pedantic accuracy across lengthy, technical submission documents to avoid non-compliance, audit deficiencies, and errors inherited by downstream automation.

Responsibilities Include: 

Treatment Delivery 

• Perform non-invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards (all treatment types, and timeframes required).

About This Role 

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison to focus on developing the ADA franchise. The MSL/Senior MSL will be a key member of the Field Medical Affairs team at Axsome. This position will be the primary communicator of Axsome science and will be responsible for executing the national medical affairs plan within a specified territory. The MSL/Senior MSL will also provide support as needed for other pipeline programs. 

This is a field-based position covering the Southeast Region (GA, TN, MS, AL). Candidates must reside within the geography.  

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

• Systematically identify and develop relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to raise awareness of Axsome’s mission to accelerate the invention and adoption of life-changing medicines for patients living with CNS disorders

About the Role

Compensation:

JOB SUMMARY

The Collaborating Physician will have overall responsibility for the medical component of all components and conduct annual wellness exams once per year for our patients. They will serve as a medical resource to the interdisciplinary group, complement attending physician care, . They may be an employee or work under contract. RESPONSIBILITIES The Medical Director provides oversight of physician services including, but not limited to:

• Complementing attending physician care
• Acting as a medical resource person to the IDG
• Assuring overall continuity of the hospice medical services
• Assuring that the patient receives appropriate measures to control uncomfortable symptoms
• Collaborating with the IDG to ensure that the medical needs of the patient are met
• Providing oversight of the plan of care, medications and treatments

Job Conditions

Position requires deadlines and timelines required by governing and regulatory organizations. It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts. Responsibilities:  

• Conduct a psychosocial assessment as part of the comprehensive assessment within 5 days of admission to the hospice program. This includes emotional, social, financial and environmental resources and to identify appropriate psychosocial problems, interventions and goals for the patient’s plan of care.
• Participate in IDG meetings and the development of the patient’s plan of care.

• Collaborate closely with Technology on the design of our data platform, and product design to transform customer and prospect needs into robust requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Client Success to help define our product voice, conducting market research to identify client needs, emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and deliver sales training, sales collateral, product collateral, and other product assets, including materials that position AI‑enabled differentiation as a clear market advantage.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance - e.g., MLR impact - and identify areas for improvement.

Position Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a product leadership role in the healthcare technology industry.
• Experience in risk‑based VBC and health plan contract management or analytics, with emphasis on affordability/MLR.
• Expertise in growth strategy and data strategy, with working knowledge of modern AI/ML product frameworks and their impact on business performance.
• Proven success designing and executing SaaS and/or PaaS product roadmaps.
• Experience in advanced healthcare analytics including episodic grouping methodologies.
• Proven ability to ship AI/ML‑powered product features in healthcare, using machine learning, NLP, or automation to drive measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in payer‑provider interoperability, data exchange standards (HL7, FHIR), and familiarity with key ecosystem players (Epic, Redox, Availity).

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We are seeking a Strategic Engagement Director to drive value delivery and strategic alignment across a portfolio of high-impact clinical research accounts. This mid-to-senior level role blends program execution, customer consulting, and internal alignment to ensure Florence’s offerings meet evolving sponsor, CRO, and site needs. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you will lead solutioning efforts, guide implementation success, and surface strategic opportunities within key engagements.

Your impact will be deep within assigned accounts, where you will bridge the gap between customer expectations and Florence's roadmap. You’ll translate complex customer requirements into scalable solutions using Florence tools, triage requests against business priorities, and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure long-term success.

You Will:

Strategic Alignment & Engagement Leadership

• Serve as the primary engagement lead for assigned projects across strategic accounts, ensuring clinical partners derive measurable value from Florence tools. 
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions and interviews to gather requirements, assess readiness, and co-design implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product, services, and customer success teams to recommend scalable solutions tailored to client environments, regulatory needs, and research priorities.
  
  

Program Leadership

• Manage end-to-end strategic program execution (e.g. custom services) across customer portfolios, ensuring alignment to KPIs, timelines, and quality standards. Inclusive of project plans, customer communications, internal team management and collaboration, and delivery of defined service solutions. 
• Support executive governance meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and facilitate strategy workshops to ensure mutual value realization. Facilitate customer conversations to define the value of solutions.
• Apply deep knowledge of Florence’s platform, customer workflows, and industry context to develop tailored, compliant workflows that address clinical research pain points.
  
  

Cross-Functional Enablement

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable internal plans.
• Mentor Strategic Engagement Managers or Analysts supporting execution and customer insights, and manage project teams to execute to defined deliverables and solutions. 
• Drive internal collaboration to close feedback loops and continuously optimize the delivery and support model for strategic accounts.
• Develop strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels, from site operations to C-suite.
• Identify whitespace within existing accounts, develop business cases for expansion, and partner with sales and customer success to drive growth. 
• Support account executives in building multi-year customer strategies and transformation plans.

• Identify whitespace within accounts and partner with Sales/Customer Success to surface new business cases and multi-year partnership expansion plans.

• Monitor adoption, satisfaction, and engagement metrics across assigned programs.

 An Ideal Candidate Has:

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, customer engagement, or consulting within a SaaS, healthcare, or clinical research environment.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise programs, evaluate client requirements, and design scalable implementation plans.
• Demonstrated success building relationships with sponsors, CROs, and research sites, including familiarity with operational workflows and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, Smartsheet, and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.
