What You’ll Bring to the Team:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase of our software solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading client interactions, managing follow-up communications, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and conducting engaging product demonstrations. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You’ll Bring to The Team:
This is a hands-on, execution-focused marketing operations role at the center of Florence’s revenue operations engine on the GTM Strategy and Enablement team. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, owning the day-to-day execution inside our GTM tech stack, ensuring campaigns run, leads flow, pipeline grows, and reporting is accurate. We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join one of our Scrum teams and help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the Florence™ platform. AI-driven tooling and automation are a cornerstone of how we build, operate, and scale our systems.
In this role, you will work closely with product engineers while actively leveraging AI to improve observability, incident response, automation, and overall platform reliability. Coding assignments in this role will require working with AI-assisted development workflows as a core part of how solutions are designed and delivered.

Florence is modernizing how clinical trials are run by connecting sites, sponsors, and CROs on a single workflow platform. We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can help us build the foundational messaging, sales collateral, and customer insights needed to support our growing go-to-market teams.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves switching between research, writing, and content creation. You will turn product capabilities into simple and compelling stories, create the materials sales needs to win deals, and conduct customer and competitive research that strengthens our positioning.

We are seeking a Strategic Engagement Director to drive value delivery and strategic alignment across a portfolio of high-impact clinical research accounts. This mid-to-senior level role blends program execution, customer consulting, and internal alignment to ensure Florence’s offerings meet evolving sponsor, CRO, and site needs. Reporting to the VP of Professional Services, you will lead solutioning efforts, guide implementation success, and surface strategic opportunities within key engagements.
Your impact will be deep within assigned accounts, where you will bridge the gap between customer expectations and Florence's roadmap. You’ll translate complex customer requirements into scalable solutions using Florence tools, triage requests against business priorities, and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
