Loenbro Southwest is seeking a Mining Project Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other project participants as needed by ensuring the success of a project through the technical accuracy of all project aspects.

Essential Job Responsibilities
• Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with all team members to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• For Projects that require Engineering, coordinate with the Preconstruction Group to attain the Engineering required.
• Coordinate field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests based on project requirements and internal quality guidelines.
• Maintain and organize all construction documentation including but not limited to contract drawings, fabrication drawings, specifications, change order documents, quality, and closeout documentation within the appropriate Procore tools and as outlined in the project requirements.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Gather and prepare data for submittal or transmittal to the customer, vendors, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and internal use.
• Coordinate with Third Party Detailing Service for submittal or transmittal to the customer, vendors, subcontractors, governmental agencies, and internal use.
• Coordinate field surveying, dimension, and field verification with Superintendent or subcontractor including elevation, control points, and compilation of as-built data.
• Perform material take offs from drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for required project materials and monitor delivery status in support of construction schedule, construction budget, and project specifications.
• Provide all project administration and correspondence functions including permitting, bonding, and requests for information (RFIs).
• Assist PM in the development of SSHEP’s and setting up Project Kick Off Meetings.
• Assist PM in the development of Subcontract Agreements.
• Assist PM with the development of the Schedule of Values for billing.
• Assist PM with the development of Estimates.
• Coordinate with other Divisions on estimates.
• Assist PM with Job Walks to ensure quality estimates are developed.
• Ensure project estimate is compliant with Loenbro standards.
• Assist PM to develop and maintain the Project schedule. MS Project experience is a must.
• Integrate Estimate and Projects according to the latest Procore procedures.
• Assist PM and Superintendent with Daily Planning.
• Ensure the development of claiming schemes are set up and Quantity Tracking is performed on all Projects.
• Update Estimate and Projects with change orders according to the PM.
• Attend site meetings as needed.

• Diverse Background knowledge in Fabrication, Steel Erection, Piping, Mechanical, Equipment Setting, Concrete, Civil, and Electrical preferred. At least 50% of Expectations is a must.
• Understands Mining Equipment such as Crushers, Mills, Flotation Equipment, Moly Plants, Thickener Tanks, Smelters, Acid Plants, Process Equipment, Piping- Carbine-Stainless Steel- HDPE- PVC/CPVC, and SX Plants.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field
Mining/ MSHA Experience- 2-3 years or more

About the Role:
As the Sales/ Project Engineer for Ziplines Ground Systems and Site Infrastructure, you’ll spearhead the deployment success of Ziplines Offsite Charging sites, the game changing autonomous loading Zipping Point, and other site infrastructure. You’ll be handling all deployment topics, finding innovative solutions that work for partner sites, executing solutions to problems and roadblocks, and driving feedback and product changes to simplify and accelerate the rollout of Ziplines delivery infrastructure. This is a role well suited to technical engineers with great customer engagement skills - you’ll be crafting and designing solutions for new customers by listening to their feedback and needs, providing Zipline's fundamental perspectives and learnings and bringing all stakeholders along for the journey. As part of this you’ll engage in pre-contract discussions as the key technical stakeholder, the lead and manage those projects once signed from initial site evaluation through to construction and initial operation working across internal and external building and infrastructure teams, permitting and AHJ’s, installation teams and contractors, technical operations teams, and internal engineering and product teams. The O&M Cost Strategy Associate supports the development, analysis, and continuous improvement of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) cost models across Clearway’s renewable energy portfolio. This role focuses on building and maintaining data-driven cost insights, supporting forecasting activities, benchmarking O&M spend, and assisting cross-functional teams in evaluating operational performance and future cost trends.
The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in renewable energy operations or power generation, hands-on experience with financial or operational modeling, and knows how to communicate technical findings across a range of audiences — from engineering and procurement to finance and business development. A solid foundation in renewable energy or power generation and fluency with tools like Power BI are key. Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows is a plus.

The Operations Specialist II will play a key role in assisting the Operations Manager and Operations Engineer by assuring the highest level of safety, reliability and environmental standards while optimizing asset production and profitability. The Operations Specialist II will be responsible for supporting all day-to-day real-time Reporting, Performance, and Monitoring Center (RPMC) activities acting as the on-shift Operations Specialist for all assets under the CEG 12 GW portfolio including Wind, Solar and Battery Storage. This position requires working 12.5 hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous operations and monitoring of the CEG utility fleet.

Reporting to the Manager of Project Engineering, the Project Engineer is responsible for managing the review, coordination, and approval of the detailed design package for Clearway Energy Group’s pipeline of solar and energy storage projects throughout the U.S. As part of the Engineering & Strategic Procurement department, the Project Engineer will also work with internal and external personnel to provide optimized designs, participate in the negotiation and execution of key contract exhibits, and support construction and commissioning activities by reviewing and approving commissioning test reports. The Project Engineer will work closely with Clearway Energy’s internal departments, including Origination, Development, Development Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Project Finance, and O&M; as well as with EPC contractors, Independent Engineers, financing parties, and other consultants, contractors, and stakeholders as needed.
This is a hybrid role based in one of our office locations in San Francisco, San Diego, Scottsdale, Houston, or Denver.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law.
