As a Paid Media specialist, you are responsible for paid search/social performance along with client management and delegation of production resources. You will serve as a supporting point of contact for your assigned clients by answering client emails and leading weekly calls sections. From multi-step task orchestration and tool execution to real-time context management and agent memory, our team builds the foundational platform that powers Dialpad's next-generation intelligent, autonomous experiences. Our teams are highly collaborative and comprise cross-disciplinary professionals, including Product Managers, QA Specialists, and Engineers specializing in Distributed Systems, ML Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering.

Your role

As a Sr. Web Engineer on the Marketing Web team, you'll contribute to the full surface area: the marketing website, the internal tooling that powers it, and — critically — the AI-powered automations and integrations that connect Dialpad's marketing presence to the teams that maintain it. The Role:
The Contract Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator is responsible for owning aspects of our SFDC instance related to our end-to-end sales, customer success and customer support journey. You will be responsible for optimizing our sales motions and internal customer experience by enhancing our tools, processes and data. You’ll design, configure, and deploy innovative solutions in our SFDC instance and other tools in our Sales tech stack to deliver a best-in-class sales and customer success experience for our teams. You’ll manage a portfolio of projects, sprint items, “hot fixes,” and day-to-day tasks that are critical to ensure business continuity and growth. You’ll also collaborate with our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional initiatives to gather requirements, scope work, and execute on deliverables. You will serve as a functional owner of SFDC Sales and CPQ components, and work directly with business stakeholders, project managers, and analysts to understand business needs and transform those into functional and technical requirements which can be executed on. We will look to you as a trusted advisor in helping us maximize the benefits we derive from SFDC and our other Sales and Customer Success tools and help shape the evolution of our Sales tech stack.

This team builds the core customer facing web applications and services that power how customers model, manage, and secure organizations in Backblaze. That includes identity and access foundations, cloud storage resource management, and UI/service implementations integrated with a modern role-based access control system management that governs access to resources at scale.
About the Role
In this role, you will design and build highly available and modern web applications and services in our TypeScript and React ecosystem. You will work and integrate with systems that sit at the center of customer administration, authorization, and resource orchestration, with design challenges shaped by ideas found in platforms such as AWS IAM, GCP IAM, and Azure RBAC.
This is a strong fit for an engineer who enjoys building modern and scalable production web applications and services, can reason rigorously about security and correctness, and is comfortable owning the full lifecycle (design, implementation, rollout, and operation) of an application integrated with distributed systems. We also value engineers who use modern AI tools effectively to accelerate development, improve design quality, and strengthen security and maintainability.

About the Role
In this role, you will design and build highly available backend services and APIs in our Kotlin/Java ecosystem and will work on front-end applications written in React and Typescript. You will work on systems that sit at the center of customer administration, authorization, and resource orchestration, with design challenges shaped by ideas found in platforms such as AWS IAM, GCP IAM, and Azure RBAC.

The Marketing Analyst - Comms, will sit at the intersection of data, CRM strategy, and AI-driven efficiency. We’re looking for an execution-oriented person who owns their work from end-to-end. This isn't a role where you wait for assignments. We want someone who can look at a set of data, identify the opportunity, and start building toward it then communicate what they found and why it matters to the team around them.
What You'll Do:
CRM Campaign Execution & Analysis
Build, launch, and iterate on campaigns and canvases in Braze across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
Audit existing consumer journeys to identify engagement gaps, drop-off points, and missed messaging opportunities.
Develop segmentation strategies and personalized comms that improve activation, engagement, and retention.
Support A/B test design, execution, and readout — translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.
Maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that make campaign data interpretable for the broader marketing team.
Track KPIs including DAU, ARPDAU, LTV per user, open rates, click rates, and conversion, and surface insights tied to those metrics.

The Paid Advertising Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts and are highly regarded for their mastery over paid advertising. In addition to their account responsibilities, they are actively involved in developing the paid advertising team through training, escalation support, auditing existing accounts, and upleveling the product. The Senior Performance Analyst supports leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business. The Senior Performance Analyst is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. In addition to their paid advertising knowledge, the Senior Performance Analyst has an understanding of cross-channel strategy, how their service impacts the broader media mix, and general business acumen.

About the Role
We are seeking an Application Security Engineer to improve application security across the software used to enable Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage and Computer Backup. The primary role is to build security into how the product is used, how data is stored and how customers can use it. This role will require development skills and application security knowledge to build security into the product and new features. Leveraging AI is key.
This is a hands-on role that requires application development knowledge. This role is expected to know and use the latest AI to help with both development and security. The primary requirements include; development in common web languages, application security and AI tool usage.
