We are hiring the Enterprise VP, Head of Latam for our Client Sales team in Buenos Aires (AR) or Mexico City (MX!
As the VP of Enterprise, you will be the primary driver of revenue growth and retention at the country level. You will lead the Enterprise Sales, Client Success, Wellbeing Engagement and channel partners teams directly, while serving as the strategic glue for all other verticals. About the Role:
The Sr. Ecommerce Planner Contractor is a highly collaborative role, responsible for the management of assortment and inventory plans, to achieve IPSY’s sales and profitability targets through pre-season plan development, in-season re-forecasting, management of inventory investments, as well as ownership of unit economics and open-to-buy.
IPSY is looking for a motivated, data driven thought-leader who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, particularly when working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Brand Partnerships, Finance, and Marketing to support IPSY’s evolving business needs. To be considered, you must have experience directly managing others, deep inventory management experience, a passion/excitement for building new tools and processes, comfort with ambiguity and be a nimble, strategic thinker who can synthesize large amounts of data to drive decision making. You will have outstanding drive, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and an advanced skill set in Excel / Google Sheets.
This position reports to the VP of Planning and is fully remote from Argentina.

Position Summary
AdPrime is seeking a Lead Generation Campaign Manager to report to and support the Director of Lead Generation by managing day-to-day campaign operations across the full lifecycle, RFP intake coordination, offer setup, landing page workflow, launch readiness, pacing, optimization, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and performance reporting.
They will support the Director-led operating cadence by running daily execution and controls, launch readiness, pacing alignment, partner coordination, QA/compliance checks, and reporting, while maintaining playbooks and supporting process improvements and automation where appropriate. They will surface insights, issues, and recommendations so the Director can make timely decisions on pricing, forecasting, partner strategy, and product improvements.
This role is accountable for execution and operational controls; the Director retains ownership of commercial strategy, pricing approvals, and partner strategy decisions.
The ideal candidate will own and run the lead gen operation — from RFP response through page build, campaign launch, daily pacing, optimization, client reporting, and media partner management. They will sit at the center of three workflows:
