About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Shipping Operations team and support IPSY’s monthly subscription execution and logistics functions. About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Partnerships to lead the strategy and execution of marketplace growth for third-party partner brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging e-commerce platforms. This leader will operate as a general manager for partner brands, driving profitable revenue growth while coordinating cross-functional resources including marketing, merchandising, operations, sourcing, and logistics.

About the Role:
IPSY is seeking a CRM Manager, Reactivation to own and transform our resubscription growth engine. This role is accountable for driving former members back into the IPSY ecosystem — increasing resubscriber volume, improving reactivation efficiency, and elevating the long-term value of returning members--in partnership and support of your manager (Senior Director).
This is a highly commercial, cross-channel role. You will forecast and drive performance against resubscriber targets, proactively identify risks, and design mitigation plans in partnership with channel owners across email, push, SMS, paid media, organic, site experience, and interstitials.

We are seeking a Director of CRM Lifecycle Marketing to lead the evolution of IPSY’s CRM function into a strategic growth engine.

About the Role:
IPSY is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician (10+ month contract) to assist in the oversight of industrial equipment maintenance activities on day shift weekends (Friday through Monday, 0700-1730 / 7am-5:30pm). This position will be responsible for addressing emergency maintenance issues throughout all workstreams of operations, with the goal of achieving scheduled daily production levels. This position will also be responsible for maintaining on-time completion of assigned PMs (preventive maintenance), along with general WO (work order) requests including repairs, modifications, and fabrication projects. ** Must be able to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed.
This position is temporary (10 month contract with potential to extend), reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based onsite in our Belton, MO distribution center. See below for benefits information.
