Why join us?
We're a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
About the Role
Manchester's SafetyCulture office runs because of you. You'll be the face of the space and the person everyone turns to; creating standout first impressions for guests, keeping events and IT assets moving smoothly, and making sure the office is a place people genuinely want to come to.
What You'll Do
Own the day-to-day Manchester office experience, from guest arrivals to a fully-stocked, friction-free space
Plan and run standout events, from weekly team moments to the annual end-of-year celebration, alongside our in-house chef
Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, from new-starter kit to secure, ticketed device wipes
Keep the office safe and compliant, leading first aid, fire warden, and OH&S initiatives
Partner with our global Workplace Experience team to bring SafetyCulture's culture to life locally, and celebrate the moments that matter
What You'll Bring
A sharp eye for detail. You notice what's out of place and fix it before anyone has to ask
Experience coordinating events of any size, from team lunches to large off-sites

A warm, people-first approach that makes everyone feel genuinely looked after
Self-direction. You spot what needs doing and get on with it without waiting to be asked
Curiosity for using AI to speed up the admin, from drafting comms, building run sheets, to summarising vendor quotes
Familiarity with health & safety practices, or willingness to gain certification (training provided)
Why You'll Love It
You'll be the heartbeat of a buzzing Manchester office and the go-to person people rely on
No two days look the same with logistics, culture, and hands-on problem-solving in one role
Real autonomy, backed by a global Workplace Experience team
