As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of platforms that support loyalty, payments, wallets, and merchant services. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working across client environments, and partnering closely with internal teams to keep complex systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Youtap's loyalty, payment, wallet, and merchant platforms.
  • Troubleshoot software, API, and integration issues across client environments.
  • Monitor incidents, resolve escalations, and maintain service-level response targets.
  • Document support procedures, root causes, and resolution steps for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to investigate complex technical problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support experience.
  • Experience supporting fintech, payments, wallet, or merchant commerce platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting experience across software issues, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with incident management, handling support escalations, and working in SLA-driven support environments.
  • Experience documenting technical issues, root causes, and resolution procedures clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, along with familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams and to work directly with external customers.
  • Fluency in English and Thai.
  • Eligibility to work in Thailand.
  • Experience working with CI/CD practices is a plus.
