As Technical Product Manager (Loyalty and Rewards), you will shape the direction of a product area that helps customers build more effective rewards experiences and deepen end-user engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer needs, and delivery, with the opportunity to influence how loyalty capabilities evolve within a broader financial technology platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for loyalty and rewards features across digital channels.
• Gather customer and stakeholder requirements to shape loyalty product enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver new features.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to improve engagement and retention.
• Define and prioritize initiatives that grow rewards adoption and customer value.
• Work with customers on their loyalty programs and own the loyalty product, providing solutions and suggestions on how to use the platform to generate campaigns and offerings for their customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or computer science.
• 5+ years of product management experience in loyalty, rewards, or fintech.
• Experience with digital engagement platforms, promotions, or customer rewards systems, along with strong knowledge of customer engagement and retention strategies.
• Experience using AI for discovery and research and AI-based front-end prototyping.
• Experience advising clients on campaign strategy and loyalty program optimization.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product solutions and requirements while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
• Eligible to work in Thailand.
