About this Technical Product Manager role at Token Security
Token Security secures machine identities and AI agents. We help enterprises understand what identities they have, what those identities can access, where the risk is, and what to do about it.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own Token’s integration platform and remediation capabilities.
You’ll own everything between Token and the customer’s environment: the systems we connect to, the data we bring in, how we model and use that data, and the actions Token performs back in those systems.
The scope is wide. It includes integrations, APIs, ontology, coverage, data quality, research-driven capabilities, and remediation. It will also include product areas we haven’t defined yet.
You’ll work directly with engineers, researchers, FDEs, customers, and the CTO Office. We’re looking for someone who wants to understand how things actually work, make product decisions, and own the outcome. This isn’t a role where you write requirements and hand them over.
What You’ll Do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of how Token connects to customer environments, from ingesting and modeling data to taking remediation actions.
- Own products and capabilities end to end, starting with the customer problem and continuing through design, development, launch, adoption, and measurement.
- Work through technical questions with Engineering and Research, including integrations, APIs, data models, ontology, coverage, data quality, and remediation.
- Talk directly with customers, understand how their environments work, and turn what you learn into scalable product capabilities.
- Work with FDE, Sales, and Customer Success on strategic customers and complex product requirements.
- Help Marketing explain what Token does, why it’s different, and why customers should care.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of product management experience in technical B2B or enterprise software.
- Experience independently owning a significant product area and shipping it to customers.
- Strong technical judgment. You should be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data models, system behavior, and tradeoffs with engineers.
- The ability to take a messy technical problem and turn it into a product customers can understand and use.
- High ownership. You make decisions, move work forward, and don’t need a detailed playbook for every problem.
- Curiosity and the ability to learn new technologies and customer environments quickly.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English. The role includes frequent work with customers and US-based teams.
Advantages
- Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, cloud security, DevSecOps, or a related field.
- Experience with data products, integration platforms, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or technical enterprise SaaS.
- A previous role in security research, backend development, DevOps, or infrastructure.
- Experience working directly with large enterprise customers.
