About this TBM Community & Digital Coordinator (027-01053) role at Hunt St
Looking for Philippines-based candidates
Job Role: TBM Community & Digital Coordinator
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A full-service Luxury Residential interior design studio based in Sydney, working across renovations and new builds for clients on the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, Northern Beaches and Inner Sydney.
The BELLE Method (TBM) is our new mentorship offering for interior designers, hosted on Skool. TBM teaches the frameworks, systems and strategies behind building a multi-million-dollar design studio. TBM is at the startup stage. We have engaged an agency to build the brand and grow the community, and we now need a dedicated coordinator to run the community day-to-day and look for smarter, AI-assisted ways to do it.
Role Overview: Own the day-to-day running of TBM on Skool — community engagement, member admin and reporting — while bringing a marketing and digital mindset to how the community grows. Part of the role is actively looking for AI tools and workflows that make TBM run leaner as membership scales. This is a community admin and marketing role, suited to someone who is AI and tech-savvy — not a technical or IT specialist.
The focus of this role is TBM. It is not responsible for the company’s core studio marketing. That said, the two brands share language, visuals and, at times, content, so this person needs a working understanding of the company's tone of voice and brand, and should flag anything that crosses over between the two before it goes out.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management (Skool)
- Post and respond in the community feed daily, keeping discussion active.
- Welcome and onboard new members.
- Moderate discussions, keeping threads on-brand and on-topic.
- Support Classroom content uploads and structure.
- Run or support Go Live sessions and community events.
- Track and report on engagement — posts, comments, active members.
TBM Admin
- Manage member admin: onboarding, access, billing queries, cancellations.
- Keep the Calendar, Leaderboards and About sections current.
- Coordinate between the company and the agency on content and campaign schedules.
- Maintain a regular reporting cadence on membership numbers and engagement.
- Keep TBM content and tone aligned with the company's brand, and flag any content that crosses over into the company's own channels.
AI Efficiency and Growth
- Identify AI tools and automations that reduce manual admin — for example auto-responses, content repurposing, reporting.
- Recommend and help implement workflow improvements (using existing tools, not building software).
- Monitor how comparable communities operate and flag growth opportunities.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
- Proven experience managing an online community — Skool, Circle, Facebook Groups, Mighty Networks or similar.
- Solid grounding in digital marketing fundamentals: content calendars, engagement metrics, funnels.
- Confident using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, etc.) to save time — a smart user, not a developer.
- Excellent written English.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal daily supervision.
Nice to Have
- Experience in coaching, mentorship or education-based communities.
- Interest in interior design, property or the creative industries.
Not a Fit If
- Background is primarily technical or IT with limited marketing exposure.
- Needs heavy day-to-day direction to stay on task.
- No experience running conversations and content in an online community — backend or technical admin only.
Employment Details
- Type: Full-time, offshore, fully remote.
- Working hours: Sydney business hours (AEST) required — to be confirmed.
- Reporting: Between SB exec team and agency
Success Measures (First 90 Days)
- Consistent daily community activity, with member engagement trending up.
- Clean, current admin systems — calendar, member records, reporting.
- At least one AI-driven efficiency identified and implemented.
- A working rhythm established with both the agency and Brigid.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
