About this Talent Acquisition Specialist role at _nology
About _nology
At _nology, we create opportunities for people to build meaningful careers in tech, while helping organisations access diverse, future-ready talent.
As a tech talent consultancy, we support high-potential individuals to build careers across software engineering, cloud, data, testing, business analysis, and digital transformation. What matters most to us is the opportunity behind that: opening doors, building confidence, and creating access to an industry that has not always felt accessible.
We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us continue building these pipelines at scale.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition role focused on sourcing, assessing, and progressing high-potential early careers talent through to successful deployment with our clients.
You will work closely with Training, Account Management, Service Delivery, Marketing, and HR to ensure hiring activity aligns with evolving client demand and programme needs.
We operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, where priorities can shift quickly. This role is suited to someone who enjoys pace, is highly adaptable, and can stay organised while managing multiple moving parts.
This role would suit someone with around 4–8 years’ experience in agency or in-house recruitment who enjoys being hands-on, is confident managing end-to-end processes, and is looking to grow their scope over time.
We’re particularly looking for someone who is motivated by early careers recruitment, enjoys identifying potential, and cares about helping candidates achieve strong, long-term outcomes.
