Principal Recruitment Consultant
Location: London Waterloo (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Travel: Every ~6 weeks across key European hubs (Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Frankfurt)
For 16+ years, Joss Search has been the trusted partner to the world’s most respected private equity and alternative investment firms. We specialise in placing business support professionals behind these organisations, the people who truly keep them running.
We’re now expanding our European footprint and are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to take ownership of a high‑potential desk spanning Frankfurt and the Benelux region (Amsterdam, Luxembourg), with opportunities to support wider European hiring.

You’ll step into:
- Established clients in Frankfurt, where we’ve successfully traded for four years.
- A live and growing Benelux market (particularly Amsterdam), with some existing client activity.
- Entry points via established European and UK relationships.
- Ongoing delivery and collaboration flowing in from wider international team.
- Dedicated Candidate Managers, so you can stay focused on client development and revenue growth.
