About the Role
CodeNinja is seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Executive at CodeNinja, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting top talent to meet our growing business needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans and strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer and onboarding handoff.
- Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidates on both cultural fit and technical suitability.
- Lead and navigate difficult or complex conversations with candidates and stakeholders — salary negotiations, rejections, counter-offers, and expectation-setting — with tact and professionalism.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate profiles and provide recommendations for selection.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process, and managing candidate expectations.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Leverage AI-powered recruitment tools (sourcing, screening, scheduling, etc.) to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience in the IT industry.
- Experience recruiting for the KSA market, particularly in banking and/or IT sectors, is a strong plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate difficult or complex conversations confidently and diplomatically.
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily recruitment work (sourcing, screening, drafting, scheduling) and genuinely curious about staying current on AI trends in HR/talent acquisition.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and data-driven in tracking recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, etc.).
