[solidcore] is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across the organization. This role serves as a critical support function within our talent acquisition process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Located in Arlington, VA, operating on a hybrid schedule, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed company aiming to lead the studio fitness space.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with current information
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple job boards and social media platforms
  • Administrative Functions

  • Prepare and send offer letters, employment agreements, and pre-employment documentation
  • Track recruitment metrics and assist with reporting on hiring progress and pipeline status
  • Coordinate background checks
  • Maintain compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and documentation requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support roles
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred
  • Previous experience in coordinating virtual and in-person recruiting events
  • Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
