This is an opportunity to build something that will have a lasting impact. You'll design and develop the learning architecture that supports every stage of the employee journey, from onboarding and systems training through to manager development, leadership progression and ongoing professional development.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll create engaging learning pathways, develop high-quality content and establish a scalable framework that supports our growth for years to come.

You'll take ownership of designing and delivering a scalable learning framework that supports colleagues throughout their careers at La Fosse.

Working across a range of business systems and CRM platforms, including tools such as Bullhorn, you'll create practical, engaging learning experiences by combining new content with existing resources. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand how systems are used day to day, translating complex processes into clear, intuitive learning journeys, user guides and training materials that are scalable and easy to follow.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have the autonomy to influence how learning is designed and delivered across the business. Your work will play a key role in creating a consistent learning experience that supports both our people and our continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design structured, role-specific learning pathways across the business.
  • Build engaging onboarding journeys for both high- and low-volume hiring.
  • Create and curate learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, user guides and toolkits.
  • Develop blended learning solutions that combine digital and face-to-face learning.
  • Produce clear visual learning journeys and progression frameworks.
  • Create training materials that support the adoption of business systems and operational processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand learning needs and measure success.
  • Develop a repeatable learning methodology that can scale alongside the business.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with structure and enjoys building practical learning solutions that have real business impact. You'll ideally have:

    • Proven experience designing end-to-end learning pathways.
    • Strong learning design and content creation experience, with the ability to produce engaging digital and face-to-face learning.
    • Experience creating training around CRM or business systems.
    • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, or similar business systems.
    • A highly organised, systems-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

It would also be beneficial if you have:

    • Experience working within a scaling or high-growth business.
    • A background within a commercial or professional services environment.
    • Experience mapping business processes or creating standard operating procedures.
