We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join an international support team in Greece, helping customers use one of Europe's leading fleet management platforms.
The platform allows transport companies to monitor their vehicles in real time, helping them track locations, improve efficiency and manage their fleets through GPS and digital technology. In this role, you'll support customers with both technical questions and general account-related enquiries via email, phone and internal systems.

What you'll be doing
- Provide technical and customer support via email, phone and internal systems
- Assist customers with account setup, activation and configuration issues
- Help troubleshoot technical problems related to fleet management software and connected vehicle services
- Investigate missing or inaccurate system information, such as vehicle locations, driving data or fleet visibility
- Support customers, partners and internal teams with product-related questions
- Escalate more complex technical cases to the headquarters in Germany when required
- Document customer interactions accurately using multiple internal tools
- Deliver professional and efficient support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Fluent Swedish (C1) and good English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
- Comfortable working with several computer systems simultaneously
- Good written communication skills
- General understanding of software, GPS or mobile technology
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
