We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager for our Marketing team. This role is responsible for leading the development of health economics materials and business case tools that quantify Ceribell's clinical and economic value to health systems, while serving as the internal expert on reimbursement, cost-effectiveness, and value-based selling narratives.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional strategic foresight and analytical acumen, with a proven track record of translating complex economic and clinical data into tools that drive results. You will act as a strategic partner to field sales, providing hands-on support for VAC/P&T committee presentations, RFPs, and health system contracting — while collaborating closely with leadership across Sales, Clinical Affairs, and Product to maximize market impact and commercial adoption.
What you'll achieve:
- Own the health economic value story — build and maintain economic impact tools and materials used by sales to support purchasing conversations
- Business case development — partner with sales to build customized business cases for health system accounts, incorporating existing data and estimates based on account context and refining templates based on learnings
- Field support — serve as a strategic resource for the sales team on key account presentations, VAC (Value Analysis Committee) submissions, and P&T processes; provide health economic-related national event support, live and virtually
- Reimbursement & market access support — stay current on coding, coverage, and payment trends relevant to Ceribell's technology; translate changes into field-ready messaging
- Cross-functional collaboration — work with product, clinical, and market access to align economic messaging with product positioning and launch plans
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
What you'll need to be successful:
- 5+ years of experience in med device, biotech, pharma, or life science consulting, with demonstrated focus on health economics, market access, or reimbursement strategy
- Proven experience building financial/economic models (economic calculators, budget impact models, cost-effectiveness analyses) to support value-based selling
- Experience developing business cases for hospital or health system accounts, including familiarity with purchasing processes (VAC, P&T committee, RFPs)
- Working knowledge of the U.S. reimbursement landscape (coding, coverage, and payment) as it relates to medical technology
- Analytical rigor, with the ability to synthesize large, diverse datasets — sales, clinical, economic — into clear, actionable tools and messaging
- Clear communicator who can translate complex economic and clinical concepts for both sales teams and hospital stakeholders
- Innate curiosity — you dig into the "why" behind account and market dynamics, not just the surface numbers
- Ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in health economics or a related field preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15-20%
A candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
