About this Senior Social Media Marketing Manager role at Assist World
Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of content execution, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement with a strong operational focus on HubSpot.
This is not a high-level strategy-only role. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and technically strong, with the ability to execute campaigns, manage contacts, and produce content tailored to a professional, white-collar audience (lawyers, bankers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Marketing (CORE – NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Build and execute email marketing campaigns within HubSpot

Upload and manage contact databases with accurate tagging and segmentation

Create and send targeted newsletters to different audience groups

Automate workflows and email sequences where possible

Ensure proper segmentation (e.g., investors, referral networks, customers)
LinkedIn Marketing & Social Media

Manage and post content on LinkedIn (primary platform)
-
Respond to comments and engage with audience
-
Support content distribution across social platforms
-
Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice
Content Creation & Creative Execution

Create high-quality written content for a professional audience
-
Develop creatives using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)

Assist in generating posts, newsletters, and campaign content
-
Adapt messaging for different audiences and campaign goals
Website & Blog Support (WordPress)

Upload and format blog content in WordPress
-
Manage basic publishing tasks (no advanced dev required)

Support SEO content where possible
Analytics & Optimization

Track performance of email campaigns and social content

Review engagement and suggest improvements
-
Provide reports on campaign performance (nice to have but valuable)
Requirements (MUST-HAVES)

Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Experience with email marketing, newsletters, and campaign execution

Proven LinkedIn marketing experience

Strong writing skills (especially for professional / corporate audiences)

Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Ability to segment audiences and manage contact databases

Comfortable using AI tools for content creation
