Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technology Sales Leader to drive business
growth across the Southeast Asia region. The role is responsible for leading strategic sales
initiatives, managing key client relationships, and expanding the organization’s footprint across
telecommunications, enterprise, and digital services domains.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Revenue Growth
o Drive end-to-end sales strategy and execution to build a robust multi-million-dollar
pipeline.
o Identify and develop new business opportunities across IT services, telecom, and
digital transformation domains.
o Deliver sustained revenue growth through strategic account expansion and new
client acquisition.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
o Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for CXO-level stakeholders.
o Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key enterprise and
telecom clients.
o Handle escalations and ensure effective governance across service delivery
engagements.
• Account Management & Portfolio Expansion
o Manage and grow key accounts across sectors such as telecom, consumer, and
enterprise.
o Drive account mining strategies to expand service offerings (e.g., cybersecurity,
data analytics, digital solutions).
o Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
o Design and execute GTM initiatives in collaboration with partners and internal
teams.
o Develop joint value propositions and market entry strategies for new solutions and
services.
o Strengthen partner ecosystems to accelerate growth.
• Leadership & Team Management
o Lead and mentor high-performing sales teams across the region.
o Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation.
o Own pipeline management, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
• Contracting & Deal Closure
o Lead negotiations for large, complex deals and contracts.
o Ensure successful deal closure while maintaining profitability and compliance.
Requirements
Key Qualifications & Experience
• 18+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, and account
management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale sales pipelines and delivering significant
revenue growth.
• Strong experience in IT services, telecommunications, or digital transformation domains.
• Demonstrated success in CXO-level engagement and strategic relationship
management.
• Experience working across the Southeast Asia market.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategy, partner ecosystems, and solution selling.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
