About this Senior Manager, Events & Experiences (R-19615) role at Dnb
The Senior Manager, Events & Experiences is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of D&B’s owned event portfolio, including customer-facing programs (roundtables, advisory boards, conferences, and webinars) and high-touch internal executive experiences. This role translates enterprise event strategy into high-impact programs that deepen customer engagement, strengthen executive relationships, and support business priorities.
The role leads a small team and ensures consistent delivery of elevated, “white-glove” experiences across internal and external audiences.
Essential Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of D&B’s owned event portfolio, including: customer roundtables and executive dinners, Customer Advisory Boards, Proprietary conferences and hosted events, and virtual events and webinars.
Translate enterprise events and experiential strategy into scalable, repeatable programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and customer insights.
Partner with marketing, product, and sales leadership to align owned event programs to key audiences, verticals, and business priorities.
Own the design and delivery of high-touch internal and executive events, including: Sales Kickoffs and CEO Circle and Executive Meetings.
Ensure all internal experiences reflect a premium, white-glove standard, elevating executive engagement, storytelling, and brand perception.
Partner with executive stakeholders, communications, and People team to align messaging, experience design, and outcomes.
Manage and develop a small, high-performing team, driving accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Lead end-to-end execution across owned and internal event programs, including: agenda and content development, experience design, vendor and production management, logistics, and budget tracking.
Establish and maintain high standards for execution, attendee experience, and operational rigor across all programs - and define and track success metrics.
Essential Skills and/or Certifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; Master's preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience in event marketing, experiential programs, or event operations within a B2B of fast paced environment, with prior leadership experience.
Proven experience managing owned events and executive-level experiences, including both in-person and virtual formats
Strong ability to design and deliver high-touch, premium experiences for senior audiences
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and leadership teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional and global teams
Ability to translate strategic priorities into well-executed, high-impact programs
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
Strong business acumen and understanding of how events drive customer engagement, pipeline, and retention
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Skills

Willingness to work non‑standard hours, including evenings or occasional weekends, to support global time zones
Ability to travel by any form of transportation; 50-60% global travel required
Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events
Regular attendance in the office; Hybrid role: 2–3 days in the office requirement
